    I’m glad I chose this Hotel!

    This was my first time staying at Storyline, and I was extremely satisfied—the place was very clean and the location was great! I usually stay at large Hotels, so I was a little worried about the Facilities, but after staying here I had no issues at all. When making my Reservation, I shared my Room preferences, and you prepared a Room that perfectly matched my request—I was truly delighted!! Both the building and the Room were carefully cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t the typical buffet style; instead, we could put whatever food and drinks we wanted into a basket and eat anywhere in the Hotel. It was my first time experiencing that, and it was so much fun! My once-a-year reward trip turned into something really special!! I’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

    We were upgraded fro...

    We were upgraded from an already spacious Room to an even larger one, and it was very comfortable. With an airport view, we could watch planes taking off and landing right in front of us, and the top-floor lounge and infinity pool made it feel truly special. It would have been even better with a large public bath, but there is a spa that you can use in swimwear. While fully enjoying Okinawa in midsummer, we were able to relax and recharge over three days. We would definitely like to stay again!

    A hotel with a full vacation vibe

    The room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The rooftop infinity pool looked beautiful, and you can watch planes taking off and landing while swimming. In the evening, the nearby bar counter offers drinks for guests to enjoy freely, so you can sip a drink while taking in the night view. Breakfast can be taken back to your room in a picnic basket; the salad greens were very fresh. The gym also has an amazing ocean view! Overall, it’s a relaxing resort hotel where you can truly unwind—I’d love to come back with my family if I get the chance.

    This was my third stay. I always feel comfortable here, thanks to the spacious, clean Room with a great view, the rooftop pool, and the lounge. The breakfast you can take back to your Room seems to have changed slightly from before, but I was very satisfied. Although there was an issue this time with a typhoon approaching, I truly appreciate how pleasantly and flexibly you handled everything. I really love Storyline’s atmosphere and service, so I would definitely like to stay again.

    The location was great.

    It was great being just a short walk to Umikaji Terrace, and we could even see airplanes from the Room! We enjoyed an extraordinary stay while taking in the airport night view from the rooftop heated spa. The Room was spacious, and it was nice to have breakfast wherever we liked, so we were able to relax freely on the rooftop, by the pool, and more. It felt like there were many international guests. It’s also close to the airport, and we’d love to stay again if we have the chance!

    The corner Room offe...

    The corner Room offered a great view of the runway, and since I love airplanes, the view was perfect. It was disappointing to find dust on the light fixture positioned low above the dining table.

    This was my second stay!

    We stayed here last time and it was so great that we decided to come back again! This time, we wore swimsuits and used the pool upstairs as well. The Onsen pool was warm and very relaxing! The bar also had plenty of drinks, and we enjoyed it. The beer server smelled a little, so I think it would be even better with more frequent cleaning. We’d love to stay again! Thank you!

    I have stayed here many times.

    The Room is a shoes-off style—clean and spacious. The kitchenette and the larger refrigerator are also very convenient. The rooftop has an Onsen pool, so you can enjoy it even in cooler seasons, and the view is wonderful. This is one of my favorite Hotels. I also think the price is budget-friendly.

    A clean and stylish Room

    We stayed here on our last trip to Okinawa and had a wonderful experience, so we made a Reservation again this time. Even with four adults, the Room was spacious and comfortable, and it’s exciting to watch the planes taking off and landing. We were also very happy to be upgraded because there was availability. Some reviews mentioned that breakfast might be a little limited, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the portions were just right and everything was delicious. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

    The grandkids will be thrilled.

    It was still a bit early for the pool, but we enjoyed the Onsen, and everyone was thrilled watching planes take off and land at Naha Airport. We also had breakfast served in a basket and enjoyed it in the 8th-floor lounge.

    Unfortunately, the runway was not visible from the Room.

