My stay was exhausting.
This time, I stayed for 6 nights. The Room floor still had sandy debris, and there were toothpaste stains left behind. Breakfast was disappointing—mostly the same items every day. The motsunabe had large chunks of cabbage core left in it; the ingredients were undercooked and the broth was lukewarm. Egg dishes were made-to-order, but because they seemed pre-made, the omelet and Eggs Benedict were cold, while the plates were excessively hot. There were a few Japanese side dishes, but they felt like simple home-style items; portions looked small and sparse, and the tongs were small and hard to use. What surprised me most was the mentaiko: a loose pile that looked like something sold for home use. It made me wonder why a city Hotel would choose to serve it this way. At JPY 3,600, breakfast felt overpriced. For both food and service, I believe more thoughtfulness is needed so guests aren’t left confused or reminded of everyday inconveniences. After repeated disappointments with cleaning and meals, I became exhausted and shortened my stay. When checking out, I asked staff to move my luggage from the Room using a cart, but I ended up loading it onto the cart myself. Even though I specifically requested that my luggage shipment be arranged for earliest delivery, this was not handled thoroughly either. Also before my stay, I asked about a certain Facility and was introduced to one by Hotel staff as meeting my requirements; however, it turned out not to meet those conditions. From start to finish I couldn’t relax or feel at ease during my stay—I repeatedly found myself confused by situations and ended up completely worn out.

We had a great time.
Due to the typhoon, we unexpectedly added one more night and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. One point for improvement: regarding Room cleaning, as I mentioned on the day, the bathtub cleaning seemed unfinished, and used cups were left as they were. These are small details, but I felt improvements are needed. What was good: you kindly helped us with the trouble we had, and we were satisfied with breakfast as it included local specialties and was thoughtfully prepared. The building was also quiet, and we were able to spend a comfortable time. As for our main purpose—watching the Hawks game—the dome was a bit far away, but it was within walking distance, and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient overall. It turned into a great summer vacation. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a Deluxe...
I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room for four nights. The Hotel has a wonderful view, and the location is great—you can walk to the beach right in front. Since it’s new, the toilet and bath are nice, and I’m satisfied with the facilities. On the other hand, the service felt lacking. Because access isn’t convenient, I would at least like a Shuttle Service from Nishijin Station nearby. Also, considering the location, parking fees are expensive, and although there is an EV charger, I was told there was no plug available. There were no amenities such as skincare lotion at all, and I was disappointed that the in-room coffee was instant—these days even a Business Hotel offers drip coffee. I think there are several areas that could be improved.

First stay at Fukupri Momochihama
Given the Hotel’s location and concept, I chose to make my first stay during midsummer, and it turned out to be an extremely satisfying experience. What surprised me first was the fragrance in the space from the entrance through to the front desk. I’m quite sensitive to scents, but being welcomed by such a calming aroma naturally raised my expectations for the Hotel. This time I stayed in the “Retreat Suite,” and everything from check-in to entering my Room was very smooth. After settling in, before fully enjoying the Room, I headed up to the top-floor club lounge. Cocktail time while watching a beautiful summer sunset envelop Hakata Bay truly lifted my spirits. After that I had plans and went out to Tenjin, but once I returned to my Room at night, I was able to spend a genuinely relaxing time. In particular, unwinding in the jet bath melted away my usual tension and fatigue—I felt so comfortable that I kept dozing off again and again. And by the way, bath time the next morning while watching the sunrise was absolutely exceptional. Also, since there were no group guests that day, it felt like real luck to enjoy a delicious breakfast in a calm setting while looking out at the sea. Finally, as part of a grand opening promotion I was able to stay on a Plan with 12:00 checkout; at least for stays on the club floor, I strongly hope this 12:00 checkout Plan will become a standard offering.

