    Everything is perfect.

    First time staying here after hearing about it! The exterior is impressive, but the moment I stepped into the entrance I was speechless—already amazed! And it smelled wonderful, too. The staff were all smiling and answered even the smallest questions carefully. The excitement continued when I entered the Room, and DisneySea was clearly visible from the window! It felt almost like a Disney Hotel—but at one-third of the price. Our whole family agreed this is where we’ll stay whenever we come to Disney from now on. We’ll definitely be back!

    We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. Check-in was smooth, and having a Lawson on-site was very convenient! The Room was clean, and we stayed in a Room with four beds this time—it was spacious and very comfortable. There is also a shuttle bus to Maihama Station, Disneyland, and DisneySea, and there is a city bus stop just a 1-minute walk from the Hotel where you can also get to Maihama Station, which was very convenient. It’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    The scent and atmosphere throughout the property, as well as the amenities and Facilities, were all wonderful! They also responded very politely to my inquiries in advance, and it was the first time I’ve felt I definitely want to stay again! I didn’t have any meals this time, but I’d love to try them next time. Also, depending on which floor your Room is on, you can see a bit of Disney, which was great. Thank you very much!!

    It was a wonderful Hotel very close to DisneySea. Great value! Breakfast was also excellent! There was a shoe dryer in the Room! I’d love to stay again!

    It was spacious and comfortable.

    The three of us stayed in the Aladdin Room. It was spacious enough for three people, and with the high ceiling it felt very open and airy. The color scheme was stylish and beautiful. Since we came back from Disney, it felt like a waste to use such a lovely room just for sleeping—the interior was wonderful. We were exhausted from walking in the heat, but staying here refreshed us. Thank you very much.

    It’s disappointing that there is no shuttle bus from Disney Resort.

    As this is still a new Hotel, both the Facility and the room are wonderful—excellent overall. The room had a large sofa and a big desk, and the sink was located in the corner of the living area, making it very convenient to get ready. The shower was also very comfortable to use. The convenience store inside the Hotel is well stocked, and they also have a great selection of Disney goods. No complaints at all. The staff were polite, and check-in/out was smooth. However… the Shuttle Service from Disney Resort to the Hotel was extremely disappointing. I understand it’s a free Shuttle Service provided as a courtesy, but given the location, it’s difficult to get there on foot or by public bus, so more buses are needed near park closing time. Many people can’t get on! Even if you arrive on time, you may not be able to board—and if you were counting on it, the disappointment is immeasurable. Having to figure out another way back afterward is exhausting when you’re already tired. In fact, I couldn’t get on the last bus and was left behind. There was also a young couple with small children; because they didn’t complain to the driver, an argument started with the husband being berated by his wife. Their children watched anxiously—it completely ruined what should have been a happy time. In that situation, Hoshino Resorts’ buses were impressively well organized: as soon as one left, another arrived right away, transporting guests with plenty of capacity—I couldn’t help but envy that system. It makes you think maybe next time Hoshino… When you’re exhausted—sitting down in a parking lot waiting for minutes only to find you still can’t board—you naturally start wishing for a Hotel that runs enough buses so guests can sit down and be taken back comfortably. Because it’s close to Disney I considered walking, but there are sections without sidewalks and areas that feel unsafe for pedestrians. I strongly hope they increase bus frequency after closing time. Everything else was great, which made this part especially disappointing.

    Great!

    This was my second stay this year! I made a Reservation for the same Room. It was just as clean as before. The breakfast selection felt limited compared to other Hotels. I’ll be back again.

    90% satisfied, 10%… still hoping for more.

    We have stayed here twice—last time and again this time—for a family trip to DisneySea. It had just opened, and the interior, Room, and Facility were all brand-new, so we were very satisfied. The bathroom facilities in particular were more comfortable than at the six Disney official hotels. The convenience store inside the Hotel was surprisingly well stocked compared with Disney hotels and partner hotels. In the past, when we left the park and returned to our hotel after 9 p.m., items like bento boxes, rice balls, and noodles were often sold out, and we sometimes ended up eating cup ramen. But at this Hotel there was plenty of selection. We really appreciated being able to choose what we wanted to eat at that hour. There was also a microwave in the Room, so we could enjoy a hot dinner. The location is also great—you can reach DisneySea in about 15–20 minutes on foot. We took the bus as well. For DisneySea, walking is fine in my opinion. (Except for families with small children, elderly guests, or anyone who isn’t confident walking.) For breakfast, I wish there were a bit more Japanese food. I love burgers and tacos, but they felt a little heavy right after waking up. I’d like to give it 100 points, but I’m giving it 90. The missing 10 points are simply because I’m hoping for improvements to breakfast next time. I felt there were many young staff members, but everyone provided wonderful service. We definitely want to stay again next time.

