    Repeat

    I stayed here last year and it was so comfortable that I came back again this year. You can use the pool until late at night, the Room has a great view, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. It’s efficiently managed, so there are quite a few self-service aspects. That’s convenient with no hassle, but older guests may find it a bit confusing. Having a front-loading washing machine in the Room is extremely helpful (detergent is also provided). If you plan to enjoy the pool and other facilities, be sure to make your Reservation in the Central Building, as each building is separate.

    Resort Hotel for Young Travelers

    I stayed for two days with a friend. The pool and sauna had a true resort feel that even adults can enjoy, and the Room was spacious and very practical. However, I felt uncomfortable that the front desk staff did not greet guests or smile—am I the only one? Also, the overly simplified service did not suit me. Even when I asked to arrange a taxi, I was told to do it myself via a QR code. I understand having no Room cleaning and only towel replacement, but trash was not collected either. When I asked about bringing my own wine at dinner, I was told it is generally prohibited and would require a 5,000 yen corkage fee, so I gave up. It was disappointing not to feel customer-focused hospitality. If you are not looking for that kind of service, this is a highly recommended Hotel.

    Bath, sauna

    There are a lot of insects on the path when you go outside from the sauna, especially around your feet. There are also a lot of insects during outdoor bathing by the bath. Other than that, I’m very satisfied every time.

    It was very clean and wonderful.

    Compared to a typical Hotel, it was great to have a kitchen for cooking, and the Room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. There was also a pool and a lovely atmosphere—it's a Hotel I'd definitely like to visit again. It was excellent.

    Best Value Hotel

    I’ve visited Ishigaki Island many times, and this was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at. Since I stayed on a Sunday, it wasn’t overly crowded, and it felt like there were many international visitors. It almost made me feel like I was abroad. The smart phone-unlock key was very convenient, and because the Hotel is new, everything was spotless!! With a bar, car rentals, and so much more, it was fantastic. I also really appreciated the complimentary full bottle of champagne for Diamond members—it was wonderful!! The bar on B1 also had a great atmosphere. The shisha in particular was excellent; I heard the manager makes it himself. I’d love to visit other Hotels in the same group as well.

    First-time use

    This was my first time staying here. There were two showers, two toilets, and two sinks, which was very helpful since we stayed with a group. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

    The view from the Room is amazing.

    Our Room was on the west side of the 7th floor of the Central Tower, so the view was amazing. It was very windy and cloudy for two days, but a little sunshine came out on the day we left. There is an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a pool on the rooftop of the restaurant building, but the water was too cold to swim. A fully automatic washer/dryer is installed in the Room, but since the main water valve is turned off, you need to open it before use or an error will occur. Within a 5-minute walk there are 24-hour stores such as MaxValu and Ima Shop, which makes it convenient for spending time in your Room.

    The rooms are very g...

    The rooms are very good. The amenities were somehow stocked in quantities exceeding the number of guests, so no issues there. The restaurant was fun with its distinctive flavors, and the breakfast buffet wasn’t bad either. That said, you need to arrange your own taxi, and the service feels less like a Hotel and more like a hands-off condominium (in a funny way). Overall it has a vibe where party-loving young people gather, so we felt a bit out of place, but it might be nice for a change sometimes. Personally, I often don’t like the bold fragrance that seems to linger at the entrances of Accommodations on Ishigaki Island. But this Hotel group really seems to be gaining momentum lately.

    It was the perfect vacation.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I chose warm Ishigaki Island for my 3-night, 4-day vacation because I’m not good with the cold. I really enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. I’d consider staying at this Hotel again next time. Thank you very much.

    The bed mattress is too firm.