I can tell it’s improved.
1. Points raised in Reviews For example, the Room amenities were in small bottles and hard to use → replaced with full-size bottles in the bathroom. There was only instant coffee in the Room → a Nespresso machine is now provided. There were no Fukuoka-style breakfast items → they offered motsunabe, chikuzen-ni, takana, mentaiko, and more. I could truly feel that the Hotel is trying its best to accommodate guests’ requests. 2. The bathtub in the Room was a standard home-style tub deep enough to soak up to my shoulders (I’ve been staying mostly at international chain Hotels lately), and I was genuinely impressed. It was extremely comfortable. 3. I would like to request improvements and a review of the breakfast at Yokaterasu, the on-site restaurant where you can dine. The main dish and sides (carrots and broccoli) tasted and looked exactly like frozen vegetables. The grated daikon and other vegetables also had a slightly chemical taste. I understand costs are rising, but since this is a Hotel with a club floor, I would appreciate it if you could reconsider this aspect a bit more. Also, checkout (including issuing Receipts) takes far too long—I was surprised. 4. The tea-time sweets in the club lounge—strawberry jelly, panna cotta, strawberry donuts, etc.—were all delicious. There isn’t a large variety of food items, but it felt thoughtfully curated. There were three types of beer available as well, and Ito En’s oolong tea was excellent. I was able to relax in the lounge with large windows and great views. 5. Parking is JPY 1,000 per 60 minutes. For overnight guests staying at the Accommodation/Hotel rate applies: JPY 2,000 for 24 hours.

Urban Oasis
Three of us stayed for two nights. We considered a Hotel near the station, but choosing this place was the right decision. The view was truly soothing. I also recommend spending a relaxing time in the lounge at sunset. The Facility was simple and not particularly luxurious, but it felt modern and nice. Most of the staff seemed young and worked hard to assist us. One small downside is that the breakfast selection is limited, so a Multiple Night Stay might feel repetitive. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

A true resort-like atmosphere.
I booked the seaside view, so I could see the beach and it felt very open. However, since it was midsummer, when I came back from going out the Room was hot from the afternoon sun, and it took a while to cool down. I changed my plan from 2 nights to 3 nights. They kindly helped me switch to a Multiple Night Stay in the same Room, which was very helpful. Also, the additional Room I made a Reservation for was next door, which made it easy for our family to spend time together. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and the bathroom had a washing area, so I could relax. I also think having a choice of main dish at breakfast is better than an all-buffet setup. This time I ate at the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner, but it was disappointing that lunch/dinner were mainly set courses with limited options. As part of their sustainability efforts, I agree with not changing bedding during a Multiple Night Stay, but I would like towels to be replaced even without requesting it. Since it is a bit far from Hakata Station, it may not be ideal for sightseeing by train.

Wadatsumi Morning
I stayed here (for just one night?!) to forget the everyday hustle and truly unwind. The sunset sinking into Hakata Bay and the Genkai Sea from the high floors, the “Notari Sea” sparkling in the morning sun with its islands, and the majestic scenery unchanged since ancient times were all breathtaking. I also loved the spacious Room with large windows, no wasted closet space, and a bathroom given plenty of room. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was excellent as well. I would gladly stay again.