    Here’s my real-life ...

    Here’s my real-life experience getting around. (From Maihama Station to the Hotel) On Friday night, I took the last bus from Maihama Station at 10:20 PM to the Accommodation. It was a large bus and very comfortable. There were plenty of announcements as well, which felt reassuring. (From the Hotel to DisneySea) I heard the first bus was at 7:00 AM, but I wanted to arrive earlier, so I chose to walk or take a taxi. Walking didn’t feel far—about 16 minutes to DisneySea. For a taxi, I used Taxi GO; there was a phone at the entrance that connects you with a taxi, and it arrived in about 3 minutes. It cost 1,400 yen to DisneySea. My family seemed able to travel comfortably this way. (From DisneySea back to the Hotel) After closing time, we tried to take the bus but couldn’t get on because it was too crowded. Perhaps because it loops from Disneyland first, many people were left behind and everyone started walking toward their Hotels. We followed along and ended up at DisneySea Parking Lot No. 7. The route toward the Hotel looked like it was only along roads for cars, so we walked carefully along the edge of the road and eventually made it back. I regretted not asking the Hotel staff in advance about what route to take if we couldn’t board the bus. (From the Hotel to Maihama Station) Since the first bus was relatively late (10:27 AM), we took a taxi to Maihama Station instead—it cost 1,800 yen. The guest room had a wonderful atmosphere, and we were able to relax comfortably throughout our stay. Thank you!

    Perfect for families

    Our group of seven—my daughter’s family of five plus two grandparents—stayed for three nights in two triple Rooms. At the time of Reservation, we mentioned that the two Rooms were on the same floor and that three elementary-school children would be using Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The Hotel kindly messaged us that it was possible to connect three beds. Both Rooms were next to each other, and in both Rooms all three beds had been connected, so the kids happily switched between Mom and Dad’s Room and Grandpa and Grandma’s Room during our stay. Even with two adults and two children sleeping together, it didn’t feel cramped at all. The table and sofa were spacious as well. On a day we didn’t go to the park, all seven of us ate boxed lunches together comfortably (the table height was also perfect for eating). There was a microwave in the Room, and the Hotel breakfast had a great variety and was delicious—overall, our stay at the Hotel was simply wonderful. The Shuttle Service was very convenient; we would have loved a few more departures, but it worked well for us. The driver was also very pleasant, and on the last bus from the park back to the Hotel, when they said, “It will be a bit tight, but please move in a little so everyone can ride—let’s all go back together!” it really touched me. I’m sure it created a sense of unity among everyone onboard. It became a truly wonderful memory. Every staff member seemed sincere and dedicated in their role, and this is now a Hotel we definitely want to stay at again.

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Return To

    Everything was efficient and comfortable. This was my second stay, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when visiting Disney for an overnight trip.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    All the staff were kind, and the Room was spacious and still fairly new, so it was very clean and made for a comfortable stay. It was great that we could take extra amenities and towels as needed, but we only learned from the in-room TV information after entering the Room that skincare items had to be requested at the front desk, so it would have been better if this had been explained at check-in. Still, it was a Hotel I would definitely like to use again.

    First time staying here!

    This was my first stay, and the room was very clean. The bed was large, and the sofa was spacious, so we could relax comfortably after returning from Disney. The bathroom also felt safe to use thanks to its non-slip materials. However, it was disappointing that the refrigerator did not have a freezer function. Other than that, everything was truly excellent—the Hotel staff’s service and support were wonderful, and having a Lawson open 24 hours made it an outstanding Hotel.

    It was very good.

    We stayed here for a Disney trip. The Hotel and our room were very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also fun, as it offered a different experience from other places. One downside was that the shuttle buses to and from Disney felt limited; I would appreciate it if the number of return buses could be increased.

    It was very comfortable!