    The bed mattress was unbelievably hard—like sleeping directly on tatami—and it was the worst sleep comfort. That alone made me feel I probably wouldn’t stay again. I’ve stayed in many places, but this is the first time I’ve encountered a mattress this firm. What brand is it…? The location is convenient, with MaxValu and convenience stores nearby, and it’s also close to the city center. There’s a small kitchen and a washing machine, so it’s comfortable even for longer stays. Service is minimal, but since we prefer to relax in the Room, we didn’t need daily cleaning, so that worked well for us. Towels were replaced and trash was collected every day, so there were no issues. (Room cleaning was once every three days, and amenities were replenished then as well.) What was inconvenient was that there was no explanation about the Room from staff, so you have to find the information yourself on the website. Even after checking the instructions on the website, I still couldn’t really figure out how to use the microwave oven. Also, since there’s no internal phone line, you have to call the Hotel using your own phone each time you have a question, which is a hassle. I also wished Wi-Fi worked not only in the Room but also at reception and around the pool area. Another issue: late at night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, but even after going outside there were no Hotel staff around—we didn’t know where to go or what was happening. It turned out to be a false alarm so it wasn’t a problem in hindsight, but if it had been an actual fire it would have been chaos. With three buildings on site, not knowing which building had triggered the alarm wasn’t great either (people from unrelated buildings all came outside too). The emergency staircase door also had a “Private” sign for some reason, which made us hesitate about whether we were allowed to enter. The restaurant food was good, but since it’s inside the Hotel it’s pricey. There are tasty places nearby with a nice atmosphere that offer better value for money. Although there were several small things I’d like improved overall considering cost performance this was a convenient Hotel for staying slightly longer than usual; if not for how hard bed is would give 4 stars & want stay again Accommodation .

    Best Value Accommodation in Ishigaki

    This is my go-to accommodation in Ishigaki Island. Highlights include the all-day dining at Batida, two types of sauna & cold baths with Ishigaki's outdoor air, an outdoor jacuzzi, bunk beds that kids love, and in-room washing machines to minimize luggage—there’s no end to the list of favorite features. The same quality in Tokyo or Kyoto would likely cost double. Even factoring in flight costs, it offers excellent value for money.

    A premium space offering a first-time self-hospitality experience

    This was my first time using this accommodation. Initially, I was slightly apprehensive about the self-hospitality concept, where check-in and room access are managed entirely via QR codes, and staff provide support only upon request. However, after staying here, I was completely captivated by the comfort it offered. The room featured meticulous cleaning, well-prepared amenities, a drum-type washer-dryer with detergent pods included, cooking utensils and dishwashing liquid, a refrigerator with separate freezer and fridge compartments for storing groceries and drinks, a Balmuda electric kettle, Bluetooth-compatible speakers, a microwave oven—everything needed for self-service living. It allowed me to enjoy a relaxing stay. Breakfast service was available until relatively late in the morning as well. Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations without any complaints. I would definitely love to stay here again if given the opportunity!

    Thank you! Truly a wonderful and amazing Hotel.

    First trip to Ishigaki Island I researched and planned in advance, then completed the Reservation. My impression? Simply gratitude. Hospitality, Facility, and meals—everything was undoubtedly No.1 among all the Hotels I’ve stayed at so far. I will definitely repeat my stay here without a doubt. In these challenging times for the Hotel industry, I was especially impressed by the wide range of pool and breakfast hours. Thank you so much! The Room had a new concept design that allowed me to spend a wonderful time. Next time, I will make a Reservation for a different Room. Checking out was bittersweet; with a promise to return in my heart, I headed to Kabira Bay (laughs). Once again, I am deeply moved by staying at this Hotel, grateful for discovering it, and touched by all the staff members here. Thank you very much!

    Your Favorite Luxury Hotel in Ishigaki

    A new luxury Hotel in Ishigaki, our family's favorite with a unique vibe. While the advertising visuals and in-house BGM cater to party-goers, families can also enjoy their stay. The sauna & cold bath and the all-day dining "Batida" offer an exceptional experience. Self-hospitality is implemented throughout, making it reasonably priced outside peak seasons. The hospitality at Batida is top-class among the Hotels we've stayed at. The warm service always makes us linger longer than planned. Breakfast evolves with every visit—this time featuring seafood bowls and pizza. If they add Sata Andagi, it would be perfect! We stayed in a Deluxe Bunk Room with Jacuzzi and Ocean View, where the view of the sea from the sofa was absolutely stunning. While Fusaki offers a Hawaii-like beach resort view, this Hotel provides a more Ishigaki-like charm with lush greenery leading to an expansive ocean view beyond.

