    A lake view for your soul.

    It was a time that made me realize what I truly needed. The ever-flowing Onsen, the view of the lake from the window, delicious coffee, and excellent amenities—everything necessary to recharge was perfectly in place. The welcome drink and sweets were exceptionally delightful, so next time I plan to request meals in advance. Even when I asked how to stop the water late at night, your courteous assistance was incredibly helpful.

    It was a wonderful accommodation.

    We were pleasantly surprised when the staff noticed my daughter's left-handedness during the welcome dessert and set her cutlery accordingly for dinner. With delicious meals, attentive service from the staff, and a serene atmosphere at the accommodation, we were able to relax completely. It was a truly memorable stay, and we are deeply grateful.     Extraordinary...

    I had been checking this accommodation multiple times, wanting to stay here for a long time, but the timing never worked out... Finally, I was able to visit this time. It was just as wonderful as I had imagined. From the moment I stepped through the door, it felt like an extraordinary space. The room was simple yet sophisticated—a truly adult atmosphere. The onsen with natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source offered a relaxing bath with stunning views from the window. I enjoyed it so much that I bathed multiple times. The meals were exceptional, starting with free-flowing drinks and dishes that were all delicious and reflected the care of their creators—truly remarkable. After dinner, lying back on a deck chair on the terrace and gazing at the starry sky was breathtaking; I went back and forth three times until late at night because I couldn’t get enough of it (laughs). This is a very quiet place where you can experience luxurious tranquility away from everyday life. Thank you so much—it recharged my energy! Next time, I'd love to visit again with my daughter who couldn't join me this time!

    Had a relaxing time!

    The room and Onsen were wonderful, allowing us to relax. We stayed in a semi-open-air room, and it was refreshing to enjoy the view while soaking in the bath. However, while bathing was great, we noticed that when stepping out of the bath or washing up, we had to lower the shade for privacy as it could be seen from outside. In hindsight, an indoor bath room might have been a better choice. The meals were delicious with a wide variety of drinks available. The staff were attentive and considerate, making it a very relaxing Hotel stay!

    First Solo Trip

    I chose this accommodation for my first solo trip, hoping to relax and forget about daily life in the onsen. I loved the Shigaraki ware bathtub and the natural flowing onsen. The meals were perfectly portioned and consisted of all my favorite dishes, making them incredibly delicious. The view of the lake from the room was soothing, and everything—from the bath to the food to the room's atmosphere—felt just right for me. It was a wonderful accommodation, and I hope to come back again for another relaxing stay.

    Would love to visit again.

    The staff's hospitality, meals, drinks, room and interior design, as well as amenities, were not luxurious but tasteful and clean, which left a strong impression. One small suggestion would be to make better use of the outdoor terrace during this pleasant season. It seemed underutilized and felt like a missed opportunity. Additionally, after dinner, I wanted to quietly read on the balcony, so it would have been better without the outdoor music. Overall, I was very satisfied and could feel how much the manager and staff care about this accommodation.

    I truly felt relaxed.

    A flawless 5-star experience. The staff were all professional, calm, and friendly, creating a warm connection with guests. The Room was even more beautiful than the photos, and the view of Lake Ippeki from the bath was so stunning that I took several pictures. It had been a while since I took such deep breaths. This stay provided a much-needed break from my hectic daily life. The food was exquisite and delicious, especially the cheese risotto which was outstanding. The free drink selection was abundant, including Yamamomo soda and honey ginger tea! Among them, "Indigo Tea" stood out as a beautifully blue and flavorful tea—I highly recommend it to anyone staying here. There were also various free alcoholic beverages available! I had an amazing time relaxing in this wonderful place. I will definitely stay here again!

    Everything is excellent.

