An Accommodation you’ll want to return to again and again.

This was our third stay. Our whole family loves it, and although we consider other places each time, we always end up choosing this one. Above all, the view of Mt. Fuji right in front of you is breathtaking. (Depending on the weather, there were days when it wasn’t visible even though it’s so close.) Every dish was delicious, and we truly enjoyed a luxurious getaway with meals prepared right in front of us. All the staff were courteous and friendly, and we’d love to visit again in a different season.

    It was the best stay!

I was truly impressed by a stay that exceeded all expectations in comfort! After feeling refreshed in the barrel sauna, I cooled down in the open-air jacuzzi. At night, I enjoyed the warm Onsen and then relaxed again in the jacuzzi. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious—one amazing moment after another!! All of the staff were kind and attentive while keeping a comfortable distance, and they took great care of us. We could also enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji from reception, making it a soothing getaway surrounded by nature. The next day we visited the large public bath in the bathing facility, but unfortunately the weather was bad and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji. Next time, I’m looking forward to unwinding in the sauna and enjoying some fresh-air relaxation while taking in Mt. Fuji’s magnificent view. My husband and I promised each other we’ll definitely return—and book a Multiple Night Stay. Until then, I’ll work hard (haha).

    An exceptionally private atmosphere

Because all Rooms are standalone, cottage-style units, we enjoyed a truly private stay. At check-in it was unfortunately cloudy and Mt. Fuji was barely visible, but the next morning the temperature dropped and the clouds cleared, revealing a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji right in front of us. This time we chose a Plan with a private bath, and the outdoor air break after the sauna felt amazing—I'm really glad we used it. Swimsuits are required, but I highly recommend it. Although this is not an Onsen area, both the large public bath and the indoor baths use Onsen water, which we were told is transported from Yamanashi. Meals are served in-room for all Rooms; for both breakfast and dinner, staff prepared the food on our veranda and served it to us. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. By the way, I had seen Reviews mentioning that the bed was firm, but it was a firm low-rebound mattress and very comfortable to sleep on. Since I prefer firmer beds, my back didn’t hurt at all and I thought it was great. Also, personally I became obsessed with the fireplace—I found it incredibly soothing to watch it burn throughout the day. Surrounded by nature in a quiet setting, we were able to spend an exceptionally luxurious time here. I’d love to stay again if I have another chance.

Enjoy Mt. Fuji all to yourself!

As this was my first trip to Mt. Fuji, I honestly spent a long time deciding which Hotel to stay at. In the end, it was an outstanding experience. Until now I’ve tended to travel abroad rather than within Japan, but I was truly impressed by the location, the room design, the meals and how they were served—and above all, the powerful Mt. Fuji view. The day before, I stayed in a suite at a high-rise Hotel in central Tokyo, but this place surpassed that excitement in just one day. We were able to forget everyday life and fully enjoy Mt. Fuji while having drinks together as parent and child. I definitely want to return in a different season.

Blissful moments spent with Mount Fuji

We stayed in a Sweet Villa as a family of four adults on an unusually warm weekend for February. In advance, we were kindly advised to arrive before dark because the roads may freeze if you have normal tires. There was still snow along the roadside, so that is something to keep in mind. When we were taken to the villa by golf cart, we found a Room with views of Mt. Fuji from both the bed and the dining table. The villa also had loungewear, bathrobes, hoodies, and blankets, plus a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, and air conditioning—so it never felt cold inside. For dinner and breakfast on the terrace, the staff quickly prepared delicious dishes for us—it was truly attentive service. Beer was available from the terrace beer server, and soft drinks, sparkling water, and water were stocked in the refrigerator. The only disappointment was that the in-room Onsen did not work; however, staff came to check it even late at night and kindly offered us complimentary private use of an Onsen building we had already reserved instead. The Onsen building had an Onsen on the second floor and a sauna on the first floor. After sweating it out in the sauna, we cooled down on the outdoor terrace while looking at Mt. Fuji before soaking again—an experience unlike any other. It was so comfortable that we even extended our planned checkout time, and we would love to visit again in summer as well.

    It was excellent!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning scenery and the hospitality of the staff. The private Onsen and sauna allowed us to fully enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, and it was truly worth experiencing. The sauna was spacious, providing an exceptional experience. The meals served in our room were also very satisfying. We stayed at a Sauna Villa, where both the sauna and Onsen offered a relaxing way to enjoy the natural surroundings of the golf course. At night, we were able to see a sky full of stars—an experience impossible in Tokyo. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that makes us want to visit again during another season! You even prepared a birthday cake for us, took photos, printed them out with messages—it was incredibly thoughtful! We were deeply moved by your hospitality and had an incredibly happy time here. Thank you so much!

