    I had high expectati...

    I had high expectations for this Hotel, but I was disappointed. At check-in, there was only one staff member at the front desk. They were on the phone for what felt like forever, so we couldn’t check in easily. There was a moment when the call ended and they made eye contact with us, but without saying anything they immediately got back on the phone. At that point, I could already tell the level of quality at this Hotel. After getting to the Room, I noticed some issues such as trash on the floor and stains on the sheets. I called the front desk twice for assistance, but neither call went through. Despite being told to call the front desk if we needed anything, this left a very poor impression.

    The facilities are good.

    I canceled my planned Hotel and ended up staying here at short notice. It’s close to the station and the Facilities are good. It’s clean, and having a separate washing area was the best part. The water pressure was also sufficient. There is an ice machine, which was very convenient. The disappointing point was the front desk. Even though it could be called the face of the Hotel, there was no greeting at either check-in or check-out—just typing away at the computer... well, I guess it can’t be helped. If you don’t mind the front desk, it’s a Hotel with no problems at all.

    The Room and breakfast were satisfying.

    A 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. The location was very convenient for using the Yui Rail and buses. Since it is new, the Room was stylish and comfortable. In particular, the spacious bathroom with a separate washing area was very relaxing. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious for the price. I was disappointed that the free drinks from 6:00 PM were not all-you-can-drink, but limited to one canned drink per person.

    Highly satisfying.

    This is my regular Accommodation when I’m on business in Naha. I appreciate you preparing a spacious Room for me. However, the Room furnishings aren’t really set up for work (which is understandable in Okinawa), so I always struggle when doing PC work. For focused work, I recommend the lounge on the first floor. I’m always very satisfied with breakfast. The breakfast buffet here is excellent in selection, taste, and service. Thank you as always.

    The service was careless, explanations were insufficient, and there was no sense of hospitality at all.

    When I asked a simple question, I was told, “It’s written in the terms and conditions.” At check-in, even though there were many staff at the front desk, no one offered any help despite seeing that I had a lot of luggage. At check-out, for some reason all the staff were on the phone, and it took a long time to check out. Overall, many of the staff showed no sense of hospitality. For some reason, the laundry machines could not dry clothes, so paying to wash them was a waste. At this price point, this Hotel’s service was terrible. You’d be better off staying at a Business Hotel.

    We stayed one night ...

    We stayed one night in the Family Suite with a family of four. Just like the photos, the Room was spacious, clean, and very nice. The location is also great. The airport is close, and we could put our name on the waiting list at the steakhouse behind the Hotel and wait at the Hotel until our table was ready. Breakfast doesn’t have an enormous variety, but everything was delicious, the view was great, and it felt like excellent value for money. If I had to mention a downside, there’s no handwashing sink in the Room’s toilet so you have to walk around to the bathroom sink, and there’s no temperature indicator for hot water on the bath faucet.

    Great value for money

    We stayed here as a couple on our trip to Okinawa. We arrived at Naha Airport before evening and were leaving early the next morning, so we made a Reservation at an affordable Hotel just to get some sleep. I checked in without high expectations, but it’s a fairly new Hotel, and the Room was surprisingly spacious for Naha City and very comfortable to use. The location was also budget-friendly—even taking a taxi to Kokusai-dori didn’t cost much. If it’s still in this price range next year, we’ll stay again.

    The parking lot is a...

    The parking lot is a mechanical parking system, which we only found out upon arrival at the Hotel. It would have been helpful if this information was provided in advance. Additionally, the staff at the parking lot seemed to be dedicated solely to managing the parking and were not part of the Hotel staff. Even when we brought our car closer, no one came out to guide us, making it quite confusing. The guest rooms and restaurant were very clean and allowed for a comfortable stay.

    Diamond benefits are exceptional.

    I have stayed here about five times. This is not a Diamond benefit, but I always appreciate being provided with a corner Room. It’s such a thoughtful gesture that makes me very happy. Above all, having both early check-in and late check-out options is wonderful. Being able to enter the Hotel without waiting in the lobby upon early arrival truly reflects the status of being a Diamond member and makes the experience stress-free. I’ve stayed at various Hotels, but this Hotel offers highly practical services as part of its Diamond benefits rather than just snacks or similar items. Additionally, the cleanliness, spaciousness of the Room, location, and value for money are excellent. I hope you continue to maintain and enhance your Diamond benefits in the future!

    Convenient location and a relaxing stay.

