    The Finest Hospitality

    This was a hotel I had always wanted to stay at. The staff's natural conversations, smiles, and hospitality were wonderful. I was able to spend a comfortable time with my wife. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Also, the breakfast was made with high-quality ingredients and was incredibly delicious. For example, the omelet prepared by the chef in the open kitchen using special eggs, as explained by the staff, was astonishingly tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel to my acquaintances as well. Thank you!

    Quiet Room

    During the off-season, I explore various accommodations in the city. This hotel is a bit pricey, so it's been a while since I stayed here after taking advantage of their opening discount. I really like the room's interior design and the bathroom—it’s spacious and functional. I used my own bath salts along with some provided by the front desk and enjoyed about three baths. The quiet atmosphere inside the accommodation and having a water dispenser in the elevator hall are also nice touches. Previously, when this was another hotel, it was connected underground to the factory across from it, but now that brick building is closed off. While this isn’t due to any fault of the hotel, on rainy days it would have been convenient to access through an underground passageway. If you’re considering using such routes, please take note of this change. For first-time visitors to Sapporo, access might feel slightly inconvenient.

    Business trip stay

    Stayed alone for a business trip. I chose this hotel because it is a newly opened Accor hotel. I stay about 60 nights a year for business trips and travel. Location: It's tough to walk from the station. I went by rental car, but it seems the parking is not suitable for in-roof vehicles, so it was good that I chose a regular sedan. It's also an area where there are hardly any cruising taxis, so you'll need to call one or use an app. Guest Room: The design and grade are excellent. Satisfaction: It's a wonderful hotel, but the price is set very aggressively. I don't think the location is very good, so with just the design and grade, and few facilities, the price is questionable. It's fine if it sells, but I would stay at a hotel of the same grade in the city center.