    I made a Reservation well in advance because the Hotel was described as having runway views from every Room. Naturally, I expected to be able to see planes taking off and landing from my Room, but all I could see was a baseball field. I wish it had been clearly stated that some Rooms do not have a runway view.

    A Comfortable Hotel Stay

    Thank you for the courteous and kind service from all the staff. Thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay at the Hotel. The staff at the 8th-floor lounge and the 1st-floor restaurant were especially helpful. It’s convenient to have drinks available when you go to the lounge, and I was satisfied with the wide selection of alcoholic beverages. It’s also great that the Room has a microwave, toaster, and a large refrigerator. If you check the Umi Kaji Liner schedule in advance, it’s easy to go out to eat and visit iias, Ashibinaa Outlet Mall, and Michi-no-Eki Itoman without any trouble. I would like to stay again. As requested, it was a Room with a view of airplanes from the Room. Thank you very much.

    Recommended for aviation enthusiasts

    We were thrilled to watch planes taking off up close—not only from our Room, but also from the rooftop lounge and the Onsen pool. Unfortunately, perhaps due to the wind direction, on the last day they took off in the opposite direction, which was a bit disappointing. The Hotel was clean, and it was great to relax in the lounge with beer and awamori. It would have been perfect if there had also been a large public bath, so that was a slight disappointment. Still, we enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Hotel and would like to stay again.

    Resort experience near Naha Airport at the Hotel.

    The room was spacious, with tasteful furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The loungewear, which could also be used as indoor wear, was comfortable and had a lovely design. The outdoor onsen spa was enjoyable, but stepping out in winter made the cold quite harsh. On the first night, I entered wearing swimwear, while on the second night I used it as a foot bath. The lounge offered a great selection of snacks and drinks. It got crowded late at night, so I took my drink in a paper cup back to the room. Since there were glasses in the room, I transferred my drink from the paper cup and enjoyed it properly. I wanted to take it easy in the morning, so I didn’t include breakfast during my stay. The front desk service was excellent as well. Thank you for the birthday gift and upgrading my room! I would love to stay here again!

    Resort Hotel close to the airport

    I had been curious about this accommodation for a while and finally got the chance to stay. First of all, the room was spacious. It was even more comfortable than I expected, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time thoroughly. The staff were all very kind and pleasant. It happened to be my husband's birthday during our stay, and both the person who guided us to our room and another staff member we met near the front desk warmly said, "Happy Birthday," which made my husband very happy. The lounge was cozy yet charming. However, on the day of our stay, there seemed to be a group booking that made it a bit noisy at times—slightly unfortunate but understandable. Breakfast was served in a basket that we could take back to our room; it was plentiful and delicious! From the room, we enjoyed views of the sea, sky, and airplanes—a unique combination that felt mismatched yet incredibly fun in its own way. This has become one of the hotels I definitely want to visit again someday. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Perfect for the runway!

    I requested a Room with a good view of the runway because I love airplanes. Thank you for your kind consideration. The staff at the front desk and lounge were all very pleasant, making it a wonderful Hotel. The lounge at sunset was exceptional. I will return to experience the blissful moment of watching airplanes with a drink in hand again.

    Look up

    The corner suite where you can see both takeoffs and landings at the same time is a perfect choice. The F-15s from the Air Self-Defense Force and patrol planes from the Maritime Self-Defense Force are truly exciting. There’s no other accommodation like this for airplane enthusiasts. However, it was disappointing that there were no hand towels in the room. While it’s great that all guests can use the lounge, noisy children running around ruined the experience, making even nighttime takeoffs and landings unenjoyable. Unfortunately, I couldn’t relax at all (perhaps just bad luck?).

    The Room is absolutely wonderful.

