    Breakfast

    I would have liked a bit more Japanese flavor in the breakfast buffet—I was really disappointed that there was no miso soup. However, the thickness of the bath towels was impressive, just as you’d expect from RIHGA.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    The front desk and housekeeping staff were very good. However, unfortunately, the bath I was looking forward to was too hot to use, and the bathroom floor was so slippery that I felt unsafe. Most bathrooms have non-slip flooring, but this one felt dangerously slippery. I think improvements are needed before an accident happens.

    [A New-Generation Hotel in Osaka Namba Where Freshness and Style Shine]

    I stayed here on a business trip to Osaka. As it opened in April 2026, everything inside the building felt brand-new, and I had a very pleasant stay. Not only the guest rooms but also the bathrooms and shared areas were spotless, offering the comfort you’d expect from a newly built Hotel. What impressed me most was the lobby. It adopts a “lifestyle hotel” concept that has been growing in popularity recently, especially among international brands, creating an open space where the reception, lounge, and bar are seamlessly connected. Those who prefer the traditional weight and formality of classic city hotels may find it a bit less calming, but for guests who like a casual and stylish atmosphere, it’s very appealing. After staying here, I felt it would suit younger guests and international travelers particularly well. On the other hand, some people in their 50s or older might find certain moments a bit lively—preferences may vary. Still, that sense of experiencing a new hotel culture is part of what makes it interesting. The room was functional and easy to use, with enough space for solo business travel. The bed was comfortable as well, and I slept well. Another major highlight is the large public bath. Being able to relax in a spacious tub and unwind after a long day was greatly appreciated. Considering the Accommodation Fee, the value for money is excellent. This Hotel blends the practicality of a Business Hotel with lifestyle-hotel design very effectively. Highly recommended for those who enjoy new experiences—especially younger travelers.

    A Bold, Unconventional Design Hotel Unlike RIHGA

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. I spend around 70 nights a year at Hotels and Ryokans for business and travel. As this is a newly opened Hotel, I decided to give it a try. ●Location Just steps from Ebisucho Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line. The area has become very lively with inbound tourists. It’s an especially convenient location for anyone wanting to explore Osaka’s more “local” side, such as Shinsekai and Shin-Imamiya. ●Guest Room The room is a standard Business Hotel style. There was a desk and chair for one person, which made it easy to get some work done during downtime. ●Common Areas It seems there is a large public bath, but I couldn’t use it this time due to my schedule. The interior design felt like “Japanese style as seen from overseas,” with bold use of color—likely appealing to international guests. Japanese guests may have mixed preferences, but it matches the flashy Osaka image often associated with the city by visitors from Tokyo. Given that RIHGA Royal Hotels are known for a more classic, stately feel, this sharper design choice was somewhat surprising and left me thinking the brand has changed. ●Overall Satisfaction The Accommodation Fee felt slightly high by Japanese standards. However, considering current inbound demand in Osaka, it seems like a price range that international travelers would readily accept.

    I don’t think I will...

    I don’t think I will use this Hotel again. There was no water in the Room. Tea was available in the lobby, but unfortunately there was no coffee. It felt like a Hotel geared toward foreign guests.

    Great location, great value for money, and great service.

    As expected of a top-class Hotel. The Hotel staff provided excellent service, making this an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. The meals were plentiful and satisfying, but the amount of fruit felt a bit limited. The location offers outstanding access to sightseeing and dining. We arrived by car, so it would be great if there were a partnered parking lot available.

    A very clean Hotel

    It was a very clean Hotel, and both the Facility and the Room were comfortable with no particular issues. However, the amenities were somewhat limited, and I was a bit disappointed that there was no shower cap. Also, in the large public bath, when hot water was being supplied to the tub, the shower water pressure often dropped and became difficult to use, which was surprising for a modern Hotel. Other than that, it was overall very clean and pleasant, so I would like to stay again. Additionally, rather than having guests bring towels from their Room to the large public bath, providing small towels (e.g., hand towels) would make it more comfortable.

    It was clean and very nice.

    I stayed on the opening day, and it was very clean, which was great. The water in the large public bath was quite hot, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was good. If possible, it would have been nice if alcohol were sold inside the Hotel—I might have been able to relax even more at the post-bath lounge. The post-bath lounge was also nice, with games and various other items available. I had breakfast as well, and there were many different options—including cotton candy—so I could enjoy it together with my child. If I had more time, I would have liked to relax longer. It was a good Hotel that made me want to stay again.