Regardless of the price, the Facility was excellent.

Stayed at Sauna Villa. **[Positive Points]** - **Staff Service** The staff were very attentive. I informed them in advance that I wanted to use the sauna immediately after the 3 PM check-in, and they had already prepared it by lighting the fire and filling the bath. When I lost an earring and called them, they promptly came to assist me, which was very kind. - **Facilities and Amenities** I was delighted with the variety of complimentary drinks provided. The private bath had chilled water and fresh towels available, which showed great thoughtfulness. **[Negative Points]** - **Meals** The meals were delicious; however, as I cannot eat mushrooms of any kind, I requested all types be removed beforehand. Unfortunately, dishes still included ingredients like wood ear mushrooms and button mushrooms, which was disappointing. Additionally, the portion of white rice was small with no option for a refill. - **Staff Entering Without Notice** In the room's sauna where wearing swimwear is optional as per their explanation, I chose not to wear any but was surprised when a staff member entered unannounced to clear breakfast dishes! It felt awkward since I wasn’t dressed at all (laughs). A heads-up like "We’ll come in after X minutes" would have been appreciated since you can’t hear doorbells from inside a sauna. - **High Price for Private Bath (Sauna)** 10,000 yen per hour is quite expensive... While there’s nothing wrong with the facility itself—it’s excellent—the price feels too high despite using it anyway. Overall though—it was a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!

    Excellent Location

I stayed at the Terrace Villa. Blessed with good weather, I enjoyed a wonderful holiday with an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. The bathhouse is also highly recommended. However, the floor heating alone was not enough to keep warm, and I had difficulty adjusting the room temperature as I couldn't use the wood stove effectively. Nonetheless, the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

Stunning view! But the lock doesn't work.

The room with the best view of Mt. Fuji was breathtaking upon arrival! However, the room was cold and had a questionable shower setup. At night, the starry sky was beautiful, but while taking photos, I heard animal footsteps from the forest nearby. It was scary in the dark, so I quickly returned to my room and tried to lock the door, but no matter how many times I tried, it wouldn’t lock. I couldn’t sleep well due to anxiety. Also, for a one-night stay, it would be nice to have an extra pair of mugs or other items; some things felt slightly insufficient. That said, there’s no doubt you’ll be satisfied with the scenery! The food was also delicious.

    I had a comfortable stay.

The staff were all very warm and kind, making our stay pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and creatively prepared. Dinner was served in such generous portions that we couldn’t finish it all. The free drinks, especially the beer, were excellent. If I may suggest, having soft drinks available would be a nice addition. Using the Room's private bath and wood stove was exciting since we don’t usually have access to such amenities—it was a lot of fun! The kayaking experience at Hobby after check-out was also enjoyable thanks to the friendly guide. The recommended Yoshida Udon was delicious as well! Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, we’d love to come back again if given another chance.

Luxurious Experience and Relaxing Moments at the Foot of Mount Fuji

We chose this accommodation to fulfill our family's wish to see Mount Fuji up close. Not only did we enjoy the breathtaking views, but we also had a luxurious and wonderful time. We used the shuttle service between Kawaguchiko Station and the accommodation, and were delighted to find water provided during the ride. The staff on both trips explained nearby spots along the way and answered our questions, making it an enjoyable experience. At check-in, we were offered a welcome drink with a choice of a warm beverage or beer. I had honey tea, which was perfect for the chilly weather, while my family members who could drink alcohol enjoyed their beer. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. With onsen water flowing directly into the bathtub, we could relax anytime we wanted. As for Mount Fuji—the main attraction—it was partially visible due to rain on our check-in day but still breathtaking when it appeared briefly; my family was thrilled! On a clear morning, waking up to such majestic views from bed felt incredibly luxurious. The fireplace not only kept us warm but also allowed us to experience adding firewood ourselves—a fun activity—and watching the flickering flames was soothing. The capsule-style drink maker had an excellent selection of beverages as well! The loungewear provided in the room was so comfortable that I asked about its brand; even their towels were delightful to use! Although some reviews mentioned firm mattresses, I found them supportive at first but gradually conforming to my body for a restful sleep. Our room came with a beer server—my family members who enjoy alcohol drank plenty while those of us less inclined tried small amounts; it tasted smooth and delicious! It featured local craft beer that we wished we could take home as souvenirs. Both dinner and breakfast showcased abundant local ingredients in dishes that were both luxurious yet infused with outdoor elements—absolutely delicious! For dinner (grill style), I especially loved the hamburger steak and ajillo dishes; breakfast (Western style) included carefully brewed coffee that made me happy. The staff struck just the right balance between being friendly yet maintaining professionalism—making our stay enjoyable and reassuringly comfortable throughout. When entering our initial room upon arrival (which had minor drainage-related odors), they promptly noticed this issue themselves without us mentioning anything—and kindly offered an alternative room instead—showing genuine care in providing guests with memorable experiences. We would love to visit again during another season—thank you very much!

