    Experience luxury.

    Communication with the staff was minimal, and we were able to enjoy complete privacy! The view from the Room was amazing. It would have been even better if there had been children’s nightwear in the Room! Thank you for taking care of us.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family of four. At check-in, we were asked to choose breakfast for the next morning, but we were told the salmon set meal was limited in quantity and had already sold out... We had been looking forward to it ever since seeing the photo during our Reservation, so honestly that was disappointing. I don’t think it mentioned that it was limited. The room was spacious with an ocean view, and it even had a kitchen and washing machine, which seemed convenient for longer stays. The beach was also very close, and there were several stylish restaurants and small shops nearby, which was great. We ate ice cream on a large daybed-style sofa on the terrace of the Hotel restaurant (?) while watching the ocean, and that time felt truly blissful and became a cherished memory. We’d love to visit Itoshima again, and when we do, we’d like to stay here again.

    The sunset was amazing.

    The views and location are excellent, and the interior is sophisticated. We stayed without meals, but used nearby restaurants. The staff were kind and provided helpful local information. With this level of quality, we will definitely return.

    Recommended Hotel for a Trip with Your Dog.

    We visited from Saitama to celebrate our one-year-old dog, born in Fukuoka. We found this accommodation on IKYU.com while searching for a place where we could stay with our dog and stayed for two nights. Although it is not exclusively for guests with dogs, the rooms that allow pets are located in separate buildings and floors. After check-in, we could move around without using a carrier, so there was no inconvenience at all. The room was spacious with a terrace, and as soon as we opened the door, our dog's excitement skyrocketed—they wouldn't come back inside from the terrace! For walks, Palm Beach is right in front of the accommodation, so we could go out whenever we wanted. When tired, they napped comfortably—it was such an enjoyable stay. We traveled entirely by public transportation from both Haneda and Fukuoka. While there were some concerns about not being able to send luggage beforehand or limited amenities for dogs, these worries disappeared once we actually stayed. The hotel's café even accommodated us when we mentioned wanting to eat together with our dog—offering separately seasoned salads and grilled dishes that we enjoyed together on the room's terrace. Though it wasn't room service but self-pickup style dining instead—the portions were generous and everything tasted great! If I may make one small suggestion: using 1.7mm pasta would enhance their already delicious dishes even more. At checkout time, our dog loved it so much they didn’t want to leave! A staff member kindly came out to see us off personally. We look forward to visiting again soon!

    Disappointing

    Not exactly an ocean view (see photo 5). I stayed here after hearing it was a stylish Hotel along the Itoshima coast, but I was disappointed. While some parts are stylish, overall it feels more like an apartment. The Room door had cobwebs, and the Room itself was dirty with hair on the floor. The Wi-Fi is slow, and the air conditioning is weak. The staff's attitude was cold (when asking questions, they just said "it's written there"). For this price, going to Nagasaki or Kumamoto would be much better. Overall, the price is too high. Around 25,000 yen would be reasonable.

    This is a great Hotel.

    The service and hospitality are excellent at this Hotel. However, it would be perfect if the coffee provided in the Room were a bit tastier.

    I had high expectations.

    I chose this accommodation for its location with an ocean view. Although I understand that check-in was strictly on time, upon entering the room, I noticed trash accumulated in the corners of the floor. The room also had a slightly fishy smell, possibly due to a previous guest having a BBQ. The air conditioner made water-like noises after running for some time, and honestly, the room's comfort level was not great. I might have set my expectations too high and reflected on that. However, the location is excellent and highly recommended in that regard.

    The location is excellent.

    I made a same-day reservation and stayed at the accommodation. It had been pouring rain from the previous day until around 2 PM that day, but the rain stopped, and the sunset view from the room was absolutely stunning. The front desk was on the second floor, and my room was on the first floor. Perhaps due to the heavy rain or because it was on the first floor, I noticed a slight smell of humidity and some mold in the bathroom area. However, I was very satisfied with everything else—the service, hospitality, room condition, and overall atmosphere. I would love to stay here again in the future. Next time, I hope to request an upper-floor room if possible. Even though it was a same-day reservation, I got a great deal on my stay and am very happy with it—thank you!

    I would love to stay here again.

    We stayed with our dog and had a great experience. The Room was clean and very nice. We have a small dog, but we were able to borrow a pet cage (suitable for large dogs as well), which was very helpful. Since it's so close to the sea, we'd love to visit again in the summer.

