    Wonderful Hotel

    The Room we stayed in was one of the more affordable options, but we were surprised that the Facility was comparable to—or even better than—suite Rooms at other Hotels. The automatic curtains and the Neorest toilet made everything stress-free to use. The staff at the drop-off area were kind, and valet parking was smooth and easy. Thank you as well to the turndown staff for preparing everything so neatly. The lounge and other areas were crowded, but every staff member provided excellent service, and we were satisfied to have stayed at a first-class Hotel. The plain croissant was delicious, so we’d love to come back for it again!

    I suddenly had some ...

    I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

    Wonderful Hotel

    This is purely my personal impression... What I liked: ・Great location, just a short walk from JR Takanawa Gateway Station ・The view, interior design, scent, and overall atmosphere ・Breakfast (especially the grilled fish in the Japanese set breakfast) ・Friendly service What could have been better: ・The elevators, Room, and common areas felt dark... though that may be what creates the nice ambiance ・There were two female guests, but some amenities seemed prepared for men ・The sink drained poorly Thank you to all the staff for preparing our Room early. I was happy to enjoy shopping around Takanawa Gateway and have a fun stay with my mother in such a wonderful space.

    Warm and friendly hospitality

    All I can express is my gratitude. Even though it was our first visit, we were touched by your thoughtful attention to every detail, the surprise celebration for our wedding anniversary, and the many people who helped us at the pool. My husband can swim but has difficulty walking, and we truly felt warmly welcomed. In the evening, we dined at Restaurant Sefino. Most guests seemed to be visiting from outside, but if you stay here, it would be a shame to miss dining at this restaurant. It was a truly memorable experience.

    Transformation of Takanawa

    It was my first time getting off at Takanawa Gateway, and I was surprised by how much the Takanawa area has changed. There were some mix-ups with my luggage and other matters on the Hotel’s side, but the staff—especially the Front Office Manager—handled everything sincerely. It made me feel very reassured. The gentleman at the fitness center reception was very kind, and the morning yoga instructor was wonderful as well, explaining things clearly even for beginners. Thank you. I had breakfast at the restaurant, and there were many options including a Japanese set meal as well as a buffet—everything was delicious and satisfying. The bathtub in the Room is large, so you can truly relax. The tea bags (sencha and hojicha) are from a well-known tea shop; they have a clean taste and were delicious—I could really feel the Hotel’s attention to detail. The BGM you can select from the TV screen is soothing. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    Above all, the staff were wonderful. They treated us with such courtesy that we almost felt overly formal ourselves. It’s a Hotel that made us want to come back next time with our family. We will definitely stay here again.

    For some reason, there are a lot of them.

    The staff at check-in were very pleasant, and I entered the Room expecting a comfortable stay. However, although the Reservation was for two women, the amenities were set up as one for a man and one for a woman, which surprised me. Both L- and M-size loungewear and slippers were provided, so we had to go through the trouble of changing them. Since you can’t assume sizes based on gender, I could accept that—but the amenities setup was a first for me. It also seemed that guest information was not shared with housekeeping. The shower head in the bathroom was so overly stylish that there was nowhere to grip it properly, and I used it nervously. The toilet paper holder and bidet controls were far from the toilet seat—another surprise. It felt like even children wouldn’t be able to reach them. There were level differences between the floor and carpet, and even within the carpet itself, which felt unsafe. The interior design—with curved lines and high ceilings—was pleasant and comfortable overall, so this was very disappointing.

    Nice view

    This newly opened property near Takanawa Gateway is in a great location, and the views from the Room, pool, and executive lounge were all wonderful, making for a very pleasant stay. I was surprised when the General Manager came to greet guests in the executive lounge. I was happy to have the chance to speak with them. I was also able to join a yoga session. Everything was excellent, but it would be helpful if cleansing products were available either at the pool or in the Room. I happened not to bring any, so I contacted staff and had some delivered. Before my visit, an operator told me afternoon tea would be after checkout on the following day, so I booked lunch at NEWoMan for my stay day—but upon arrival I was told afternoon tea could be on the day of check-in as well. If I had known that, it would have been more efficient to check in first, enjoy afternoon tea, and then go to the pool. Also, our parking time went over 24 hours and could have incurred an additional fee, but the front desk kindly adjusted it so we wouldn’t be charged extra. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay—thank you very much.

    The best is yet to come.

    The facilities are excellent, perfect for a staycation. The bathroom and chairs in the room are adorable with stylish curves, and the tiles give a cozy vibe. The Room is spacious with a long sofa and additional chairs, making it very comfortable. The pool, gym, and bar are outstanding. However, there were some issues with the phone operator service. Turndown service was forgotten but completed after I went out again. When I called to request someone to pick up my delivery package upon returning, no one came for 30 minutes until I called again. There wasn’t much of an apology either... There were frequent delays in response time from the operator team despite other staff at the restaurant, bar guide, and pool being very attentive and professional. It seems like better communication is needed among staff members. Breakfast was delicious! However, during checkout, there was no acknowledgment or apology regarding previous inconveniences—it felt like nothing had been communicated internally. With time and improvements in service coordination among staff members—this Hotel has great potential to become even better!

    It was a wonderful stay.

    I stayed in the Executive Suite King. The room was comfortable with a great view. Mount Fuji was clearly visible. The lounge's sweets and meals, as well as the breakfast at the restaurant, were very delicious. During Christmas season, trees were decorated everywhere, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff's service was excellent.
