    Recover from fatigue with a late-night stay

    After returning to Japan, I decided to stay near Haneda and made a Reservation here because I had been wanting to stay at Mercure. The Room had stylish interior design, the breakfast was excellent, and the shuttle bus service took me back to Haneda. It was an even more satisfying stay than I expected.

    This is my go-to place when using Haneda.

    I have used this place many times. I love everything about it, including the proximity to the station, the interior design of the Room, the atmosphere of the facility, and the quality of meals. It is always comfortable and I have no complaints at all. However, I would like to mention one thing regarding minibar usage... Why does the explanation and response about minibar usage differ every time depending on who is at reception (whether Japanese or foreign staff)? Sometimes there is no explanation at all, and when I ask questions, each time I get a different answer about how it works... Please ensure that everyone receives consistent explanations so that no one feels disadvantaged by asking.

    Always excellent.

    I stayed here as I returned from overseas late at night. As always, the service and breakfast were excellent, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in a clean Room. I'll come again.

    Quiet Accommodation

    The location feels somewhat distant from the city center, but the surrounding area has convenience stores and drugstores, so it’s not inconvenient. The majority of guests seem to be international travelers, and the unique interior design catering to them feels calming once you get used to it. Despite being an international chain, this hotel maintains Japanese standards with thoughtful amenities like air purifiers and attention to detail. Notably, it is very quiet despite being next to the Keikyu railway and along Kanpachi Avenue—you can hardly hear any noise. I think I’ll make this my regular accommodation. Thank you!

    Comfortable Stay

    I stayed here for the first time the night before an early morning flight. The staff and shuttle bus driver provided excellent service, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time before my trip. Thank you very much. I would love to stay here again.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I stayed at many hotels around Haneda Airport, but this was my first time here, and the staff's service during check-in was excellent. Other staff members were equally wonderful. I used the parcel delivery service available at the hotel. There are pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient. The room had an air purifier with a humidifier. I booked a plan with a bathtub and breakfast included, and my stay was comfortable without any noise issues. I also used the round-trip limousine bus from Haneda Airport. The room came with two bottles of mineral water. The bath amenities were from an Italian brand with a scent similar to Bvlgari Pour Homme. This is a fantastic hotel that I would love to visit again in the future—thank you!

    A wonderful Hotel.

    A very comfortable Hotel. Nothing to complain about. The breakfast is also very satisfying. Just a short walk from the station. Depending on the time, there is also Shuttle Service to the airport. Highly valuable for those heading towards Yokohama as well. I would definitely use it again!

    Wonderful Hotel

    I booked a great Plan with a discount for reservations made at least 3 days in advance! I stayed at a wonderful Hotel with excellent value for money, and it was an amazing experience! I would love to use it again if I have the chance!

    Third time at Mercure

    This is my third time! I always choose Mercure when I go to Tokyo! The Room is clean, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff's demeanor is excellent. I will use it again.

    New Year's Eve with the family

    All the guests except us seemed to be foreigners, and being surrounded by Western foreigners in the lobby, restaurant, and elevator gives you the feeling of going on an overseas trip. When I brought indoor shoes to work out in the gym, I ended up with a French parent and child, and I was able to have a light international exchange. There was a corner for traditional Japanese New Year dishes at breakfast, which the foreign guests also enjoyed. Since it's new, the Facility itself is clean, stylish, and beautiful.

    Air conditioning and front desk service

    I used it for the first time as a place close to the airport. I arrived early, so I left my carry-on bag and returned in the evening. The room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected, but the heating was not on, and I had difficulty setting the temperature myself. I contacted the front desk for assistance, but it took a while to warm up, and I almost caught a cold. I thought it would be nice if the switch turned on when the room lights came on. As for the front desk service, they responded with a smile and smoothly when I arrived early, but the response when I returned in the evening to check in was below the level of a Business Hotel. I would like them to explain clearly with a smile to any guest.

    The price and the Room are good!

    The price was cheap, so I didn't have high expectations, but the toilet and bath were separate, and the shower pressure was good, so I was very satisfied! If it's a Hotel near Haneda, I recommend it!

    Beautiful foreign-affiliated Hotel

    What I felt with No Meals Included was that the Facility is new and clean, and the gym is convenient to use. Other than that, I would like to request improvements in the service aspect. - There was inconsistency in the reception staff's response, and some seemed unfriendly. - There were staff members who couldn't use polite language. - Regarding how to fill the humidifier with water, guests are instructed to do it themselves, but due to the angle of the faucet, there is no place to fill it. However, when I asked the service staff, they filled it for me. - No laundry bags were provided. As long as you don't have excessive expectations for the soft aspects, you can have a comfortable stay.

    Stayed with my daugh...

