    It was very comfortable.

    This was my first stay. I was personally very happy that decaffeinated coffee was provided. The large public bath was also very relaxing. It was a bit disappointing that the breakfast restaurant felt slightly small for the number of guests, but overall I was able to unwind.

    Convenient access to...

    Convenient access to tourist attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera, and I had a comfortable stay for two days. The accommodation had a large public bath, but perhaps due to the high number of foreign guests, it was not crowded. I used it in the morning and evening and always enjoyed it in peace.

    Despite completing the credit card payment on the reservation site, I was asked to provide my email address and mobile number, submit my credit card, and have it processed through a reader, which felt like unnecessary procedures.

    The hotel was conveniently located near the station, new, and clean. The large public bath was spacious, but the changing room was small and quickly became overcrowded, so I returned to my Room with wet hair. During breakfast, when I went to get food for the second time and returned with my daughter, all our cutlery and drinks had been cleared away, including the meal card and napkins left on our table. It was quite surprising. Although there was an apology, I wished we could have enjoyed a more relaxed dining experience. These two points were a bit disappointing.

    The service is excellent.

    Previously, I only dined here and was impressed by the excellent service, so this time I decided to stay at the accommodation. As expected, the service was outstanding, and I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my stay. Thank you very much.

    Overall, it was good. However, it would be nice to have hooks along the wall to hang used bathrobes, as there is no place to put them.

    The Room was slightly spacious. It had all the necessary amenities, and it was quiet with hardly any noise from the hallway. It would have been even better if there were a small storage space for items like an alarm clock or mobile phone in the Room. Above all, the staff at the front desk and restaurant were very polite and made a sincere effort to understand our needs and respond to our requests, which was greatly appreciated.

    Overall satisfied. A property that makes you want to use it again when staying in Kyoto. As other reviews mentioned, the breakfast was very delicious despite being in a buffet style. However, there was one issue: the folding luggage rack for opening suitcases had a stain (like crushed and stuck candy) on it, so I decided not to use it, but there was no other stand to spread out my luggage.

    I stayed during the New Year holidays. We have a student preparing for exams, and we were grateful for the kindness shown when they studied in the lounge. There were many foreign staff members, but everyone worked diligently and sincerely, which was refreshing. The breakfast included traditional New Year's dishes like ozoni, and it was delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    The location is convenient and accessible to anywhere. Being new, it is very clean. The staff greet you pleasantly. However, the public bath is not relaxing due to many people with poor manners, and there are so many used towels that you can't enter. It would be nice if cleaning was done midway. The coffee machine was broken, but it was replaced. The breakfast venue is crowded, and you have to wait; it's a buffet, but it's ordinary.

    The warm cookies received at the front desk during check-in were very delicious. You can relax in the large public bath both in the morning and evening. The variety of green teas at breakfast is also nice. High cost performance and very satisfying.

    Comfortable

    The Room was new, and everything from the bed to the bathroom and amenities was comfortable. Being close to the station made it very convenient for using the train and sightseeing within walking distance. Also, we used a dining gift for dinner at OPEN, and not only was the food delicious, but the male staff were very kind, allowing my mother and me to have an enjoyable time. Thank you very much. I would like to visit again.

    About a 1-minute walk from Keihan Kiyomizu-Gojo Station, it's a very convenient location where you can view the Kamo River from Gojo Bridge. It's a perfect location for sightseeing in Kyoto. The Japanese-style rooms are comfortable, and you can relax in the large public bath. The breakfast offers many local menu options and is highly recommended!
