  Family Trip

  We stayed here for a family trip, and thanks to the great weather, we had a very comfortable stay. The views of Wakasa Fuji and Wakasa Bay were wonderful, and the Italian meals were delicious—we were very satisfied. It was also nice to be able to enjoy breakfast on the open terrace. Although there was a small issue, the staff responded quickly, which actually made it an even more memorable trip.

We were very surprised as well, but thanks to your cooperation—such as moving to another Room—we were able to resolve the situation safely. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
