  Accommodation Reviews

  Stayed with my 93-year-old mother. The room and restaurant were on the second floor, and while the lack of an elevator might be a drawback for elderly guests, the staff kindly provided a wheelchair and assisted us by carrying it up the stairs. The bath was clean, with flowing hot spring water, which was excellent. The room had been renovated and was very clean; however, there were many steps inside the room that could be challenging for elderly guests (though not an issue for younger visitors). From our room, we had a view of the well-maintained garden, which I imagine would be stunning during autumn foliage season. Located within a golf course facility, there is also an impressive rock sculpture—possibly man-made or utilizing natural elements—that is worth seeing. The golf course itself is well-maintained and makes this accommodation ideal for those planning an overnight golfing trip.

  Junior Suite + Chef’s Signature Full-Course Dinner

  Since it cost 80,000 yen per person for one night, my evaluation is strict. I compared it with Ryokan in Harazuru Onsen at the same price level. To be honest, we were all disappointed with the dinner, especially because our expectations were high. I wanted them to use ingredients that match the price. The Onsen and service were good.

  The room was spaciou...

  The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bath was also large, with plenty of bath towels provided, and the Onsen's water quality was smooth, which was very satisfying. It was disappointing that there were no amenities like cleansing products or lotion.

  The very large facility (golf course, adjacent hotel, garden) is amazing.

  The service from the reception and staff, as well as the contents of the room's refrigerator, were good. The garden and the semi-open-air hot spring bath were wonderful, spacious, and possibly the best. The new, clean, and spacious room was very good. However, this time, the distance to the dinner restaurant (a bit long for elderly celebrating their golden wedding anniversary, and we made a mistake by refusing advice and walking there), the step in the room (missed it due to carelessness, another mistake), the directions to the hotel (forgot the advice given over the phone beforehand and struggled as we couldn't confirm with the navigation system, another mistake), and the details of the meal were some minor issues. But I heard they are planning renovations and new constructions next year, so I expect improvements. It's worth staying at least once.
