  "Star World"

  I really enjoyed the Hoshino world. It has a strong, distinctive style (in a good way). Since Taketomi was a more traditional, mellow experience, that may be why it stood out even more this time. The deep-sea-like reception area, Rooms without an entryway, and a dining table with a sink were all surprising in terms of the facilities—and uniquely fun. There are many different activity programs as well. The performers in “Hamauri Ashibi” were bright, entertaining, and wonderful, and Ms. M’s “Garden Tour” guide was warm and enjoyable too. Going forward, the key will be how well you can communicate and share with guests that your interpretation of “Hoshinoya luxury,” including personal service, is not the conventional approach. When you’ve become the undisputed “top tier,” please let me stay again!

  I strongly agree—this is the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at and not worth visiting.

  We stayed for three nights. From check-in onward, we repeatedly experienced service that left us questioning their attitude—again and again. In the end, even my usually calm wife completely lost her patience. I honestly don’t understand why there was so little sense of hospitality. We will never stay with this Hotel group again.

  The garden is beautiful, and the beach is clean and perfect for a stroll!

  We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days! Since we used the limousine bus for airport transfers, we didn’t rent a car and only went out once to Zakimi Castle Ruins, spending most of our time enjoying the facility. There were many free activities, and even the paid activities requiring reservations offered unique Okinawan experiences, making it fun to choose from. We reserved dining twice, and they changed the menu each time—both meals were visually stunning and delicious. However, as portions were quite large, having a short course option would be even better. From the day we arrived, we strolled through the garden and beach daily, enjoying changes in the sea and sky over time as well as flowers in bloom, birdsong, insect sounds—all of which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in nature. Spending time both in our room and within the facility was equally enjoyable. Additionally, interactions with other guests added warmth to our trip—exchanging greetings with fellow guests in the garden or chatting with travelers from Taiwan on our bus ride about past visits or future plans at Hoshinoya resorts made for memorable moments. It was also convenient that after booking here using a Reservation Number on their official website login system allowed us to arrange meals or activities online beforehand!

  The room was spaciou...

  The room was spacious enough for a trip with teenagers, and we had a great vacation. Although it would have been better if the beach was within walking distance, spending time gazing at the sea from the room or watching the sunset was wonderful. It was a bit disappointing that the cleaning quality varied depending on who did it.
