    This is the place to enjoy the best Hotel stay.

    "Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

    Tower View

    From the moment you enter the Hotel, the upbeat music, courteous service, carpeted hallways, and lovely lighting really set the mood. The view from the Room, air-conditioning Facility, and interior design were all great, and I was able to stay very comfortably. Instead of bottled water, there was a stylish water purifier, which felt reassuring. The room-service pasta also had a carefully crafted flavor. There are also curated shops and restaurants on the lower level of the Hotel, which is convenient. Breakfast: 3/5 (maybe because my expectations were too high). The white omelet and other items looked beautiful but lacked depth of flavor, which was disappointing. However, one staff member noticed I looked cold and immediately brought me a blanket—her thoughtfulness, smile, and friendly check-in were wonderful. It’s pricey for the Room size, but on the same floor there was a lounge with complimentary drinks and cookies (alcohol is charged). If you want a view, choosing a tower view is best—though it’s surrounded by buildings. Voices from the hallway carried clearly into the Room, so I was concerned about how much sound might carry out as well. I’m happy to have found another Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    The actual room was different from the photos.

    The Room I reserved was shown in photos with a sofa by the window, but the Room I stayed in did not have one. I also believe the actual room size (in square meters) was smaller than advertised. The service was good, so it’s disappointing—if the Room had matched what was shown, I would have rated it highly.

    For the price...

    It was clean. However, it felt disappointing. I admit I didn't check the Room description carefully, but there was no bathtub. Also, no shoehorn provided. The view was of an office building right in front. Even when arriving by car, staff did not assist with unloading luggage. No valet service available. For water, bottles were provided to drink from a tap with a purifier attached. I believe there are many Hotels offering better service for the same price range. The breakfast staff were excellent, and the food tasted great.

    I was very concerned about using the free WiFi at the hotel.
