    Tranquility in the Heart of Nature

    A comfortable and peaceful Hotel, just as I imagined. The male staff member who assisted us on the day of our arrival had a calm and pleasant demeanor, perfectly matching the atmosphere of this Hotel. The chef who prepared the BBQ was also incredibly kind and made us feel at ease. Traveling with children can be worrisome, but the warm and friendly staff made all the difference. The atmosphere created by the staff is such an important aspect of a Hotel experience, and their kindness allowed us to relax even with kids in tow. The Room was spacious, and the garden was beautiful—truly a healing environment. We appreciated thoughtful touches like welcome drinks, chocolates in our Room, complimentary tea, mineral water, and orange juice stocked in the fridge. Dinner exceeded expectations; instead of a standard BBQ meal, we enjoyed an elegant course dinner that was both delicious and memorable. Breakfast came as an adorable Western-style basket delivery with flowers for added charm—a thoughtful service that I personally loved! The hot coffee (two full bottles!) delighted me as a coffee lover :) The orange juice had such a unique flavor—I wonder where it’s from? It was absolutely delicious. The separate pajamas and robes were so comfortable that I wanted to buy them for home use! For our evening outing to VISON's event, we used the Hotel's Shuttle Service to get there smoothly—it allowed us to fully enjoy night markets and illuminations. At the back of the Hotel garden lies a pond inhabited by tadpoles—a rare sight for city kids who were thrilled by it! Choosing HACIENDA VISON turned out to be perfect—we’re so glad we came here.     I have stayed at the...

    I have stayed at the villas of Vison Hotel several times, but this was my first time staying here! Since there were few guests, the staff provided very attentive service, and I was extremely satisfied! For dinner, they kindly arranged BBQ indoors as it was still cold. The breakfast bread didn’t quite suit our taste, but both the dinner ochazuke and breakfast featured local ingredients and items from shops within Vison, which made us very happy! Having room service available here (unlike at the villas) was also a great convenience. However, since the garden wasn’t fully enclosed, our dog managed to escape from the dog run. This meant that unlike at the villas, our dog couldn’t freely play in the garden as much as we would have liked. That part was a bit disappointing. If the garden becomes properly enclosed in the future, we would definitely love to stay again!

    First-time Accommodation

    I went on a trip for rest, but I could hardly sleep due to the footsteps from the second floor. Every time someone upstairs used the toilet at night, the sound of flushing water woke me up. The amenities were comparable to a Business Hotel; there were dishes but no detergent or sponge. When I took a bath in the morning, the hot water stopped midway, and I almost caught a cold. Dinner was served in two shifts, and regardless of our eating pace, dishes kept coming one after another. By the time dessert was served, they had already cleared away my uneaten tempura. It felt impersonal and unpleasant. Breakfast did not suit our taste at all, so we barely ate it. For 80,000 yen per person, this Hotel was absolutely not worth it. I cannot understand why it has such good reviews online—it was an unreliable experience compared to its ratings during this trip. I will never stay at this Hotel again.

    Stayed from December 31, 2024, to January 2, 2025 - Heating Malfunction and Response On the night of December 31, the heating system intermittently stopped working. I requested repairs the next day but was informed that it could not be addressed due to the New Year holidays. When I asked for a room change, I was told it was not possible as all rooms were fully booked. - Insufficient Heating Equipment Provided A small heater was provided afterward; however, it was not effective enough to warm the bedroom adequately. As a result, I had to endure very cold conditions during my stay. The low temperature in the bedroom significantly affected my sleep quality. - Delayed Response and Lack of Follow-Up Even on January 1, due to insufficient heating equipment, I could not get proper rest. Although I requested staff members to report this issue to their manager, there was no follow-up or communication afterward. Even after checking out, no further updates were provided regarding this matter—leaving me deeply dissatisfied. Later on, a representative from Aqua Ignis Corporation contacted me with an explanation and apology; however, despite my request for direct communication from Hacienda Vision Hotel's manager responsible for this issue—no contact has been made. Mistakes should never happen but unexpected troubles can occur at times—I understand that much. However—in any situation—it is in how issues are handled afterward where a hotel's attitude and professionalism truly come into question. The lack of communication revealed what lies at the core of this hotel’s approach toward its guests' concerns.

    Thank you very much.

    It was refreshing and had a sense of openness. Although it is not an Onsen, there was a Shuttle Service to the temperature within the Facility, and the breakfast basket was also delicious. I had my own, but women might be happy if there is at least cleansing and lotion.

    Not worth the price.

    First, the room cleaning is incomplete and dirty, especially under the furniture, which is not cleaned at all. If you stay on the 1st floor, the footsteps from the upper floor are very noisy, possibly because it is a wooden structure.

    Happiness in spending time in a wonderful space

    The space created by the subtly placed furniture and furnishings was wonderful, and I stayed with a happy feeling throughout. It was a valuable experience to actually sit and relax in the armchair I had been curious about for a long time. The staff were also very kind, and I appreciated their thoughtfulness, such as going out of their way to greet us outside the entrance when we returned from our outings in the cold. The drive from Tokyo took some time, but it was worth it. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay.

    Relax and unwind surrounded by nature.

    The staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. I felt relaxed by the fireplace and enjoyed my drink at leisure. The bath was amazing, and the meals within the Vison Hotel were absolutely delicious. It was just a bit unfortunate that there was some construction going on. Other than that, everything was excellent.

    Since it was just opened in August, the hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Many of the staff members appeared to be young and in training, but they were fresh and working hard, showing potential for future growth. Considering the price, the amenities were lacking, and I was particularly shocked by the absence of lotion. Additionally, the room's terrace was completely visible from outside; I was on the second floor, but I could clearly see people on the first floor stepping out in their pajamas in the morning, and those having a barbecue in the garden were also visible, which unfortunately did not provide a sense of privacy. Furthermore, I chose a plan with breakfast included, but most of the dishes had unique flavors that even adults hesitated to try, and children couldn't eat at all. Located on the outskirts of Vison, you have to request a shuttle service to go shopping or to the large public bath, which I think is inconvenient for those who don't plan to spend the entire day inside the hotel. At least for families with children, other facilities within Vison are recommended. It might be suitable for couples who don't leave the room at all and bring their own food. I look forward to future improvements.

    Wonderful!

    I stayed in Room 203, themed after a German art school. It was a wonderful room where you could feel the attention to detail in the furniture, lighting, and amenities. Above all, the staff were very kind and provided shuttle service to the dining area and large bath, which helped me find my way without any trouble. I was able to relax in a lovely space surrounded by nature. I was particularly soothed by the view from the terrace in the morning. I would love to stay in a room with a different theme next time.

    I want to stay for a long time next time!

    The world's first Conran Shop supervised hotel has opened, and we stayed for two nights over the holiday. The luxurious hospitality was wonderful! With only six rooms, it was quiet, and we stayed in room 101, where we were soothed by the room layout featuring Conran's iconic furniture and a large garden. We were amazed by the slippers and cushions, which were more luxurious than those at seven-star hotels around the world! We were shuttled to wherever we wanted to go, including the local market, restaurants, and hot spring facilities at the majestic nature resort VISON. The staff were all very courteous, and we would like to stay longer next time.

    I want to live in this room.

    It was a wonderful room. The tiles, wallpaper, and interior were all carefully selected. The high ceiling and the view of greenery from the full-length windows were amazing. This time, I stayed in room 201, but next time I'd like to try a different room. The staff's service was excellent as well.
