    We had a very comfortable stay.

    The Room was very spacious, and even with four adults and three children, we stayed for three nights and four days without any stress. With the pool right in front of us, the kids could easily swim morning, noon, and night. There is also a jacuzzi, so younger children can play there as well. Room service was available from the breakfast venue area, and they were flexible in accommodating allergies.

    It felt like there were many foreign guests.

    We stayed for two nights on July 27 and 28. The view from the Room was amazing. The restaurant staff were also very polite and left a great impression. One concern was that the pool water was too warm—about bath temperature—so I would have appreciated it being a bit cooler. The water also seemed dirty, which was disappointing. In addition, the bathroom glass was slightly dirty, and I felt some areas in the Room could use more thorough cleaning. For amenities, I would have liked cups at the sink, and it would have been nice if there were something available to rent for cutting fruit. If these points are improved, I’d like to give 5 stars. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Highly recommended!!

    A truly wonderful Facility! The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. There was a pool right in front of the Room, and we could also see the Kouri Bridge—an absolutely stunning view! We’d love to stay again!

    The view was amazing! But there were bugs, and the kids next door were…

    Thank you for your hospitality. The Room was very spacious, and we were able to relax in a quiet environment. Above all, the view was amazing, and the scenery from the terrace was truly soothing. We think it is a wonderful villa for a family stay. On the other hand, there were a few points that concerned us: - Only eight towels were provided, and additional towels required an extra fee, so it wasn’t enough for four adults and five children staying for three nights. We had to do laundry every day, which was a bit inconvenient. - The seal on the bathroom door was damaged, so the changing area got soaked every time we used the shower. - One of the key cards did not work. - There were quite a lot of insects on the terrace, which limited how much time we could spend relaxing there. - Because the pool is connected to the neighboring Room’s area, their child came over to look into our side multiple times, which slightly affected our sense of privacy. We had an enjoyable stay thanks to the excellent location and spacious Room. If these Facility-related issues are improved, we believe it will be an even more comfortable Accommodation.     Overall, it was great!

    We stayed one night in a Room with a private pool at the end of March. The Room was very spacious and clean, and the ocean view was truly beautiful. The scenery in particular made it feel like a real getaway, which we really enjoyed. The food was also delicious and satisfying. On the other hand, there were many small insects floating in the pool, and there were even dead stink bugs on the bottom... Our children hesitated to get in. In addition, the pool was not heated and remained cold water, so given it was late March, it was too cold to stay in for long. I think it would be totally fine in summer. Also, small insects were flying inside the Room as well, so it may be a bit tough for those who dislike bugs. At night we could hear a knocking sound from the window side (something like a mechanical noise), which bothered us and made it hard to sleep. We had expected that we might not be able to use the pool due to the season, so we don’t have major complaints about that point. The spaciousness of the Room and the great view more than made up for it, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.

    Birthday Trip

    It was our first time staying in a villa, and we had a wonderful time celebrating two birthdays. Since the front desk is unmanned, check-in took about 30 seconds and we headed straight to the Room. The nighttime illumination and the beautiful morning views were so soothing. We relaxed in the villa-only jacuzzi and were able to unwind completely. Next time, we’d like to stay in a condo and try the infinity pool. It was peaceful, and we’re glad we chose this lovely villa for such a special birthday. Thank you!

    We stayed at a hotel...

    We stayed at a hotel on Kouri Island for our last summer vacation of the year with family. As soon as we checked in, my siblings were thrilled to see the pool right in front of us and had so much fun playing there. The pool being so close made it very convenient, especially for families. Thanks to this, we were able to create wonderful memories to wrap up our summer!

    Beautiful Hotel

    Stayed for 2 nights. Spacious, clean, and the pool was amazing! The bath was large too, and it seems the price is the same for up to 8 people? Anyway, definitely a repeat—done! On the second night, I unexpectedly needed sanitary products but couldn’t reach anyone despite calling multiple times. It made me anxious thinking about what would happen if someone felt unwell and couldn’t get in touch. It would be great if there were more amenities available and an emergency contact provided for peace of mind. One more thing: there were a lot of dust and hair accumulated on the stones next to the toilet. I hope it will be clean next time I visit!

    Dust, mites

    Recommended by a friend, we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The sheets seemed to have been replaced with washed ones, but there were likely many mites. On the first day, our entire family was bitten by mites, which was a terrible experience. Additionally, the bedroom's room light and transparent glass were not thoroughly cleaned and were dusty, which was disappointing in terms of attention to detail. The pool was excellent.

    This is my second stay, and it’s truly a great Hotel. The Room was spacious and clean, making me want to stay here every time. I stayed in Room 112, but on the last day, water from the bath flowed all the way to the entrance after I got out.

