    The Onsen was excellent.

    Conveniently located near Yubatake. The hot spring water was excellent, and I fully enjoyed Kusatsu. Thank you!

    The location is excellent.

    Conveniently located right next to Yubatake, perfect for a stroll. I was looking forward to the bath in the Room, which uses water directly from Yubatake, but it was too hot. I added more shower water to cool it down, but it felt like the spring water got diluted, which was a bit disappointing. The first floor has a restaurant open to the public, and Hotel staff seemed mainly focused there. They still managed to check in on us appropriately, which was nice.

    Perfect accommodation for those who prefer a stay without meals.

    The private onsen bath in the room was excellent, and the water quality was amazing! However, it was quite hot, so it might not be suitable for children. Guests are advised to add cold water from the shower to adjust the temperature. We didn’t use the restaurant on the first floor as we went to our usual dining spot, but it looked delicious. We’d like to try it next time. The room had a coffee machine, a hot water pot, and a microwave. Disposable slippers, yukata robes, and geta sandals were also provided. Despite having an in-room bath, there was no musty smell in the room—definitely a plus. The front desk staff could improve their hospitality skills, especially some of the younger male staff members; we look forward to seeing their growth in this area. The location is close to Yubatake Onsen Field—about 5-6 minutes on foot after parking at the paid Yubatake parking lot (we’re used to this walk). Breakfast service starts at 9 AM—quite late considering check-out is at 10 AM. It made us wonder about certain rumors regarding N-ya... The miso soup seemed overcooked as well. Perhaps offering breakfast on-site for an additional fee would be worth considering? Apologies if this sounds presumptuous. Overall though, we’d definitely stay here again! It’s a cherished accommodation that we hope won’t get overwhelmed by inbound tourism in future visits!

    It was close to Yubatake and convenient.

    Close to Yubatake, convenient for going anywhere. The bath in the room, as expected of Kusatsu Onsen, was very hot and took a long time to cool down before entering. The room's WiFi disconnected every time I tried to open a site, which was frustrating instead of relaxing. Other than that, it was very good.

    Perfect for First-Time Visitors to Kusatsu

    Everything about this Hotel was great. Since it's in Kusatsu, the open-air bath in the Room was a bit hot, but that was also part of the charm. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!