    Great location, within walking distance to desired destinations and dining options. Laundry was done using the Hotel's coin laundry, while drying was completed at a large coin laundry nearby. Guests can enjoy free drinks and the night pool in the evening. The parking lot is reasonably priced and allows for 24/7 access. Being a multi-story parking facility, it provided a safe space for rental cars. I stayed alone for 3 nights this time, and the Room was very clean and comfortable for relaxation.

    Thank you for your help.

    Despite arriving at 3 a.m. due to a flight delay, the staff was very kind and accommodating. The Room is clean and comfortable, as it is newly built. There is also a famous steakhouse in Okinawa right next to the Hotel, and I recommend going around checkout time to avoid the lines. Next time, I hope to visit with enough time to enjoy the pool and drink service fully.

    The rooftop pool is amazing!

    Located in Naha Asahibashi, this property is close to the station and airport, though slightly away from Kokusai Street. Opening in summer 2025 as a brand-new facility, it features a Ryukyu-inspired design that lets you fully enjoy the Okinawan atmosphere. The highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool, offering an incredible sense of unity with the view. In the evening, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Multiple floors are equipped with coin-operated laundry machines, and you can check their availability through a dedicated app. The first-floor lobby features counter seating with power outlets, making it an ideal spot for work.

    Affordable and High-Quality Hotel

    This was my first stay. It was close to Asahibashi and within walking distance of Kokusai Street. The new Facility, including the room and bathroom, was perfect. Additionally, the staff's smiles and the high quality of the breakfast buffet were outstanding. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    The Room is spacious, and the heated pool is excellent!!

    I chose this Hotel in Naha City because it has a pool. The heated pool was perfect even on slightly cool nights. There was complimentary alcohol provided in the evening, the Room was spacious, and it exceeded my expectations with a very high level of satisfaction. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Okinawan cuisine at breakfast was! I would love to stay here again when visiting Okinawa. Thank you!

    A beautiful Hotel, but...

    The front desk service was not very satisfactory. There was no smile, and it felt like they were just going through the motions. Room amenities were lacking, and cleaning was not thorough. It felt like a missed opportunity for such a new Facility. The rooftop pool was excellent, but despite the no-float policy, some people were using them.

    This was my first time staying here on the day of arrival. The Room was very clean, and there was a bathtub, so choosing this Hotel was the right decision. The price was affordable, and I am very satisfied. The rooftop pool was also clean, with drinks provided, and I would love to stay again.

    A clean and stylish Hotel

    A newly opened and beautiful Hotel. Within easy walking distance from the nearest station. Simply follow the straight road from the station, so you won't get lost. There is a Seven-Eleven convenience store right next door. The Room is clean, spotless, and spacious enough. It also includes a sofa and table, making it so comfortable you might not want to leave your Room. The staff gives off a "minimum necessary" impression without much of a smile. While it's not a Resort Hotel, some friendliness would be appreciated in hospitality services.

    The new room was ver...

    The new room was very clean and exceeded expectations for the price. The front staff were polite, and their service was excellent. Having laundry facilities on several floors was also very helpful. Due to an unexpected extension of my stay, I rebooked here without hesitation! However, some other accommodation guests at the infinity pool (Japanese) had extremely poor manners, constantly jumping in and causing a disturbance, which was very bothersome to others. While this is not the hotel's fault, it was truly disappointing. I would love to use this accommodation again when visiting Okinawa!

    Breakfast with a view from the top floor

    This new hotel exceeded my expectations in a good way, despite reading reviews about breakfast operation improvements. The breakfast offered a balance of Okinawan dishes and other options. My children especially loved the gratin, Okinawa soba, and somen champuru. Personally, I thought the somen champuru was the best. The view from the rooftop pool was stunning, and it felt like relaxing in an open-air bath while watching the clouds drift by. However, I was concerned about how stiff the locker keys were in the pool's changing room. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three beds along with a sofa and table for relaxation. The refrigerator was a modern non-freezing type as expected for a new hotel. While I appreciated that sheets weren’t changed during our multiple night stay, I found it inconvenient not being able to clean the bathtub properly despite having separate bath and toilet facilities for leisurely baths. Although I rinsed it with water after use, I wished there had been some detergent available for light cleaning. The lounge offered various amenities during its one-hour service from 6 PM to 7 PM; enjoying Orion Beer there made me very satisfied! Please note that bringing outside food is prohibited. Lastly, while visiting the breakfast venue early in the morning with high hopes, I noticed some food crumbs on the floor which was disappointing given how clean and new this hotel is—it stood out more than expected because of its otherwise pristine condition. Even considering these minor points, this is an excellent hotel where we felt very relaxed throughout our stay. Our first family trip to Okinawa became truly memorable thanks to THE NEST Naha. Thank you so much!

