I had a luxurious stay, but I would like to see a few improvements.

In the quiet space without a TV, I was able to enjoy the luxury of simply gazing at the ocean. The layout around the water areas was also in a straight line and very easy to use. On the other hand, since this Facility is surrounded by nature, there were a few points that concerned me. Because there was no cover for the bathtub on the terrace, I had to deal with insects before bathing and ended up needing to refill the water. Given the season, I also noticed snails on the terrace and insects indoors, so it would be reassuring if insect spray or similar items were provided in the Room. The sauna location was wonderful as well, but since the cold plunge tub and chairs are left outdoors, I would appreciate some measures that make it easier to use even on rainy days. I had been looking forward to meals featuring Wakayama ingredients, but overall they tasted quite salty. I also felt concerned about hygiene when a cat came into the dining area, so I would be grateful if measures could be taken. Because this Accommodation shows attention to detail throughout, improving small points related to hygiene and convenience would make for an even more comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

An Accommodation where time flows peacefully

The view from the bath was wonderful, and the Onsen was very relaxing. The dining area was a private room, which gave us a nice sense of privacy. At dinner it was seasonally cold, so we ended up eating while shivering; it would have been helpful to have something to throw on. I only noticed there was a heater near the end of dinner and wished I had realized sooner. Also, a cat came into the dining area during dinner and took some bread. Having cats enter the dining area raised some hygiene concerns, so we ate breakfast in a bit of a hurry, but a cat still came in again. If there were measures to prevent cats from freely coming in and out of the dining area, I think guests could dine with greater peace of mind. (They were very cute to watch playing and trotting after the staff.) The rice cooked in an earthenware pot was incredibly delicious and truly impressive. It was also memorable—in a wonderful way—that even the miso soup came in an earthenware pot. It was slightly disappointing that I couldn’t find the facial cleansing soap that had been introduced, so I wasn’t able to use it. We also enjoyed relaxing by the campfire. It became an unforgettable Accommodation and a cherished memory. We look forward to visiting again someday.

    We enjoyed an extrao...

We enjoyed an extraordinary getaway to the fullest, watching the sun set into the sea from our Room and gazing at the starry sky while soaking in the in-room Onsen. The meals were delicious and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace, and we could tell that great care was taken with Room cleaning and amenities. We would love to visit again.

    Feel the Ocean

The dining area is partially outdoors, allowing you to feel the sea breeze, hear the sound of waves, and fully experience the ocean atmosphere.

    Stunning Views and Hospitality

It was my first visit, and from the moment we were guided to the room, the breathtaking view was visible, and the stylish room was impeccably clean and absolutely stunning. What I loved most was that even though meals were served in-room, the dining area was completely private, offering a personal space exclusively for guests. The amenities were well-prepared, with four bath towels provided for two people—perfect for us as we enjoyed multiple baths. This thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable. I had some concerns about the meals based on reviews, but everything exceeded expectations! The BBQ equipment was fully equipped, making it fun to grill ourselves. While portions were slightly small, we felt satisfied overall. We initially received two pieces of bread but asked if rice could be provided instead; despite not requesting it in advance, they kindly prepared freshly cooked rice for us on the spot! After dinner, a campfire had been arranged; although we came out late and missed it initially, a staff member noticed us and reignited it just for us—a truly heartwarming gesture of hospitality. The private open-air bath in our room was spacious and clean—it left my skin feeling smooth! Breakfast included many small dishes which delighted me as well. Both dinner and breakfast were delivered at pre-arranged times with a knock at our door; when stepping out of our room afterward, everything had been beautifully set up on the table without any interaction required—allowing us to fully enjoy uninterrupted time together. Although I captured most moments on video rather than photos (making it hard to convey how amazing this place is), I can confidently say this experience was absolutely perfect! One thing to note: while it's a private space overall like an accommodation should be expected to provide privacy akin to hotels with automatic card-key locks—it wasn’t automatic here during meal transitions between spaces within rooms themselves—we accidentally left one door unlocked due simply forgetting due habitually expecting auto-locks—and someone mistakenly entered thinking otherwise briefly startling—but upon informing staff—they promptly ensured locking measures would also apply from dining areas moving forward too ensuring peace-of-mind henceforth! Reflecting back—I’d love returning countless times again someday soon given such happiness-filled memories created here—thank-you immensely providing unforgettable moments shared together therein!

Enjoyed the extraordinary experience! Apologies for being a bit critical!

I stayed for one night. The location and layout, taking full advantage of the breathtaking ocean view right in front, are wonderful. However, I think it would be better to trim the bamboo grass growing rapidly in front of the deck. Also, I felt that the indoor cleaning was a bit lacking. Things like spider molts, dust on the ceiling ventilation fan openings, and dust on the back side of sliding doors (such as in the restroom) are things women might notice immediately, so it would be good to include these as regular cleaning checkpoints. That said, with the nearby Marriott Onsen and access to a roadside station, this is a very interesting facility overall. Thank you very much!

Relax and unwind with the ocean views and open-air baths in Wakayama.

We stayed here as a family in late March. Fortunately, we had great weather and enjoyed a relaxing soak in the open-air bath while gazing at the calm sea. Dinner was BBQ; although our growing son wished for a bit more food, we had a wonderful time together as a family. The grilled barracuda from Kushimoto was delightful. Breakfast featured Wakayama rice and miso soup with fish balls, both of which were delicious. The white-themed interior was clean and comfortable, allowing us to unwind fully. Thank you to all the staff!