    If it were unmanned, it would be more tolerable.

    We stayed as a family. While it's understandable that everything from keys to manuals is smartphone-compatible given the times, the smartphone manual does not adequately cover each Room's Facility, making even simple tasks like operating the lights difficult. The staff seemed insufficiently trained, requiring guests to figure things out on their own in many aspects. Despite staying in a suite Room, bathrobes were not provided unless specifically requested. We only discovered their availability when we saw cleaning staff handling them in a neighboring Room during checkout and asked at the front desk, where we were told they are brought upon request. The Room and location were excellent, but it was disappointing that such issues arose—perhaps these frustrations wouldn't exist if it were entirely unmanned. This Hotel requires an approach where you don't expect hospitality from the start and use it with clear expectations.

    Thank you very much for the other day. It was my first time staying at a Hotel and visiting alone. The Room was much cleaner and more spacious than it looked in the photos, and it still leaves a strong impression on me. Unfortunately, as it was cold and windy outside, I couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi on the rooftop, but I would love to visit again during a warmer season. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping in twice. The next morning, as I was heading to the front desk to check out, I was greeted cheerfully with "Good morning!" by 4-5 women, though I wasn't sure if they were staff or other guests. It made me feel so happy and uplifted. After that, I took a taxi to the station, and the taxi driver kindly shared detailed information about the charms and recommended spots in Itoshima. I truly felt that the people of Itoshima are very warm and kind. I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. The front desk staff also served me with a smile and were very polite. Thank you so much for everything! It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I used it with my boyfriend on my birthday.

    I received wonderful service with a smile! The Room had a hallway and door like an apartment, and I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors, making it very comfortable. Since it was a stormy day, there was always the sound of strong wind as background music along with the ocean view, which made it easier for me to sleep as I can't sleep in silence. I learned to be cautious on rainy days as I got wet when I jumped onto the balcony chair without knowing the rain was coming. At night, I couldn't see the ocean view from the transparent bath, so I enjoyed drawing on the fogged glass. I apologize to the Hotel staff. There was a bath salt-like bath additive in the bath, which made it more enjoyable than just hot water. There were many skincare products in the drawstring bag, and my boyfriend seemed very happy. There was also a nice-smelling hand and body cream next to the hand soap, and I wished I had used more of it. I should have used it on the spot. Since it was my birthday, I made a cake. There were many cute plates that were perfect for displaying the cake, both in color and size. There were two knives of different sizes, so my boyfriend and I could work together. The table had a marble pattern, which made the cake stand out beautifully, and I was pleased. The artwork on the wall was stylish, and I felt the attention to detail in the interior design. The toilet was designed so that you could hear the sounds from inside from any position, so out of embarrassment from the sounds, I rushed in when my boyfriend was on the balcony in the morning. People with stomach issues should be cautious. The toothbrush was made of wood instead of plastic, which I found stylish. The brush itself was the softest I've ever used, but the wooden part required a technique to use, and my gums started to hurt in two places, so sensitive people might want to bring their own. The TV had various subscriptions, and while it wasn't all-you-can-watch, you could log in with your own account. Amazon Prime was easy to access by just scanning a QR code. I had a very comfortable stay and slept soundly. Thank you very much!

    The sunset was beautiful.

    From the terrace of the Room, I was able to see the sunset over the sea. I could also hear the sound of the waves, and I had a very wonderful time. I thought the breakfast bento was a bit pricey, but it came in a wooden box, which gave it a luxurious feel, and it was very delicious. The amenities also had a luxurious feel, which made me happy.

    Meals for Guests with Children

    Thank you for your hospitality. We had dinner at sunset. The same menu was served to our two elementary school children. It would have been nice to have a note mentioning that the salad contained spicy items, red berries, and bitter leaves. The subsequent meal left a bitter taste in our mouths, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was also the same menu and seemed more suitable for adults. It wasn't quite right for our elementary school children this time. We went to pick up breakfast at the designated time, but we had to wait for a while. If it's the same menu, couldn't they have served the portions for the rooms that hadn't arrived yet? I thought. I wish we had chosen the no-meal option. Overall, it seems the cleaning was done, but dust was noticeable on the bed's light switch. It was a bit disappointing. Thank you very much.