    It was raining in the morning, but it stopped by the time we arrived at the Hotel. We were welcomed with delicious welcome sweets, the staff's warm smiles, and a lovely aroma as we entered our Room. The moment we stepped into the Room, we were amazed by the breathtaking view of Onsen, cherry blossoms, and a lake that looked like a painting. Soaking in the Onsen while enjoying full-bloom cherry blossoms felt so special that I almost wanted to keep it a secret. The Room was clean and cozy; I spent my time reading or listening to audiobooks peacefully. Dinner was delightful with plenty of fresh vegetables and intricate dishes paired perfectly with free-flowing wine—I ended up drinking too much! In the early morning, I took a walk around Lake Ippeki surrounded by mist; it was magical and soothing. After warming up my chilled body in Onsen again, I enjoyed breakfast. The soup was so delicious that I had seconds, along with lots of freshly baked bread—it had been ages since I'd eaten this much in the morning! When I asked if I could have coffee on the terrace after breakfast, one of the staff members quickly wiped down a wet table with a smile and set everything up for me—thank you for all your kind assistance! Spring at EASE IPPEKI was absolutely perfect!

    I was the only guest staying at the accommodation on this day. No wonder the facility felt so quiet. The staff consisted of just two people—a woman in charge of cooking and a man. The entrance was hard to find upon arrival, and the steep uphill road with narrow lanes is not recommended for those who are not confident drivers. The parking area was also difficult to use. The check-in floor and dining area were combined, creating a very casual atmosphere. Since this accommodation is ideal for staying in your room, I spent most of my time there except during meals. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. The natural amenities were impressive—points for that! It was unique to see combs and razors made from bamboo; I usually don't even touch amenities but ended up taking these home with me. However, it would have been nice to have either a shower cap or hair tie available as well. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were sufficient, but there was only one tea bag each of coffee and black tea for hot beverages—I would have appreciated an additional option like herbal tea or Japanese green tea. Having two bath towels and face towels each was a pleasant surprise! As mentioned in other reviews, though, the TV placement felt awkward. Meals were absolutely delicious! The variety of vegetables stood out—they tasted amazing individually while also being visually appealing—and I left fully satisfied with both taste and presentation. There were plenty of drink options too; sampling them little by little felt luxurious. This place is perfect for solo travelers who enjoy being left alone without much interaction; however, it might not be suitable for groups or couples—it’s best suited for individuals looking to retreat into solitude.

    In winter, a humidif...

    In winter, a humidifier is provided, but upon arrival, when attempting to fill the tank with water, it was found covered in brown moss-like residue and mold. Cleaning was necessary before use, but despite efforts, it could not be fully cleaned and had to be abandoned. It left us wondering how long it had been neglected to reach such a state. The staff member who primarily assisted us seemed focused solely on following the manual without even a smile. When we asked questions, they appeared annoyed, making communication uncomfortable and intimidating. While other staff members were kind and helpful, the impression of that particular individual remained unforgettable. The guest room was comfortable with easy access to the Onsen and good amenities. However, this trip reminded us that hospitality truly makes or breaks a travel experience.

    Starting from the response to our inquiry during the advance Reservation, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attentive service until the day of our stay. As seen in the photos, the Room was simple yet stylish, equipped with convenient necessities, and offered a sense of comfort within its chic design. Although it was just one night, we had a very relaxing time. Thank you for two memorable days.

    Stays of Silence

    The room was very quiet, and there was a pleasant fragrance throughout the room and the building, allowing for a relaxing stay. The building is also new, and checking in and out via smartphone or tablet provided a fresh experience. However, it seems the plumbing is cold, so be aware that it takes a while for hot water to come out when starting the shower. I had a relaxing stay, thank you very much.