    We entered DisneySea at 5:00 PM, played until the very last minute, and then walked to the Hotel. It’s not an impossible distance, but after a full day of fun it might be a bit tough. Many people seemed to take a taxi. The Room was very clean, and I loved the large table. The convenience store attached to the Hotel had a great selection, so I ended up buying quite a lot. Breakfast was delicious too! If anything, it leaned more Western-style than Japanese. Breakfast included at this price—I'd definitely like to stay again! There was a little pink mold in the Room bathroom, so I’m giving four stars. I had a question about the parking lot, and when I asked, they responded very kindly and thoroughly. Thank you very much.

    Clean and great value for money!

    We stayed in a three-bedroom Room on a weekday after the Obon holidays with two adults and one young child, and we were very satisfied to be able to stay in a spacious Room at such a reasonable price. Children’s amenities were also provided, which was helpful since we didn’t need to go pick them up. Check-in and check-out are done via machines, so we had little interaction with staff, but they gave us clear guidance when needed and everything went smoothly. Based on prior Reviews, we were worried about whether we would be able to use the shuttle bus, but it seemed additional services were added—park → Hotel after closing time, and Hotel → Maihama Station around checkout time the next morning—so we were able to use it without much waiting. Having a Lawson on-site was extremely convenient, and we used it multiple times. However, after the park closed at night the store became incredibly crowded, so it would be helpful if the flow inside could be improved. Our child also loved it and said, “I want to stay at this Hotel again!”

    Freshly made, just as you’d expect.

    - I stayed for one night with breakfast included. - The Room was spacious, and even the walk to the bed felt open—comfortable with no sense of being cramped. - The view is limited because the Sea multi-story parking structure is right in front, so you can only see a bit of the ocean. - Since it has just opened, everything was clean and there was nothing that bothered me. - Breakfast was a little different from other Hotels around Maihama, which made it feel fresh and enjoyable. I was surprised they had prosciutto. - Many of the staff at the on-site Lawson are foreigners, but they were cheerful and energetic, making shopping far more pleasant than at my local convenience store. It was also fun to see a huge selection of standard Disney goods for sale. - Just one thing—not exactly a complaint: The shuttle bus timetable said “no extra services will be added” and that it may be too crowded to board around park closing time depending on conditions, so I sprinted to make the last bus—only to find out there actually were extra services running. I don’t blame the Hotel since adding buses depends on their circumstances, but as the show schedule has been the same for weeks, it likely wasn’t unique to just my day. If extra services are planned during certain periods, I would have appreciated a note saying so in advance.

    It was clean and nice.

    It was a beautiful Hotel with a clean feel, and it was nice to have plenty of sofas in the lobby. The free use of lockers on the day was very helpful. The price was reasonable, and I could relax comfortably. The bathtub wasn’t long enough to stretch out my legs, but it was deep enough to soak up to my shoulders. I would appreciate it if you could add a few more Shuttle Service buses to Disney. Next time, I’d like to stay with breakfast included.

    The table and sofa were spacious, and the Room also had a microwave, so we could eat in the Room and relax comfortably. Having a convenience store nearby was very convenient. Because it was a Multiple Night Stay, we left our luggage and bags together in the Room, but it really bothered us and felt unpleasant that our belongings and bags seemed to have been moved.

    This is a new and very comfortable Hotel. I was completely satisfied with everything. The parking layout and the parking ticket system are also good. I was very satisfied with the convenience store and breakfast as well. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Disney Trip

    We stayed for 3 nights during the Obon holiday for a Disney trip. From our Room on the 8th floor, we could even see DisneySea. Since it was pouring rain, the shoe dryer was a huge help... When we went to DisneySea early in the morning, we took a taxi for about 1,200 yen. We were on the north side! On the way back from Disneyland, we had already missed the last shuttle bus time, so we gave up (we knew this in advance, so it was fine). On the last day we had breakfast; you can manage your place in line from your smartphone, which is convenient. The food was delicious and I ended up eating too much. We had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights and 4 days with no inconvenience at all! I’d like to stay again! One thing: I won a free item with an ice cream I bought at the Lawson on the first floor, so I brought it to redeem it, but they told me they don’t do redemptions at this store... They seemed busy, so maybe that’s why they refused? In the end my child wanted to eat the same ice cream again, so we bought another one, but I realized that sometimes you can’t redeem them depending on the store.

    The Room and bathroom were more spacious than expected, making this a truly wonderful Hotel. DisneySea is also nearby, so I would like to stay here again.