    I was worried before using it, but it is a clean Hotel.

    I used this accommodation for a trip with my child. Before the stay, the name of the hotel room changed, and photos of the room disappeared, which made me feel uneasy. In reality, it seems that it was a very clean hotel because it was new. However, it appears that the room we reserved was different from what we got. The official hotel website was created just before its opening and is now gone; perhaps they opened without being fully prepared? It makes me wonder if the room I originally reserved even existed in the first place. This is my first time experiencing something like this on IKYU.com. It's unfortunate because it's an affordable and clean hotel. I don't think I'll return next time. As for parking, depending on usage hours, parking in front of the hotel seemed cheaper than using the hotel's parking lot itself, so we opted for that instead. Since check-in was in the evening and check-out was in the morning, there seemed to be no waiting time at all during those processes. For multiple night stays, towels were not replenished unless requested; I believe there are some service issues to address here as well.

    Parking Information

    I stayed during the Obon holiday. The parking lot attached to the Hotel was full due to the busy season, which I understood. However, nearby coin-operated parking lots were also full, and when I asked a male staff member at the front desk for assistance, he simply said that "the Hotel cannot provide information on this." When I searched in a back street, I found several parking spots within a 5-minute walk. It left me wondering about their customer service. By the way, it wasn’t crowded at all during check-in.

    Check-in may require waiting depending on the time. The elevator arrives quickly and operates at high speed. The Room is clean and compactly organized. The pool has a nice atmosphere and is comfortable, but there is room for improvement in the use of the changing rooms. Convenience stores and coin laundries are nearby, making the location excellent. Service has potential for future improvement.

    The facility is lovely, but the stay was not relaxing.

    Stayed for 3 nights from July 18th to 20th. The Hotel is new and very beautiful, and I was expecting a luxurious experience, but there were a few disappointing points. First, when I arrived around 10 PM for check-in, the Hotel parking lot was full, so I had to look for nearby coin parking. It took about 30 minutes of walking around the area to finally find an available spot. I also felt slightly uncomfortable with the atmosphere in the lobby. A group of what seemed to be foreign tourists was having a meal and creating a party-like situation in the lobby. The smell of food and loud conversations made it hard to relax in that space. The Facility itself is highly attractive with stunning interiors that are perfect for photos. However, as I was looking forward to a quiet and elegant stay, this kind of environment felt somewhat disappointing.

    Stayed on the third ...

    Stayed on the third day after opening. Check-in took quite a while as the front desk was very crowded. (There were many Asian foreign guests, and I wonder if there were some language misunderstandings.) The staff at the front desk seemed flustered overall. When I called from my room, no one answered, so I had to go to the front desk, which was unfortunately still busy. Regarding the facility, I was surprised that there was no bathtub in the room—only a shower. (It might have been my misunderstanding during reservation, but I don’t recall seeing any mention of no bathtub.) The rooftop pool is fantastic and has a great atmosphere. It’s also nice that alcohol is available for free at the pool lounge starting from 6 PM. Overall, it seemed like all staff were still adjusting due to it being right after opening. Despite everything mentioned above, I am personally satisfied with my stay. P.S.: It would be appreciated if services for Diamond members could be expanded!

    A New Hotel in Higashi Town

    I chose to stay here as it was newly opened and reasonably priced. ■ Positive Points - The facility is new since it just opened. - Four elevators make movement smooth. - The lobby and rooftop lounge are open and pleasant. - A convenience store is nearby, with plenty of restaurants in the area. ■ Negative Points - Despite being on a business trip, I was assigned a triple room. The sofa was set up as an extra bed, leaving no proper seating for work purposes. - At the time of reservation, it stated separate bath and toilet; however, in reality, it was a shower and toilet separated instead. - Breakfast on the first day was good, but on the second day, operations could not keep up with the number of guests—only salad and bread were available at one point. Having stayed at various accommodations worldwide for business over many years, this experience was unprecedented. As this is a newly opened hotel, I understand that staff must have faced challenges; however, I hope improvements will be made to create an excellent hotel experience moving forward.