Great view!
On the same day, our family stayed with two guests in a Club Floor Superior Twin Room and two guests in a Retreat Suite with Terrace & View Bath. As requested, we were given nearby Rooms on an upper floor. The view bath was a jacuzzi with an ocean view, so we all used the Retreat Suite for bathing and chatting as a group of four. The views were different from each Room: the assigned Superior Room had stunning ocean views and night scenery, while the Retreat Suite faced the sea entirely, with beautiful ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Since it wasn’t the season for it, we didn’t relax on the terrace much, but there is a small table and chairs (not very comfortable), so it might be nice to enjoy a drink while feeling the outdoor air. That said, even on the same Club Floor, amenities seem to differ. Of course, the suite had plusher slippers; shampoo and other items were not in large bottles but in take-home sizes; and there was also a different hair dryer. However, unfortunately, the toothbrushes were not really usable (as shown in the photos—the last two photos with the tower are from the Superior Room). Booking different types of Rooms made these differences in views and amenities clear. We did not have breakfast at the restaurant; instead, we enjoyed a relaxed buffet-style breakfast at the lounge on the 20th floor while looking out at the sea. For us it was more than enough in terms of quantity (though there was no fresh fruit or Japanese dishes). The quality of all ingredients was high—especially the bread! Parking was 2,000 yen; even though that’s similar to central Tokyo rates, it still feels expensive. This time we stayed at an unbelievably reasonable rate when making our Reservation and felt it was an excellent deal. However, prices are now three to four times higher. We really like this Hotel, but at those rates it’s hard for us to stay again. There is no Onsen or pool; there are no souvenir shops; and dining options seem to be Western only—I wish there were Japanese options as well. Overall we were extremely satisfied with value for money this time! We would love to return when pricing is more accessible for us again. Thank you very much to all of your smiling staff members.

It has the feel of a slightly upscale Business Hotel.
The lobby felt a bit smaller than it looks in the photos. There was no staff to greet us, and only two people at the front desk were busy assisting overseas guests. It took quite a while to check in. The Room was very clean since it had just opened, and the view was beautiful too! The air-conditioning worked well, and the air felt comfortable. However, we could hear voices and footsteps from the hallway quite clearly. Breakfast... even though this is Fukuoka—no mentaiko!! One of the best parts of having breakfast while traveling is enjoying local, locally sourced food. Maybe they chose not to serve it because there were many overseas guests... It’s a beautiful building, but... that’s how it felt overall.

Relax with an ocean view.
The lounge feels similar to the one at Okinawa Prince Hotel Ginowan, and you can relax while enjoying ocean views. I didn’t make it in time for afternoon tea, so I’d like to enjoy it next time. The sunset from the beach was beautiful as well.

Get into the summer vacation mood early
Stayed on the club floor on a weekday just after the rainy season ended. The view from the lounge on the 20th floor was incredibly relaxing. I was able to unwind at a leisurely pace while enjoying some drinks. The Room was spacious, and the amenities were excellent. I definitely want to stay again!

The meal...
I stayed for two nights from July 10, during the hottest time in Fukuoka. The Room was nice, and the amenities were good. The view from the Room was also great. The only disappointing thing was that the rice at breakfast was a little hard. The Hotel’s buffet breakfast had excellent side dishes, and the salad vegetables in particular were truly delicious. Since I love rice, that was the only letdown, but it was convenient with parking available and a convenience store nearby. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality.

Even on rainy days, the ocean view is amazing!
This is a new Hotel, and I liked the calm color scheme of the club lounge and the Room amenities. Above all, the view from the lounge is amazing. I could just keep looking at it. Watching ships and airplanes never gets old, and it was very relaxing. Here are a few things I noticed. Even though there were many young staff members, they all seemed a bit low on energy, which felt like a missed opportunity. Also, I noticed an odor in the elevator. The lobby and lounge smell wonderful, so I think it would be good to consider adding a pleasant scent to the elevators as well. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable. The view from the Room was also spectacular—Fukuoka Tower right in front of me. I’ll definitely stay again.

Guest Reviews
It may be a bit inconvenient if you’re not traveling by car. It was a calm Hotel, and the breakfast was good. One downside is that when you look out the window, you can see the neighboring apartment building. I thought it would be better if the curtains opened from the opposite side. The ocean view was nice, but this point bothered me.