    Stayed with my daughter for a flight from Haneda Airport the next morning. It's very convenient as there is a shuttle bus to Haneda every 30 minutes from around 4:30 AM. If you're staying at a stylish international hotel around Haneda, this is the only choice. The space from the entrance to the front desk and the all-day dining area is as glamorous as other newly built Mercure properties. The lighting is generally dim. As soon as you enter, there is a huge design shelf, making it a photogenic spot with lots of art. The restaurant has a bar counter with impressive lattice-patterned lighting. The guest rooms come with a bathtub and washing area, which is appreciated when traveling with small children. The overall tone is chic and calm, with brass accents used here and there. It was a pity that I couldn't use the FB as we arrived late at night and almost just slept. Next time, I definitely want to try the food.

    Satisfied.

    This time, I stayed for two days to watch the Japan Rally. Although it is in front of Mikawa Anjo Station, there is ample free parking, and the parking attendants were very kind and courteous, making access excellent. The hotel was more luxurious than expected, and although I think it has been around for a while, the room was a renovated twin room (with terrace) and was spacious and nice. The view from the terrace is disappointing with just the buildings (laughs), but the terrace is also spacious and nice. There was plenty of space in all areas.

    It is a stable and good Hotel.

    It was my first stay in a while, but the service, facilities, and meals remain consistently good. Last time, I came by bus from the airport, so I didn't notice, but when walking from the station, I got lost because I couldn't figure out the direction. It might have been an issue with my smartphone's GPS, but if I had been carrying large luggage, it might have been a bit tough. Aside from that, this hotel promises a comfortable stay.

    Parking available

    There is a parking lot behind the Hotel, and the flat parking is very convenient for those traveling with tall company cars. I always had trouble finding parking when on business trips to Tokyo. I am very satisfied with both the response of the Hotel staff and the Room facilities. Was the Room upgraded? It was nice to have a complimentary minibar (I heard that the Room of the person who joined late the next day did not have a minibar...). I will use it again if the opportunity and price are right.

    First time stay

    I stayed at the property before going on an overseas trip. There were many foreign guests, and it felt like we were the only Japanese people there. The room was spacious enough. We could easily open two suitcases. There were no vending machines in the hotel, but there were plenty of convenience stores and drugstores nearby. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. The next morning, we were able to take the hotel's shuttle bus to Haneda Airport, making the transfer easy. Thank you very much.

    A beautiful and clean Hotel

    We made a reservation for 7 people for a staff trip. The hotel was new, clean, and had a sense of cleanliness. I used it alone, but since I take showers in the morning and at night, I was really helped by having room wear, towels, and bath towels for two people. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow fit well, allowing me to sleep soundly. However, I woke up several times due to the noise and loud talking in the hallway at night. The sound echoed, and the clattering noise woke me up each time, which was the only disappointing part. Perhaps catering to foreigners, the breakfast had many traditional Japanese items, and the bread was varied and delicious. It is about a 4-minute walk from the station, making it convenient to use. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

    If you're around Haneda, this is the place.

    This is my second time using it. As I mentioned at the beginning, in terms of cost performance including the price, this is the best. No doubt about it! You should be able to feel something special that surrounding hotels don't have. I plan to use it again.

    Wonderful

    This was my second time. The previous stay had excellent service, Room, and meals, so I chose this Hotel again. The Room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was also very delicious. I will use it again when I come to Tokyo.

    I stayed with my wife for a short trip. There was a shuttle service from the airport, making it convenient, and the room was clean, as was the hotel.     I used it for an overnight stay in preparation for a flight from Haneda Airport. The room was clean, but the walls and ceiling seemed thin, and I was bothered by the sound of footsteps from the floor above and the opening and closing of the refrigerator in the next room. The shuttle bus to Haneda Airport was small, and the seats felt cramped. The shuttle service information states that it does not stop at "Terminal 2," but it stopped in the order of Terminal 3 > Terminal 2 > Terminal 1, and it took a long time to reach Terminal 1, which was concerning. The room was also small and felt like a normal business hotel.

    It is the best as a transit Hotel.

    It is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the Otorii of Haneda Airport. Shuttle service is available, and I used it for the purpose of an international transfer this time. I arrived late at night and departed early in the morning. Although it was a short stay, all the staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable. I especially liked the bath amenities, such as the shampoo. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

    Since it was a room ...

    Since it was a room on the Keikyu line side, the sound echoed incessantly until 12:30 at night and from 5:30 in the morning. It seems to be just one year since opening, but the bed board is made of fabric and has cushioning, yet the smell was ingrained and bothered me. There is a shuttle bus from Haneda Terminal 1, and it's nice that you can be taken to each terminal in the morning, but it felt a bit overpriced.

    It is sophisticated.

    Upon check-in, I was assisted by a very kind person. It is much more sophisticated compared to hotels of the same price range. I often stay here when using early morning or late flights, and it is very convenient, but it feels like a waste; it's a hotel where I want to stay longer. The breakfast is also wonderful. I will visit again.