    I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    This was my first time staying here. I can honestly say it was an excellent and satisfying Hotel. Before deciding on this Hotel, I checked various Hotels and Reviews, and I’m truly glad I chose Seven × Seven Ishigaki. One concern I had beforehand was a Review mentioning "the loud BGM at the entrance and pool made it hard to sleep." Since we have a small child, I consulted with the Hotel staff in advance, and they arranged a Room where the sound wouldn’t reach as much as possible. When we arrived, although the BGM at the entrance and pool seemed loud, it wasn’t bothersome to us—it might depend on personal preference. We couldn’t hear anything in our Room at all; even on the terrace, it was only faintly audible, allowing us to relax peacefully. Thank you for your thoughtful arrangement! Our 4-year-old daughter’s first reaction upon entering the Room was: "This Room is perfect!"—and she wasn’t wrong! The bedroom could be separated from the living room; there was also a spacious walk-in closet where we could store all our luggage to eliminate any sense of clutter. The large terrace provided an incredible feeling of openness. However, there were two things that caught my attention: First, while you can separate the living room from the bedroom with partitions, lighting controls are only available in the bedroom—and they’re connected—so if you dimmed lights in one area (like making it dark for sleeping), both areas would become dark simultaneously. Second is about washing utensils like glasses or cutlery provided by default—you need to wash them yourself after use—but there wasn’t any drying rack or similar item available which made this inconvenient (though perhaps we just didn’t find one). Thanks to everything else being so wonderful though—we had such an amazing holiday here! I’d love visiting Ishigaki Island again just so that I can stay at this fantastic Hotel once more!

    A new, clean, and user-friendly Hotel. - Amazing pool, sauna, and jacuzzi - Room includes a refrigerator and freezer; complimentary drinks and snacks are provided (availability may vary by room) - Wide variety of breakfast options (you can even make Yaeyama soba or seafood bowls) - Sparkling wine available in the morning - Coffee and tea are available to take away - The music and atmosphere feel like being overseas - Staff maintain a perfect balance of attentiveness while greeting warmly when encountered - Walking distance to InterContinental Hotel, allowing access to Maezato Beach (The mango ice shake at the InterContinental lounge for 450 yen is exceptional) - Comfortable pajamas with great fit and length provided - Convenient laundry facilities with detergent included I would love to visit again. It was an excellent stay.

    What is Self-Hospitality?

    Promoting "Self-Hospitality," the Hotel eliminates excessive services and ensures smooth processes like check-in/out with efficient operations. The Room is well-equipped, making it suitable for long-term stays. However, the location of the bathroom ventilation switch was hard to find (in the Room I stayed in, it was on the wall next to the washing machine behind a cabinet door), so having clear instructions would be helpful. On another note, when water started dripping from the kitchen ventilation fan in the Room (which can happen), I found it inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room to request assistance. The only options were either visiting reception directly or calling a number starting with 070-, both of which involve effort or additional phone charges—this setup seemed unreasonable. The music playing on the first floor and by the pool may reflect this Hotel's style; however, even on the third floor with windows closed, its volume was noticeable and detracted from relaxation.

    We stayed at the accommodation for a family trip.

    I stayed for 4 nights. The design by a famous American designer was unique and different from typical Japanese styles, which was very inspiring. The sauna, supervised by TTNE, included a single-use option and had features catering to enthusiasts, making it highly interesting. The room, likely promoted by seven×seven, offered bunk beds and spacious accommodations that were very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable as the restaurant staff seemed to make efforts to enhance the menu's quality. <Disappointing Points> - While rooms are no-shoes zones, the toilet is in a shoes-on area. This design makes it possible for other guests to bring shoes into the room unknowingly. - There is a balcony but no sandals provided for stepping out onto it. Many guests might go barefoot on the balcony; we brought our shoes there but found it inconvenient when needing them again for trips to the toilet inside. It’s unclear if using room slippers on the balcony would have been acceptable. - Guests in an opposite building left trash bags (including food waste) on their balconies while away, attracting three crows that scattered garbage around due to wind—an unpleasant sight. - Cleaning standards seem insufficient during multiple night stays; cleaning only starts after 3 nights of stay without vacuuming or changing bed sheets beforehand. I ended up using the vacuum cleaner provided in my room myself as housekeeping didn’t do so even after 3 nights. - The bathroom drainage was poor; every time I filled up the bathtub with water, previous bath salts from earlier users surfaced around the drain area—this felt unhygienic. Overall, considering its price point, there were many disappointing aspects regarding facilities and maintenance standards. This accommodation may suit those looking for a lively atmosphere reminiscent of Nishiazabu or party vibes on Ishigaki Island but is not recommended for those seeking quiet relaxation. While self-hospitality is emphasized here—with good service at reception and restaurants—the rooms need better cleaning practices to ensure individual comfort during stays.