The Facility is excellent, but the customer service needs improvement.
We stayed here as a couple to celebrate an anniversary. As the Hotel has only recently opened, the Facilities—including the guest rooms and restaurant—were very clean and comfortable. The view from the lounge was especially wonderful and left a strong impression. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the 4th floor. The shelf where the fruit was displayed felt a little difficult to access, so I think reviewing the layout or fixtures could make it easier to use. On the other hand, I felt there was a significant difference in service among staff members. The younger staff were cheerful, polite in their language, and very pleasant to deal with. However, some staff who seemed more experienced were unfriendly and somewhat businesslike. To be honest, it left me with a poor impression. I chose this Hotel expecting something special because it is operated in the Momochi area despite being less convenient than Hakata or Tenjin, but in terms of service it did not meet those expectations. This time we were able to stay at a good sale price, so in some ways it felt reasonable for what we paid; however, at regular rates I don’t think my satisfaction would have been high. The Facilities are excellent, so if customer service improves, I believe this could become an even more appealing Hotel.

Club Lounge
Although it was a Saturday, the club lounge was very quiet, so we were able to relax at our leisure. We’re not sure if most guests were out sightseeing and didn’t use it much, but we enjoyed sweets, cocktail hour, and breakfast in a seat with a great view. The breakfast time was also almost empty—there was only about one other group. Since club lounges are usually crowded and sometimes have time limits, it was wonderful to be able to unwind without feeling rushed. The price was reasonable and the Room felt new as well, so we’d love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Fukuoka.

The lounge is excellent.
One night with breakfast included There was plenty of food in the morning lounge, which was great. Even guests without breakfast will be full. The ocean views from both the Room and the lounge are just as impressive as Okinawa’s. I definitely want to visit again.

With Momochi Beach right in front of us, it was perfect.
The service was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated how strongly you value maintaining the prestige of the Prince Hotel. However, when paying at the restaurant, the IKYU discount was not applied. When I asked again, I only received a brief apology, which did not feel sincere—perhaps they were flustered. Still, I liked it overall and would like to come again.

The club lounge was excellent.
This was my first stay here. As it has newly opened, I had high expectations—and it exceeded them. Now that I’m over 60, I place great importance on time spent at the Hotel, and when a Hotel has an exclusive club lounge, I try to book a Plan that includes lounge access whenever possible. This time, it was among the very best club lounges I’ve experienced. With breathtaking views from the top floor and a spacious setting, even though we stayed on a Saturday, it was pleasantly quiet during tea time, cocktail time, and breakfast the next morning—so we were able to relax completely. As a couple who enjoys drinks, we also appreciated that alcohol was available from tea time onward (in a good way!). Of course, our Room was wonderful as well—including the balcony and the bathtub with jacuzzi controls. If I had to mention one request: personally, I found the single-use mini bottles of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom a bit inconvenient. Larger bottles would be easier for us seniors to use. I was also disappointed that there were no benefits for IKYU Diamond members. Since there wasn’t the common 12:00 checkout benefit seen at other hotels, we paid to extend our checkout. That said, overall we truly had an excellent stay, and we would love to return if we have another opportunity.

The view from inside the building is stunning.
It’s quite far from the station, and the building itself doesn’t look very impressive. Once inside, the lobby ceiling felt rather low, and for a new Hotel it left me a bit disappointed. The elevator hall had some odd curtains and no windows, which also felt underwhelming. However, the views from the Room and the restaurant were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant was also somewhat disappointing. I went two days in a row: the one-plate dish was a bit bland, and perhaps because I went before 8:00, not all items were available—croissants weren’t replenished, and even the main lettuce for the salad had run out. The staff member was picking up fallen leaves before refilling items, which didn’t sit well with me. The next day I went earlier so everything was available, but I still felt the selection wasn’t very large. The ice pail in my Room—still new—was completely defective: instead of just leaking, water actually gushed out, and by morning there was a puddle. When I returned to the Hotel at night after going out, housekeeping had been done but nightwear hadn’t been replenished. Since it’s a new Hotel I assumed they were still getting used to operations; however, when I called the front desk, they told me to check whether it might be somewhere around where you can sit. Isn’t it strange to be told to “look for it”? If they weren’t going to place it in the same spot during a Multiple Night Stay (or at least leave it on the bed), having guests search for it doesn’t make sense. Also, I called only after already searching my Room; being treated as if I hadn’t looked made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve experienced forgotten replenishments at other Hotels before—but this is my first time being told to search places where you wouldn’t normally expect such an item. Given that this is not priced like a Business Hotel (and certainly not like Business Hotel rates), I was very dissatisfied with how this was handled. We probably won’t stay again; however, since the views from the Room and restaurant—and likely from the club lounge—are excellent, if you’re staying for a special occasion it may be better once their service has improved further. Finally, the chair in front of the sink area was very good.