    This was my second stay. This time, I chose a room with a kitchen. I thought such a well-equipped kitchen might come with cooking utensils, but unfortunately, it didn’t. However, the rental section mentioned items like rice cookers and cooking utensils, so perhaps they can be provided upon request. Being able to do light cooking would be convenient for Multiple Night Stays. The room itself was absolutely lovely with no complaints at all. The lounge was completely full this time with no available seats, and the strong wind made sitting outside difficult. Still, we managed to enjoy some drinks while braving the gusts—it felt like an extreme weather experience (laughs). Breakfast was once again in a pick-up style that we enjoyed in our room. Our favorite is definitely the wrap sandwiches!

    Birthday Trip

    It was my first time using this accommodation for a trip with a friend who shares the same birthday. I chose this place because of its good location and the opportunity to see airplanes. The room was clean, and I enjoyed watching airplanes from the window. I stayed for two days, but unfortunately, the breakfast menu was the same both mornings. It would be better if the menu could change daily. That said, I had a great time relaxing in the lounge with some drinks. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Okinawa!

    It was excellent.

    We stayed here at the request of our airplane-loving family. We usually stay in Naha when staying near the airport, but from now on, Senagajima will be our only choice. The view is simply amazing! The lounge is also very well-equipped. We have already made a reservation for our next visit. The front desk staff (a young gentleman) was very kind and helpful.     It was amazing!

    Accommodation for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious, stylish, and clean! It was very disappointing that we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or spa. The breakfast was also delightful, with a choice of main dishes that were both stylish and delicious. We would love to stay here again!

    A spa with an exceptional view

    You can enjoy great views of planes taking off and landing, and the spa is also wonderful at night. This is my second visit. With a swimsuit, you can enjoy the Onsen regardless of the season. Drinks and snacks are freely available, making it a relaxed and enjoyable Hotel.

    Amazing airport view!

    The view of the airport from the Room was very soothing. Watching planes take off and land is a delight for aviation enthusiasts—it was incredibly exciting and wonderful.     It was wonderfully comfortable!

    The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious and pleasant time with our family at the lounge next to the pool in a relaxed atmosphere. Although we did not expect much from the casual breakfast, we were grateful for the vegetarian options provided. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.     First Family Trip

    The Hotel we chose for our first family trip was truly perfect. The kids were thrilled with the rooftop pool from the morning. Drinks, including alcohol, were unlimited within the designated hours.

    Beautiful Hotel

    The room was spacious, and the mini kitchen with a refrigerator including a freezer was very convenient, making my stay comfortable. It would be great if there were a way to hang float rings or swimsuits on the balcony. Being close to Naha Airport, I’d love to visit again!

    The view from STORYLINE Senagajima is spectacular!

    We always stay in the Corner Suite as a family of four! The room is spacious enough for four people, and we are very satisfied (it would also feel incredibly spacious for two people). The view is especially amazing—the higher the floor, the better, with stunning sights of the ocean, airport, and planes taking off and landing! While we also stay at resort hotels farther from Naha, this hotel has its own unique charm. It’s a must-stay during our trips to Okinawa! If you book a multiple night stay, the rooftop infinity pool is almost like a private pool between 11 AM and 3 PM. The hotel stay itself is excellent; however, breakfast isn’t buffet-style but rather consists of three fixed options to choose from. Salad, soup, yogurt, and scones are self-serve. While we understand that there are only three choices every day during our stay, it would be nice if there were at least two patterns alternating to add some variety for those staying multiple nights. That said, with its incredible views and convenient location (especially if you have a rental car), this hotel makes it easy to enjoy Naha in just one or two days—highly recommended!

    The staff's language...

    The staff's language and behavior were inappropriate, which made me feel uncomfortable. 1. In the lounge, I was simply holding a takeaway item when I was abruptly told, "No eating allowed." 2. At the front desk, one staff member said on the phone to another in my presence, "They've come down." I believe it is standard to use respectful or humble language when addressing guests. This was not observed during my stay.

    The Room is spacious and the interior is very nice. The lounge was also great. Thank you for helping when I couldn't pour draft beer properly. I didn't use the pool, so I'll look forward to enjoying it next time.
