    A Stay with Your Dog After a Long Time

    I was very satisfied. The food and service were excellent, and it was a very satisfying Ryokan where we could stay with our dog. Before the trip, our dog wasn’t feeling well, which was a bit disappointing, but we were able to relax and take it easy on our first trip in a while.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    We were able to relax with our two dogs! Since we have two dogs, we would have appreciated one more set of food and water bowls (and toys as well). There was a dog cart at the entrance, but we weren’t sure if it was available for guests to use, so it would be helpful if there were a sign. It seemed there was no vending machine. There were drinks in the refrigerator, but since we bought Shingen pudding as a souvenir, we took the drinks out to make space to chill it. If possible, we would prefer the refrigerator to be empty and already cooled.

    Next time, I'll bring my parents along.

    We visited for our first family trip of the New Year. It was our dog's first experience with a bath, and it was wonderful to let them enjoy the same Onsen as us (though they did try to run away). The hotel staff were very kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated. Thank you so much. The facility was clean, and the garden was beautiful. Although it was my fault for not looking at the map when trying to go from our room to the bath, I got lost. However, a staff member kindly guided me there, and I thoroughly enjoyed the large bath. We felt the warmth of this Ryokan and would love to bring my parents here next time for a relaxing stay. Thank you very much!

    A favorite spot for your beloved dog.

    This was our third visit, and we were delighted to see our beloved dog feeling so relaxed. We look forward to visiting again.

    With dogs

    Last month, I stayed in a room with an open-air bath in the main building and had a great experience, so this time I stayed at THE ONES with my dog. The Onsen in the room had a slightly silky texture, and the large public bath being available 24 hours was excellent! There were occasional noises from above or outside that made my dog react and bark, but the room was spacious, and it was nice to feed koi fish from the room!
