Spacious and exceptional hospitality!
A room with extraordinary spaciousness, high ceilings, and a private atmosphere as it is detached. The staff's hospitality was excellent, making it a facility I would recommend even to my most critical friends.

It was a wonderful Stays.
This property has only three separate rooms, and you can park your car within the premises of your room. Check-in is also done in the room. The amenities like shampoo are from Bulgari, giving a luxurious feel, and having ReFa's dryer, treatment, and hair oil readily available was impressive. Everything from the room's size, facilities, bath, and meals was excellent, allowing us to spend a very comfortable day. There was a trouble with the room's air conditioner stopping, but the staff responded immediately and even checked the next day, asking, "How was the air conditioner after that?" and offered apologies upon departure. I thought the customer service was also wonderful. (Out of the three air conditioners, two were functioning normally, and they had also turned on the floor heating, so we had no inconvenience!) Yufuin is a famous tourist spot, and Yuno-tsubo Kaido was bustling with inbound tourists, but at MUSA, we were able to spend a quiet time contrasting with that atmosphere, cleansing the fatigue of daily life. The drinks, ice cream, and snacks in the refrigerator were all free, but we couldn't enjoy everything, so next time, I plan to check in earlier and enjoy it even more than this time.

Very satisfied
The Onsen was spacious, allowing for a relaxing time while enjoying the view outside, and the meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious and satisfying. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Yufuin!

The service was exce...
The service was excellent, and the room was very nice, allowing me to relax and feel rejuvenated. The meals were luxurious and delicious! The onsen was wonderful, making my skin smooth, and I wanted to bathe multiple times. Everything was great! I definitely want to visit again.