    Staff service and cleanliness do not match the price.

    From the first day of stay, cleaning issues were noticeable (numerous hairs left on the floor and sink, dust clumps in corners), and slippers were not provided. It was explained that slippers were out of stock due to an ordering oversight. The promised towel replacement for the next day was also not delivered, requiring me to pick them up at the front desk myself. The staff's response lacked sincerity, and the service did not match the Accommodation Fee.

    Perfect for an adult getaway

    It was a family trip with all adults. We were torn between staying at a hotel with a beach where we stayed when the kids were little or this one, but choosing this hotel was the right decision. The room was clean, and everyone was happy. The room had a kitchen, a refrigerator with freezer, and a washing machine, making it comfortable and stress-free. While you need a rental car, the port and supermarkets are nearby, which is convenient. The restaurant is delicious but there’s only one option available; for variety in dining, eating outside the hotel is necessary. Our routine included going to remote islands in the morning, returning in the afternoon to cool down at the hotel's pool in the evening before heading out for dinner while finishing laundry simultaneously. The room is spacious enough to enjoy drinks together comfortably. This hotel may not be suitable for those who want to relax on a beach (as there isn’t one), but it’s still an excellent choice overall. Additionally, they provide towels not only for use at their pool but also ones you can take to outside beaches. However, some rooms seem to face construction sites (there's an apartment building under construction next door), so please be mindful when completing your Reservation.

    Water supply interruption during bathing

    Newly built and clean, with stylish design, delicious restaurant, and spacious rooms—perfect for a family stay. Great value for money! However, one shocking experience was the water supply being cut off during a bath. This has never happened at any other Hotel before. There was no explanation or apology regarding this incident. Is this something common in Ishigaki Island?

    We stayed for three ...

    We stayed for three nights on a three-generation trip and found the layout and facilities very comfortable. Highly recommended for large groups wanting to stay in one room! However, the self-hospitality concept and some minor aspects may not cater specifically to Japanese preferences, so it might not be ideal for those seeking a traditional hotel experience.

    For honeymoon use.

    The best part of staying at this Hotel was the pool and sauna. The pool includes a spacious infinity pool and a family pool, while there are also two authentic saunas! Additionally, the breakfast was high-quality, stylish, and absolutely delicious!! One concern was that the toilet in the Room is located in the dressing area. While it features an automatic sensor for opening and closing, its placement near the entrance to the shower room caused it to open every time we passed by. Also, since the space with the toilet is very large, it would be great if a partition could be added for more privacy. It was inconvenient not being able to use the toilet when someone else was using the sink. Other than these two points, everything else was excellent!

    Delicious Restaurant

    We stayed here as a ...

    We stayed here as a couple for the first time. The accommodation was more stylish and luxurious than we imagined. It felt like staying abroad, and we were satisfied with both the pool and the bar. The sauna, in particular, was well-equipped with an ideal temperature range of 80 to 100 degrees. The only disappointment was that we couldn't see the sunset from the pool... If this were possible, it would have been perfect. We think this is a hotel we'd like to visit again!

    The Room is spacious and comfortable.

    It was a beautiful Hotel with excellent Facilities. It is ideal for long-term stays, as it can be used like a condominium. A 2-night, 3-day stay felt too short to fully enjoy it. However, the breakfast seemed slightly inferior compared to other Hotels. Overall, it was a great experience.