    The panoramic view is unbeatable.

    The infinity pool seamlessly blends with the ocean view, offering an impressive 180-degree panorama. It was the best scenery we've ever seen. The Room was spacious, and as a family with children, we made full use of the washer-dryer and enjoyed the jacuzzi and bath to our satisfaction. The nighttime pool lighting was also beautiful. However, being in a corner Room meant that our pool connected to others, causing bugs to accumulate despite repeated cleaning efforts. Additionally, unattended items like floats from other Rooms drifted into our area and got stuck in front of us. We had to carry about three floats to the entrance ourselves! We borrowed a net multiple times to remove insects like beetles from the water since we were worried about toddlers accidentally swallowing them—this aspect needs improvement. We followed instructions to put out trash at 8 AM but found it uncollected later on, leading crows to scatter it messily around our entrance. When we informed staff about this issue initially, their response felt indifferent ("Oh really?"), so we ended up cleaning it ourselves until firmly requesting collection—only then did they come by! On day two though when consulting another more attentive staff member regarding both garbage & float issues—they promptly addressed everything which finally brought relief; such inconsistencies can be stressful. Additionally adjusting shower water pressure wasn’t possible making usage inconvenient. As for dining services despite limited staffing everyone worked hard efficiently replenishing items quickly ensuring smooth experiences overall! While there were some dissatisfactions bringing young children here proved convenient overall though private-feeling experience at infinity-pool might fall short slightly?

    I want to come back again!!

    The meals were excellent, offering a delightful escape from the ordinary. I had planned to play golf but ended up canceling because staying here was so comfortable and enjoyable. I would love to visit again!

    Unfortunately.

    The view is amazing! The moment I entered the room, I was in awe. However, upon closer inspection, dirt was noticeable all over the room! There were black smudges on the walls, peeling wallpaper, and stains on the sofa... Some dirt could be wiped off easily when I tried. A Dyson vacuum cleaner is provided in the room, but even its dust compartment was dirty. The worst part was the bathroom area—there were white mold spots on the toilet wall, black mold on the shower seals, and even black mold on the ceiling. It really dampened my mood. Considering it’s a very humid season, some of it might be unavoidable to an extent—but still... For a hotel that isn’t budget-friendly, this level of cleanliness is quite shocking for Japan. The front desk is unmanned; there are no pajamas provided; and guests are instructed to leave trash outside their rooms between 7:00–10:00 AM. Amenities like toothbrushes are plentifully stocked since there’s no replenishment or exchange service available. It seems to cater mainly to foreign families or those planning a Multiple Night Stay—it did feel that way as most guests were foreigners. While I truly enjoyed the scenery and atmosphere that I had been looking forward to when making my Reservation, personally speaking as someone who values hygiene standards highly—it was very disappointing overall.

    The Hotel was incredibly spacious, open, and absolutely wonderful, offering quality beyond its price! It would be great if pajamas and makeup remover were provided!

    It was a wonderful day!

    We went with four family households. There were children sharing existing bedding, but we were able to relax comfortably in the spacious area. I thought it might be difficult to use the pool due to the season, but there was a jacuzzi by the pool, and since it provided hot water, we were able to warm up while enjoying the pool! Tourists were also swimming in the pool. It was amazing to be able to use the pool in January! The view was fantastic, with a location offering a panoramic view of the Kouri Island Bridge, and the pool from the room was designed to look like it was connected to the sea, creating a truly surreal space where we could relax. As for meals, we chose the hotel's buffet for breakfast. Despite being the off-season, the seats were quite full, with many foreign guests, and I was surprised to see that popular hotels are still popular even in the off-season. The seasoning was to my liking, and I enjoyed the meal very much. The restaurant staff were also very kind and accommodating. I definitely want to stay there again.

    Excellent location

    The location was excellent, and the Room was spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. It was nice to have a restaurant and a SPA (used by my wife) available. It was my first time using a Hotel with no staff, and I was worried, but check-in and check-out were easier than I expected. I would like to visit again in the summer.

    The private pool is excellent.

    Being on a remote island, it was a quiet and comfortable environment. Moreover, there was a private pool right in front, along with an ocean view. The scenery was a double dose of relaxation. The room was clean, making it perfect for a girls' night stay! Next time, I want to come during the season when I can swim in the pool and enjoy the resort even more.

    The view of Kouri Bridge was beautiful and it was amazing. There was also a spa, so next time I think I'll make a reservation with a spa.

    A hotel that suits your style

    There were some concerns about the unmanned aspect, but upon arrival, check-in was smooth and I could enter the Room immediately. It was a Facility that matched my desire to refresh without having to talk to anyone. The restaurant was delicious, and the private pool was also nice. I will use it again.