    The ultimate detox experience!

We visited to celebrate my daughter's qualification success and enjoy a late summer vacation. It was an absolutely amazing experience. From the bathhouse, we indulged in a sauna and Onsen while being luxuriously watched over by Mount Fuji. Dinner on the deck started with a toast of recommended pink champagne, followed by exquisite grilled dishes as we basked in the sunset. At night, we gathered around the fireplace that was set up from the evening of our stay, sharing endless memories. Breakfast featured freshly prepared American-style dishes cooked on-site by staff. This accommodation truly detoxified both body and mind. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

For the price, the facility and meal offerings are quite average. The sauna facility required an additional 10,000 yen, but it might be reasonable to include it at this price. Lastly, the view was amazing, and all the staff were courteous and kind.

I had a relaxing time. Thank you very much.

At the end of April, under perfect weather with a clear view of Mt. Fuji, we stayed at the Suite Villa. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and we arrived at the accommodation via a stunning road where Mt. Fuji appeared beyond rows of cherry trees, heightening our expectations. The well-designed space was incredibly comfortable. While enjoying a welcome drink with delicious beer is common in luxury accommodations, roasting marshmallows around an outdoor bonfire was a first for us. It brought smiles to our faces and helped us relax completely. The staff were all polite and kind, offering impeccable hospitality. The BBQ dinner course was prepared using professional equipment by the staff and served freshly grilled on-site. The portion size was just right for younger guests but slightly more than I could finish. Their attention to wine selection stood out as well—no disappointment with subpar wine glasses here; everything provided was high-quality and satisfying. This level of detail might be possible because it’s a smaller-scale accommodation. The Onsen facility is entirely private for each group’s use. We soaked in the upstairs bath, warmed up in the downstairs sauna, then cooled down on the outdoor terrace while gazing at the starry sky—a truly luxurious experience. Although we didn’t use it ourselves, there’s also a cold water bath featuring an overhead waterfall-like design that sauna enthusiasts would surely love. The room's bath is also Onsen-style with a Western design tub—not meant for long soaks but rather to enjoy fresh hot water each time you fill it generously. Despite being at high altitude where mornings and evenings can get chilly, floor heating and air conditioning kept us warm enough along with a wood stove—there were no issues staying cozy. This place is perfect for experiencing glamping-style luxury casually. It’s an accommodation that makes you want to visit again spontaneously!

Room for improvement in the Facility and pricing.

The Plan name, pricing, and cancellation policy were hard to understand, and I felt I needed to check them very carefully. I reserved the “Spectacular Collaboration of Mt. Fuji and Cherry Blossoms (Limited to Mar 20–Apr 13)” Plan, but the Plan details stated: “Cherry Blossom Festival dates: Mar 29, 2025–Apr 13.” Since the event period is limited, I felt the wording could be somewhat misleading. Also, it was described as “Free Breakfast,” but the price difference was JPY 1,000 compared with the dinner-and-breakfast Plan and about JPY 33,000 compared with the No Meals Included Plan. Considering what was actually served for breakfast, I felt a JPY 1,000 difference did not make sense and lacked transparency. In addition, I did not feel the dinner ingredients, taste, or service were worth an additional JPY 32,000 either, so I would appreciate it if you could consider reviewing the pricing. In addition, the humidifier in the room was not very effective and the dryness bothered me. Providing a more powerful humidifier would make stays more comfortable. During my stay, what left the strongest impression was Mt. Fuji—and three deer I saw in the distance.

This is my third visit, and it never gets boring!