We stayed in an ocean-view room with access to the club lounge.
I stayed at Prince Hotel Momochihama for one night and two days. As it had only been open for two months, the Room still had that new-build scent, and of course it was spotless. The view from the window was also amazing—an ocean view. This time my stay included access to the club lounge, so I enjoyed light snacks there, and there was a great variety of alcoholic drinks, all delicious. Since the club lounge is on the top floor, the views are wonderful. You can also see Fukuoka Tower next door, which is beautifully illuminated at night. There are terrace seats as well, and I was able to enjoy drinks while feeling the pleasant sea breeze—such an elegant time. Breakfast was buffet-style. The selection isn’t huge, but everything felt carefully chosen, so I was more than satisfied. The motsunabe and curry were especially outstanding. For the main dish you can choose from a set menu and have it served freshly made; this was delicious too. When there are too many buffet options I tend to overeat, so this number of items felt just right. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I recommend it if you visit Fukuoka.

A stylish prince with a stunning ocean view
A brand-new, sparkling Hotel that just opened in 2026. It’s quite a walk from the subway, so rail access isn’t great, but it’s convenient from the airport—about 15 minutes by taxi using the expressway. Note that traffic can build up near the expressway exits depending on the day and time. The location is right in front of Momochihama Beach. It has a true resort vibe, with restaurants along the waterfront and a fun atmosphere. The sidewalks are well maintained, making it easy to enjoy an uninterrupted seaside walk all the way to in front of Hilton without crossing any traffic lights. The Hotel is incredibly stylish—especially the corridors and the restaurant. The colorful carpets and wallpaper in the hallways really lift your travel mood. The restaurant was outstanding, with unique sunken sofa seating and an amazing ocean view.

We had a wonderful holiday!
The Facility was new, clean, and comfortable, and the staff responded flexibly to our requests. Even my usually hard-to-please husband was satisfied and said, “Nothing to complain about.” Thank you very much. I was a bit unsure about using the parking lot, so we decided not to use it this time, but it would be reassuring if we could know the parking availability in advance.

Girls’ Trip
On our first girls’ trip in six months, we heard that a new Prince Hotel had opened in Fukuoka and were interested. Since we all love club lounges, we decided to stay here. A lot happened during our stay, and we truly appreciate the staff’s support. Personally, I would like a wash basin in the bathroom. It was inconvenient not having a hand-washing sink in the toilet. Other than that, we were satisfied. We would be happy to stay again if we have another opportunity.

Parking is expensive.
The parking fee system is not good and leaves a bad impression. The view and location are very good, but the restaurant’s table and chair layout undermines the quality of the interior design. The value for money of the food and drinks is poor. The hallways are too dark and do not match the Prince brand image; they feel out of place compared with how bright it is outside. The Room is good.

Although we live in ...
Although we live in Fukuoka City, I stayed overnight with my mother, who is almost 102, to enjoy a little getaway. The location is amazing—right next to Fukuoka Tower, with Marizon directly in front of you. I was a bit disappointed at first because there is no large public bath, but the brand-new bathtub was very comfortable and I was completely satisfied. The Room was spacious with a stylish sofa, and the toilet was separate from the bath. The view opened out onto the vast ocean right before our eyes; the sunset was beautiful, and we went home feeling truly fulfilled. There were few guests that day, so it was quiet with no noise. The hallway carpet was soft and plush and slightly dim—probably to make the night view stand out. Two elderly women had a wonderful time.