    Not considering the satisfaction of guests

    You are instructed to complete the check-in process online before the day of check-in. Even if you arrive before 4 PM, you are told that check-in is not possible, so you have to kill time and arrive at the designated time. Access to the Property is extremely narrow, with a sharp angle turn from the public road. The parking space is also very difficult to park in. No one from the Property guides you. You later realize there are people inside when you enter. Upon entering the building, you have to show your ID to a terminal and repeatedly confirm images, checking in again. Although there are staff around to help, you can't help but wonder why such a cumbersome system is implemented. Access to the Room is also entirely by entering a code, and there is no phone in the Room. It seems to be stylishly rationalized in many ways, but while it may reduce costs for the Property, it doesn't seem to enhance the convenience for guests at all. Everything feels uncomfortable. The New Year's dinner, which should have been special, was at a café table. The food was elaborate and delicious, but the free-flow drinks were rushed by the meal menu, so it couldn't be enjoyed leisurely. The New Year's dinner and the next day's breakfast were good, but the atmosphere wasn't one where you could savor them at leisure. It's not a Property that makes you want to visit again.

    It was a stylish Stays! The Facility and the room space were wonderful and more spacious than imagined from the photos. For dinner, there were fruit liquors and wines (Japanese wine, mainly from Izu), and every wine was delicious, making it hard to stop! The food was, of course, delicious and impressive! Breakfast was also hearty, made with local ingredients, and left us full! The amenities included OSAJI, and although the bath might be small, it was a quiet and relaxing space. I hope to use it again for anniversaries. I recommend it for birthdays and anniversaries. All the staff were courteous and kind, making it a great day.

    Recommended for solo travelers! A truly simple stay.

    A property that was unlikely to exist on the Izu Peninsula! You can spend a fulfilling time in a stylish space, facing yourself. It's great that the manager faithfully adheres to the concept they set. The manager kindly shared their thoughts and ideas about the property. There's no doubt it will become an even more wonderful property in the future! Thank you very much! [For those considering a reservation] When I mentioned not drinking alcohol, they changed the in-room refrigerator to non-alcoholic. It might be smooth if you inform them in advance. Upon checking the location, I was worried about noise being near the road, but I wasn't bothered by the neighboring rooms at all, and it was quiet inside! The meals are portioned for women. Men might want to have a larger lunch for a good balance. Room 307 is recommended! Being a right-end corner room, you are less likely to be bothered by the fortress-like resort building towering behind Lake Ippeki. If you are looking for elaborate cuisine, attentive service, and well-equipped public spaces, please consider other luxury hotels on the Izu Peninsula. We would love for those who find EASE IPPEKI's理念 (rinen) wonderful to visit.

    I only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable. I was deeply moved to receive an anniversary celebration plate upon arrival. The room was relaxing, and the bath was very comfortable. I felt warm and cozy long after the bath. The dinner was, of course, impeccable, but the local alcohol selection was also very delicious. The conversation with the manager was very enjoyable, making it a memorable and wonderful stay. I hope to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    I was looking for a place nearby where I could relax for my first solo trip and found ease ippeki. The atmosphere on their website, Instagram, and reviews was good, so I decided to stay here. What I liked: The view from the room, the bath in the room, the comfort of the room wear, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room's water facilities (though there was some pink stain in the toilet), free drink service in the room's refrigerator, eco-friendly amenities made of bamboo, the aroma scent throughout the facility, the design of the facility was very cohesive and lovely, the foreign staff (probably new) were being taught politely, which made me want to support them, and when I was being seen off, the owner? called out to me again just before I was out of sight, which made me happy. What I found disappointing: The meals (especially breakfast. It felt like a business hotel or a family-oriented hotel. There was a sign at the entrance saying to take the bread yourself, but there was no indication of where the bread was, and since it was brought with the meal, I think they could remove the sign. The coaster under the yogurt dish on the one-plate meal. I think they use the same coasters in various places like the room and meal, but it bothered me that it was in contact with the food.), the height of the tables (except for the dining table in the middle, the tables were the same height as the sofa, making it very difficult to eat when seated. It's not a problem for one-hand meals, but it's hard to eat course meals). Not only for solo trips, but when staying at a slightly luxurious place, I often look forward to the meals as well as the room location and facility services, so compared to other accommodations in the same price range, I felt the cost performance was not great.