I had to make a last-minute reservation and ended up with no meals included, but the excellent service remained as outstanding as ever, and the location with views of Mt. Fuji was simply breathtaking. The tent sauna was rejuvenating, and soaking in the bath while gazing at the starry sky was incredible. Cold weather measures were perfectly in place. Even though I visit the same facility, I am amazed by a different sense of wonder each time.

The view of Mount Fuji from the room is amazing! The room was clean and very nice. It was very warm and comfortable with the fireplace in the room. Also, the staff were kind and courteous, which made for a pleasant experience. Being able to enjoy an Onsen while looking at Mount Fuji from the room was truly a wonderful time.

An Onsen building where you can have the majestic Mt. Fuji all to yourself.

The private Onsen building is simply amazing. The sauna with a view of the majestic Mt. Fuji cleanses both body and mind. Reflective glass that cannot be seen from outside would be even better. The staff are truly wonderful as well. If you have a Multiple Night Stay, half of the breakfast menu repeats, but as a glamping Facility, I think it's great. The all-you-can-drink craft beer is also fantastic. The bed was hard and the futon was too warm, making it slightly difficult to sleep.

The view, the Room, and the meals were all excellent!

From the welcome to the farewell, we were treated with great courtesy. The meals were prepared right in front of us, and I was impressed by the efficiency. Everything was so delicious that I wanted to eat it all again. The owner had prepared several types of wine, but since I don't drink, I refrained. Wine lovers would be delighted! The villa has a very comfortable atmosphere, and each building is separate, so you don't have to worry about noise from others. You can see Mount Fuji from any position in the Room, which made my family happy! Also, since it was a cold season, the fireplace was very useful. It not only provided warmth but also enhanced the ambiance. We used up all the firewood that was there, but during breakfast time a staff member kindly asked if we would like more firewood and graciously provided it for us. The attention to detail was wonderful.

Surrounded by nature, people, and delicious food.

I stayed for three nights this time, and it was a blissful moment enjoying Mount Fuji, nature, and tranquility without going anywhere. It might not be suitable if you want to enjoy sightseeing or activities or expect a luxurious hotel. However, you can admire the towering Mount Fuji as much as you want. The only thing that blocks the view is the clouds... Even when you can't see it, you can feel its power. In such a luxurious environment, you can relax on the terrace, read a book, soak in the Onsen in your room, or be soothed by the flames of a wood stove. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. All the meals were delicious and plentiful! They perfectly accommodated the allergies and disliked ingredients I informed them of in advance, and I enjoyed a different menu every day. The staff prepares and serves meals on the terrace both in the morning and evening, and even on stormy days, they skillfully prepared everything at the right time. When I asked, they said they somehow manage to prepare meals no matter how bad the weather is! I was impressed by their smiles as they said that. I think the involvement of the staff greatly contributes to the comfort. They were friendly, chatted just the right amount, and didn't fit into the "because it's work" mold, so I had a pleasant stay. I was able to recharge my energy a lot, and I definitely want to visit again.

Visited twice in September, two weeks in a row.

The glamping facility is relatively new, so finding the location was a bit challenging, but everything else was perfect. For our first visit, we stayed in the Suite Villa, and for the second visit, we chose a Sauna Tent Room. The meals were delicious and more than enough to eat. The facility is adjacent to a golf course, offering beautiful scenery. We had the same staff member assisting us both weeks, and their service was impeccable. We could even see Mount Fuji, leaving nothing to complain about. Although it rained during our second visit, the place was so wonderful that we hardly noticed the weather at all.

I had a wonderful time enjoying delicious meals in a room with a close-up view of Mt. Fuji. The private bath was luxurious, offering an even larger view of Mt. I had the best time!

I visited for the first time with the theme of "wanting to be healed by nature." Although rain was forecasted for the day, we were blessed with unbelievably good weather and were able to see Mt. Fuji, a sky full of stars, and a beautiful sunrise. We enjoyed detoxing in the sauna by lighting the fire ourselves with wood, and the bath with a view of the golf course was also very nice (even though there were golfers, it wasn't too bothersome). The staff's hospitality was excellent! I made various inquiries after making the reservation, and they kindly provided information. They promptly responded to our needs, such as transportation, delicious meals, room cleaning, and even when the speaker wasn't working well, they addressed it immediately even at a late hour. We also encountered wild deer... The staff healed us, and we made many fun summer memories. Thank you very much! Next time, I would like to book the golf course and definitely visit again!
