    It was the best stay!

    A Metropolitan-affiliated Hotel located in Oimachi Tracks, just a short walk from Oimachi Station. As it is a new Hotel, the room was very clean and made for an excellent stay. It would have been even better with a tabletop mirror, but I was happy the hair dryer was Salonia. There was only a shower, but it was very good.

    The newly built Hotel is great!

    I’d been wanting to visit the much-talked-about Oimachi Tracks, so this was my first stay! I hear some Rooms even have a view of the trains. A newly built Hotel is, as expected, clean and comfortable. Honestly, it feels like better value than paying high prices at an old, long-established Hotel… Even though it was busy during the Obon period, once you’re in your Room it’s quiet. For breakfast you can choose from three main dishes, and the dashi pho was perfect for a stomach that had had a bit too much to drink. The Hotel I’m staying at now has the worst breakfast—nothing is running properly and there’s basically nothing to eat—so I really felt the difference.

    I would like to stay here again.

    We stayed here because our child’s birthday is coming up! This time we didn’t choose a Room with a train view, but it was great that we could see the Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line right after stepping out from the lobby. There were several kinds of welcome drinks, and we were able to enjoy them at the reception area at a relaxed pace. Our child found a mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail) they really liked, and even when we went back for refills several times, the staff kindly made it for us each time, which we truly appreciated. As mentioned in other Reviews, the lighting around the sink was quite dim, so I thought it would be better if it were a bit brighter. Next time, I’d like to stay in a Room with a train view! Thank you very much.

    Stylish Hotel in Oimachi

    A JR-affiliated Hotel located in Oimachi Tracks. It’s incredibly stylish—on par with top international brands. In addition to the well-designed furniture throughout, the fire pit in the front area makes for a great photo spot. As it’s newly built, everything is naturally spotless. The guest rooms have an open vanity area, which makes the bathroom space feel more spacious. There’s no large public bath in the Hotel, but there’s a well-known public bath & sauna on the same floor, so it wasn’t an issue. An additional fee is required, though. Breakfast is themed around “breakfasts from around the world,” with plenty of unique options. The buffet selection is slightly limited, but you can also order a substantial set menu separately, so overall I was satisfied. The only downside is that it’s hard to get a taxi. The taxi pickup area is tucked away and confusing, so even using GO Taxi, drivers often didn’t arrive at the specified spot. I gave up and requested one from near the station instead. Since many guests likely take taxis to Haneda from here, I hope this can be improved somehow.

    The pho for breakfast is delicious.

    With direct access to the station and a commercial Facility, there was nothing inconvenient at all. From the breezy, greenery-filled terrace, we could watch trains and planes coming and going—perfect for transportation lovers and never boring. The breakfast restaurant had a fun interior, and the main dish (choose from three options) was delicious. The buffet selection felt a bit limited. I also wished there were a few more sweet items. I’d love to stay again!

    I was surprised ther...

    I was surprised there was no bathtub, but this time I truly appreciated how great the shower was. At breakfast, when I first saw the buffet, I briefly thought there might not be many options, but there was also a proper set menu in addition to the buffet, so it was more than enough. I really enjoyed the faucet. My friend also said the beef tongue set was delicious. The staff were very polite and kind. Since it is directly connected to JR, it was very convenient. I would love to stay again.

    Thank you for a wonderful time.

    Thank you very much for taking such good care of us. Looking down from our Room window, we could see the Yamanote Line; to the right, the Keihin-Tohoku Line; and to the left, the Shinkansen. We could even see just the very top of Tokyo Tower—my mother’s favorite. Enjoying that wonderful view, we had great conversations and were able to spend a truly lovely time. We were amazed by how much you prepared for our bathing needs—far beyond what we had imagined. Many Hotels claim to be universal-access but do not actually provide items like non-slip mats, bath seats, or grab bars. You provided everything, and we are deeply grateful. It was also my first time seeing a grab bar that can be held from the side as well; my mother was delighted and said it was very easy to use. Thank you so much. If I may make one small request: it would be helpful if there were also a rack for shampoo and other items positioned within reach while seated on a shower chair. For guests using it normally, the current position is fine; for those using a shower chair, having a lower rack where they could place shampoo and other items would be convenient and appreciated. For breakfast, thanks to the staff at reception who kindly arranged seats with a great view for us, we enjoyed watching maintenance workers inspecting the Yamanote Line trains and seeing them depart while savoring our chosen bento box along with the buffet. Even though you were busy, you also took commemorative photos for us, which became wonderful memories. Thank you again. After seeing our photos, my niece and her husband apparently made their own Reservation for this weekend (laugh). We’d love to talk about it together again when they get back.

