The service was attentive and excellent.
On the day we were due to leave Tanegashima, the ferry and flights were canceled, but you contacted us right away and supported us with such care—we truly appreciated it. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service for the early-morning extra service the next day. You also shared many local insights unique to the area, which helped us fully enjoy Tanegashima. Thank you for everything.

Stylish space for a comfortable island time
The interior and exterior of the hotel were very stylish and beautiful! With car rentals available, it was easy to explore the island's tourist spots. The free drink selection included wine and shochu, allowing for a quiet and enjoyable evening with drinks. The entire accommodation exuded attention to detail and thoughtful care, making it a very satisfying stay! I would definitely love to visit again.

The sweet potato des...
The sweet potato dessert and herbal tea with shell ginger provided in the Room were absolutely delicious! At check-in, I was informed that both were from Tanegashima, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that allowed me to feel connected to Tanegashima even inside the Room. Additionally, the deodorizing spray in the Room had such a lovely scent that I found myself using it multiple times (laughs). The texture of the towels and pajamas was also excellent, making this Hotel highly recommended for women!

It was a comfortable villa!
I stayed at this accommodation during my first trip to Tanegashima. The villa was sophisticated and comfortable, featuring a concrete structure with furniture made from locally sourced Tanegashima wood and a beautifully designed bathtub. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor open-air bath space, where chairs were also provided to sit and admire the planted shell ginger while sipping sparkling wine. The free drink service was delightful, offering shochu, wine, water, juice, and more. Having access to a rental car was very convenient; the car provided was a Mercedes-Benz and easy to drive. It would have been even better if there had been a washing machine and dryer in the room. Thank you for making it such a wonderful trip!

Tanegashima Time
I had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the service provided by the staff, including the young proprietress, was excellent and conveyed the spirit of "together with the community," which made me fall in love with Tanegashima. Since it is an area where transportation is difficult without a car, I appreciated that a car was inclusive. I also enjoyed the service allowing access to the main building's Onsen and would love to visit again.

It was a wonderful H...
It was a wonderful Hotel! Not only is it beautifully designed, but it also offers great convenience and excellent service. The rooms are so stylishly harmonious that you might forget to explore outside! With plenty of shops nearby, you can spend your time just the way you like. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Stylish and beautiful Hotel
The Hotel features stylish Rooms with a cohesive design that showcases attention to detail. Both the indoor bathtub and the open-air bath are spacious, making them perfect for relieving daily fatigue! The mini kitchen comes with wine and shochu, ensuring a highly satisfying stay without leaving the Hotel. The towels are fluffy and gentle on the skin, providing excellent care even during your stay! Very nice
The interior and exterior are both very stylish. I was impressed that the kitchenette even had an exhaust fan. The wine cellar is stocked with Italian red and Spanish sparkling wines. I wanted to try the shochu too, but I couldn't possibly drink it all! The Onsen in the main building has a Showa retro vibe, which is a fun contrast. The Smart car we borrowed was easy to maneuver and drive. We had the best vacation. Thank you very much.

No need to rent a ca...
No need to rent a car, which is very convenient. GLA and GLB are older models, so personally, I recommend the Smart (BRABUS). The facility is new and comfortable, with fluffy towels! To avoid trouble finding meals, it's better to reserve dinner at a nearby restaurant (there are highly-rated options within walking distance). The onsen next to Araki Hotel was surprisingly a natural hot spring with clear and silky water quality—quite enjoyable.
