    The air conditioner is too noisy to sleep.

    Above all, the air conditioner was extremely noisy. If I turned it off, it was too hot, so I couldn’t sleep. Even after turning it off, the room quickly became hot again, which felt like a problem with the building itself. Otherwise, it was about the same as a Business Hotel. Considering that I can’t sleep because of the air conditioner, I don’t think I will stay here again in the future.

    It was convenient.

    We stayed in a Junior Suite. It was great to be able to see Sakurajima from our Room (although the weather wasn’t ideal). The Room was spacious and nice, but there was no sink in the toilet area, so it was inconvenient to have to walk through the Room to the vanity to wash our hands. The Hotel is conveniently located near Tenmonkan, with many convenience stores nearby, making it easy to use. I would have preferred separate top-and-bottom loungewear instead of a one-piece style. Room cleaning was thorough, and everything was kept clean every day.

    I was shocked when I...

    I was shocked when I entered the Room. Although it’s supposed to be a twin Room, it felt like beds had been forced into a single Room, to the point that you can’t even move around without climbing over the beds. It’s so cramped that you can’t even sit on the provided chair. Even considering the low price, it was far too bad.

    First time staying in Kagoshima

    On my first stay in Kagoshima, I took the airport limousine bus to the Tenmonkan stop and walked to the Hotel, passing Don Quijote and a nearby convenience store along the way. After arriving, I found the room clean and spacious. The large public bath was also roomy and very relaxing. Having breakfast on the top floor while looking out at Sakurajima was a valuable experience. If I had to mention one thing, it felt like there were not many side-dish options. I’m grateful I could stay at this price. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast and Sakurajima

    The moment I entered the breakfast venue, I saw Sakurajima and was deeply moved, thinking this was the iconic view of Kagoshima I had always dreamed of. The table layout was excellent, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes—I was truly impressed. The bath was also great; the carbonated water helped relieve my fatigue. Lastly, the front desk staff were clear in their communication and efficient in their service, which made me feel very comfortable.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because I thought the view of Sakurajima from the breakfast venue would be wonderful. As expected, the scenery was truly amazing. However, aside from that, it felt fairly average despite my expectations. I stayed for two nights, but the breakfast menu was the same both days, which was a bit disappointing. It also felt like there weren’t many options. Also, the cleaning seems careless... The bathroom mirror in my Room was so dirty that I couldn’t see anything. There was also some kind of liquid—possibly left by a previous guest—inside the refrigerator. It’s a shame for such a new Facility to be in this condition, so I think improvements are needed.

    This was my first time in Kagoshima, and I really enjoyed my stay. It was just a short walk from the Tenmonkan bus stop from the airport, and it was easy to get smoothly to Kagoshima-Chuo Station on the streetcar right in front. I was able to take a relaxing stroll through the beautiful cherry-blossom-lined streets and visit places like the Ishin Furusato Museum. The bath was very pleasant, and the breakfast buffet at the top-floor restaurant was delicious, with plenty of Kagoshima-specific dishes. Although it was cloudy, Sakurajima—my first time seeing it—was right in front of me and truly impressive. It really made me feel that I was in Kagoshima. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Overall, I was satisfied. What I especially liked was the view of Sakurajima from the 13th-floor restaurant. Both check-in and check-out were fully automated, but since I’m clearly not good with machines, a staff member came out to assist me from the start, so everything went smoothly. The twin Room with a private bathroom had a spacious, comfortable bathroom; I didn’t have time to use the public bath, but it wasn’t an issue. The only disappointment was that you can’t adjust the air-conditioning temperature in each Room—I hope this can be improved. It was also a bit disappointing that the walkway space in the Room felt narrow because of the large beds, but given the price, that’s understandable.

    Elevator Congestion

    The only way to go from the first floor to the second floor is by elevator, and in the morning it was not possible to go down to the first floor or go up to the Room. The large public bath is on the second floor, and you will need to pass by the front desk.

    It was very comfortable.

    This was my first stay here during a business trip. The location is convenient and easy to find as it faces the main street. The view from the Room was great, but I was especially impressed by the panoramic view from the breakfast restaurant. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was also very delicious. There is a large public bath, and it seems there are spacious Rooms available, so I would love to stay here again for a family trip next time.

    The view from the bar and breakfast area was exceptional.

    We stayed as a couple for the first time. The Room was very clean, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. At night, we visited the bar on the top floor. The Shirokuma cocktail, inspired by the famous Shirokuma dessert from Tenmonkan, was adorable and absolutely delicious! The staff provided excellent service, even offering complimentary nuts, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The carbonated hot spring in the large public bath was also fantastic. For breakfast, we enjoyed a variety of dishes while overlooking Sakurajima, including charcoal-grilled local chicken and freshly made kakuni burgers—it was delightful! We would love to stay here again!

    "Kagoshima Business Trip" ~ Inspired by the Autumn Breeze ~

    I stayed at this accommodation during a business trip. This was my fifth stay, and I have become a regular guest. The guest rooms and shared spaces are always clean, and the staff provides excellent service, which I truly appreciate. As exercising has become a habit even during business trips, the fitness space is one of the appealing features for me. It's also convenient to head straight to the sauna-equipped large bath on the same floor after working out! The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared with local Kagoshima dishes, and being able to enjoy it in a premium venue with views of Sakurajima makes it a must every time I stay here. Additionally, this time I tried the BAR for the first time. The menu was extensive, and the atmosphere was great—highly recommended! I will continue staying here in the future!

    For Business Trips

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel during my frequent business trips to Kagoshima. To conclude, I had a very comfortable stay and absolutely loved it. The Room was spacious with a calm atmosphere, allowing me to fully relax. Business trips can often be hectic, but the large bed and the separate shower and toilet made it feel as comfortable as home. Additionally, I appreciated the well-equipped gym within the facility since I wanted to establish a morning exercise routine. The seamless flow from the gym to the adjacent public bath was excellent—no need to take an elevator while sweaty, making it very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring local Kagoshima dishes that helped me Clear my fatigue from work. I plan on continuing my business trips to Kagoshima in the future and would love to stay here again next time. Thank you!

    It was comfortable, but...

    The facility was clean, but the sauna was only available in the women's public bath and not in the men's. Since having a sauna and gym is one of my criteria for choosing a Hotel, it was disappointing. The gym was usable without any issues, but it was unfortunate that towels were not provided. The Room and location were satisfactory, so I would like to stay again; however, I will need to confirm if men can use the sauna on the day of my stay.