    One-night stay with children (ages 0 and 3)

    We were very satisfied overall. We reserved a baby crib for our 0-year-old in advance, along with pajamas and a toothbrush for our 3-year-old, and we were grateful to use them. Our Room was Tracks View. Trains didn’t come and go constantly, but the view delighted both kids and adults. It was also great that we could see Shinkansen in the distance, and watch trains such as the Keihin-Tohoku Line passing each other—not just the Yamanote Line—many times. Because the Facility is new, everything was clean and well maintained. The Room layout was compact and easy to use, and our family truly enjoyed our time there. The only reason I lowered my rating for amenities is that some items were missing from the toy supplies (such as Jenga). I also found a few things slightly inconvenient due to the placement of lights and mirrors—but these are very minor points. Overall, we were genuinely satisfied.

    This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    We arrived late at night after a concert, but all the staff were very welcoming, which was a relief. The barrier-free Room had no steps, and there were several grab bars in the bathroom, which was very helpful. As it is new, it felt very comfortable.

    The Hotel at the Popular Oimachi Tracks

    A brand-new Hotel that just opened in March at the popular Oimachi Tracks. Directly connected to the station for excellent convenience. Since it’s new, the Rooms are spotless. The highlight is the view of the Yamanote Line train yard from the breakfast restaurant—irresistible for railway fans.

    This Hotel is wonderful—its location, space, and service are all perfect! (5

    We stayed as a family and had an extremely satisfying stay! - Perfect location: Close to the station, with excellent access to everywhere—an ideal location. - Stylish space: The interior and guest rooms feature a very modern, sophisticated design, and everything is impeccably clean. - Comfortable lobby: The spacious lobby was very cozy and relaxing. - Wonderful staff: Every staff member was always smiling, very polite, and genuinely helpful. Both the facilities and the service were truly outstanding—there’s nothing to fault. When we come to Tokyo again, we will definitely stay here next time. A Hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend!

    A new and cozy Hotel

    It was close to the station, new, and comfortable. The Room had only a shower booth, but I used Sauna Mettsa at Oimachi Tracks instead. The staff were very kind. I also appreciated the welcome drink service. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have a bit more storage space for my luggage.

    A Fun Weekend

    I stayed at this Hotel for three nights because I wanted to explore the newly opened Oimachi Tracks. It was conveniently located near Oimachi Station. There was a welcome drink at check-in, and it was nice that there were plenty of seats next to the front desk. The Room had only a shower, which was fine, but the sink was in the same space as the bed, so it would have been better with some kind of partition, curtain, or wall. If there had been more photos showing the bathroom area, I don’t think I would have chosen this Room. Also, regarding the Room lighting: when I wanted to turn on only the light by the pillow, other lights came on as well and it ended up being too bright, which was a bit inconvenient. On the other hand, it was too dark for doing makeup and made it difficult. It wasn’t very comfortable for a three-night stay. Next time, I’d like to stay in a Room where you can see trains from the window. Thank you very much.

    Hotel for International Travelers

    The amenities were well stocked, and it was a very clean Hotel. They offer a welcome drink, and it’s really cute and very photogenic. I was also happy when they said, “You can enjoy it as many times as you like until 8:00 p.m., so please come again.” However, the menu is only in English. Even when I asked, “What is this?” I was told, “It contains what is listed here.” I can read things like “orange” or “strawberry,” but I wonder why they don’t provide a Japanese menu. Also, the self-service lockers are very convenient because you can store your luggage before and after your stay, but they seem to be designed so that non-guests could use them as well. How are they managed? When I used them too, there were plenty of places to secure suitcases together, but there was only one locker-style space left. Check-in and check-out are done via a touch panel as well, so overall I got the impression that the Hotel is geared toward overseas guests.

    Welcome drink

    The guests-only original welcome drink was delicious and full of seasonal flavor!! The staff’s service was impeccable, and their smiles were truly soothing. The Room is designed with a functional, user-friendly layout that isn’t bound by conventional norms and eliminates unnecessary elements. And the view of the Yamanote Line station from the Room window is absolutely spectacular!!!!

    The train view is fun!

    I’m not a hardcore railfan, but I love watching and riding trains. When I heard you can get a panoramic view of the Yamanote Line depot from the newly opened Oimachi Tracks, I made a Reservation right away! The Train View rooms have floor-to-near-ceiling glass windows, and the view is amazing. Late at night, when the trains came back, I found myself saying “Welcome back—great job,” and in the early morning, as they headed out, I waved and said “Have a good trip!” That said, since this Hotel is all about trains, I thought it could be even better if there were more Facilities inside that let guests feel the history of the Yamanote Line and the depot. I also visited the in-house restaurant and rooftop bar, but it felt like the floor staff were still getting used to things since it’s been less than a month since opening, so I didn’t really sense much hospitality. Maybe being casual and not too formal is part of what makes this place appealing.

    Grand Opening Day 1

    I stayed on the Hotel’s opening day. Of course, everything inside was clean. The restaurant was already fully booked with Reservations even before check-in, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so we ate out. The male staff member at the front desk was not very helpful. The female staff were excellent. It was only one night, but it was comfortable.
