    The meals were delicious.

    It was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to go to the front desk every time I needed to ask something. The cup in the Room was cracked (it wasn’t noticeable at first glance), and the contents leaked out. There was no light where the microwave is placed, so I couldn’t see the control panel. There was only one box of tissues, but I would have liked them in about two places. There was also only one trash can, so I would have liked one in the kitchen as well. I got takeout from the cafe, and it was even more delicious than I expected. There was a vegan salad in the set menu, but I wish all other menu items were vegan as well. I’d like you to add more menu options too. The coffee and cafe latte were also delicious.

    Family-friendly apartment-style hotel

    We stayed one night in a Mount Fuji view room. The room was spacious and well equipped (washing machine, basic cooking utensils). The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check out late at 13:00. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the gym and parking lot had everything we needed. We had a wonderful night with our child.

    Gotenba Stay

    I stayed here to enjoy two days at the Gotemba Outlet. The Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a compact Hotel overall, but it is clean, stylish, and beautiful. The Room was spacious enough, and the bed was very comfortable. Having a washer-dryer was extremely helpful. The pajamas were incredibly comfortable. While the dining options were somewhat limited, I was satisfied with the meals, including breakfast. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to have water dispensers on every floor.

    The service is poor.

    I stayed in the penthouse in September. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. The sauna is located outside the room, and you need to wear a swimsuit to use it. It was nice to enjoy the view while using it. However, I found it inconvenient that after using the sauna, you have to enter the room wet before reaching the shower area. Additionally, there was no phone in the room connected to the front desk, which made it very inconvenient when I had questions. The accommodation seemed focused on privacy with minimal interaction from staff. Even though there were wheelchair users and we had a lot of luggage, no one offered assistance, which was disappointing—perhaps this is how modern accommodations operate? The air conditioner in the bedroom blew directly onto me, making it hard to sleep at all. Sauna enthusiasts might enjoy this place more; however, for those who don't use saunas much, it may not be as enjoyable.