    It was great that the bath Room and the shower Room were in two separate locations, so we could use them smoothly without it getting crowded. The table in the Room was large, which was perfect for our family to gather around. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

    A lovely, spacious Room ^^

    A Disney trip with two young elementary school children. The Room was spacious, and the toilet and bathroom were also roomy, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing stay. The front desk and staff were wonderful, always helping us with smiles throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next Disney trip. Thank you very much.

    Hotels within walking distance

    We stayed here for nights before and after visiting DisneySea. We booked the Asian Emerald Room with four beds, and our group of three adults and one elementary school child was able to relax comfortably. The next morning, we didn’t use the Shuttle Service because we wanted to arrive at DisneySea before 6:30 a.m., so we walked from the Hotel. It took about 15–20 minutes. Since it was 6 a.m., it was still comfortable to walk even in midsummer. The temperature that day reached nearly 35°C, so we returned to the Hotel in the afternoon, rested for about two hours, and then went back to the park. Even though it was Saturday, by nighttime it was quiet enough that Peter Pan had only about a 20-minute wait. We used the Shuttle Service as well; it picks up in the order of Disneyland first and then DisneySea from the Hotel. Also, it stops at a different location than the official hotels. Near closing time, the bus gets crowded. When you don’t have the energy to walk and want to get back quickly, I think a taxi cost ¥1,000. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor also gets crowded around 9 p.m., and the aisles are narrow. They have a great selection of Disney-related items. You can’t use the elevator without tapping your Room key card—please be careful. Kids’ pajamas are a one-piece style in size 130. Adults’ pajamas are free-size separates, which was very helpful. The Room had drip coffee plus green tea and black tea bags. There is also a water dispenser by the ice machine with unlimited room-temperature water and cold water. You can check availability for the coin laundry on Level 2 from your TV; I think there were around 10 machines. Toothbrushes and razors were provided in the Room, but skincare sets seem to be available upon request from front desk staff. Even with our suitcases open there was still space to walk around; there’s also a large table, an in-room microwave, and we could see Tower of Terror from our window. Above all else: it’s a new Hotel close to the parks and very clean. It was extremely convenient for families with children, and we would definitely stay again.

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Stay at Again

    We stayed on weekdays before the Obon holidays, using this Hotel for both the night before and the night after visiting DisneySea. First of all, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the Hotel was clean. They also provided children’s pajamas, toothbrushes, a step stool, and more, so we could stay comfortably with our 2-year-old. The tatami Room with a raised floor area was great—there was no worry about our child falling off the bed, and we were able to relax without being on edge. From the Room window we could see the sea, ships, and even airplanes, which our child really enjoyed. The location is excellent as well—we could walk to DisneySea in about 20 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus from the Hotel; in the morning it ran every 15 minutes. Since it goes in the order of Disneyland → DisneySea, it took a little longer to reach DisneySea. The Lawson convenience store inside the Hotel gets very crowded, but thanks to energetic staff and an excellent selection of items, it was fantastic. The parking lot is also very large and easy to use. One issue we had was that there are around 10 coin laundry machines in the Hotel, but they were constantly in high demand. You can check availability from your Room as well, but someone was always using them. Since a wash-and-dry cycle takes about 120 minutes, we weren’t able to use them at all. It may be best not to count on doing laundry after a day at Disney. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again when visiting Disney.

    This was my third stay.

    This is already my third stay since it opened in February. This time it was my parents and our adult daughter, and having the bath and toilet separate, plus a standalone sink, makes it truly convenient. I also really appreciate that the bathroom has a changing area—it’s great to have a dedicated place to get dressed. The microwave is also very helpful. My father, staying for the first time, was pleased to find not only USB but also a USB-C port on the shelf above the bed. For three guests, in addition to the table, the sofa area feels spacious too! The bus access to the park and station doesn’t seem much improved, but if you’re driving your own car, this Accommodation offers excellent value and comes highly recommended. Breakfast was just as good as before—definitely worth having!

    About Breakfast

    The breakfast layout and flow were not well organized. It was crowded when picking up food, and it was not even clear where to line up. I think the staff could have been a bit more attentive. I also felt the food arrangement could have been improved. Everything else—the Room, and the housekeeping staff’s greetings—was excellent, so it was disappointing that only breakfast fell short.
