    An Accommodation offering genuine Japanese hospitality in Niseko!

    While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we found Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed a healing stay that exceeded our expectations. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs and kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift area, despite it being close by. We are truly grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed was especially fluffy—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to getting proper rest, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin became silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could feel my energy returning surprisingly quickly. It was a luxurious moment that seemed to wash away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and active the staff were in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt genuine hospitality—warmth that goes beyond any manual. For anyone seeking a luxurious getaway—soothing nature, an exceptional Onsen, restful sleep with comfortable Facility features, and heartfelt hospitality—I can wholeheartedly recommend this Accommodation. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more through IKYU.

    A Stay That Flew By

    I’ve been visiting Niseko every year for the past few years, and this was a Hotel I’d had my eye on for a long time but never had the chance to stay at. This time, during the Obon holidays, we finally managed to stay for three nights as a family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The Room was spacious and well stocked with everyday essentials, so we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. For a multi-night stay, this kind of condominium-style accommodation is ideal. With the slopes nearby it must get extremely busy in winter, but in summer it was calm, and we almost had the bath to ourselves. What stood out most was how friendly the staff were. I’ve stayed at many Hotels in Niseko, and I felt this one offered the best front desk service both at check-in and throughout our stay. One point: I’d like to see more effort put into breakfast. Since it was reasonably priced as a breakfast-included plan, I can’t complain too much, but: - The variety and portions were limited and didn’t match the overall level of the Hotel - Staff rarely came out from the kitchen area, making it hard to ask for refills or assistance Because everything else was excellent, this gap felt more noticeable. If breakfast improves, there would be nothing left to ask for. That said, I could tell they changed ingredients each morning and paid attention to quality—and I imagine winter offers a more substantial buffet. There’s also % Arabica Coffee nearby as well as Satsudora and Seicomart (Secoma), which is very convenient, so this is definitely a Hotel we’d love to stay at again. Highly recommended.

    I was truly impressed by their outstanding hospitality!!

    We were able to relax in comfort in this stylish Room, featuring indirect lighting, a large sofa, and a dining table. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with a large refrigerator, microwave, BALMUDA toaster, and Miele dishwasher, along with plenty of cooking utensils and tableware. It even has a washer-dryer, making it perfect for long stays. Above all, we were truly moved by the heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. They also provided Shuttle Service to the HANAZONO Golf Course and the Niseko Distillery, and guided us to spots with beautiful views of Mt. Yotei as well as a roadside station. Thank you for kindly accommodating our requests with such care. This stay exceeded our expectations and we were extremely satisfied. We would love to stay here again.

    Niseko Green Season – Four Days

    In the Hirafu and Hanazono areas, many similar types of Accommodation have opened in recent years, welcoming different kinds of guests in winter and summer. In summer Niseko, there are many places where you can enjoy high-quality Facility with light service. Among them, what stood out here was seeing a limited number of staff working hard to provide service even in summer, which I felt clearly differentiates it from other properties. Guests feel that service is truly good when it exceeds their expectations, and my stay was a series of experiences like that. It cannot be compared apple-to-apple with nearby well-known full-service brand Hotels because the number of staff, the organizational approach to service, and the cost structure are different. During my stay here, including the price paid, I received service that exceeded my expectations from the front desk staff, breakfast service staff, and housekeeping staff—an excellent experience. I look forward to visiting again.

    A wonderful time

    I have stayed at many Hotels, but this stay was truly special. Not only were the interiors beautiful and comfortable, but what left the strongest impression was the staff’s natural, refined hospitality. Every interaction showed thoughtful attention to detail, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I realized that “the best service” is not about exaggerated gestures, but about a genuine commitment to each guest. Thank you for a wonderful time. I look forward to visiting this Hotel again.

    A hidden gem Hotel

    It was a very pleasant stay, and I felt refreshed. The local discount is extremely valuable. The staff were very friendly, and I believe this Hotel will become even better in the future. The Room was well-organized with great taste, and the view was excellent. I would love to visit this Hotel again! I was surprised to see unagi-don available for breakfast.

    Recover room troubles with exceptional hospitality.

    A misunderstanding regarding the reservation and room caused some trouble. However, the exceptional recovery by the staff left us very satisfied. The spacious room with a kitchen was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the room, a collaboration with La Villa LUPICIA, and dinner at the La Villa LUPICIA restaurant on the second day made up for everything perfectly. We look forward to trying Japanese cuisine within the hotel next time. The private bath was also very relaxing. Although there were still some areas of concern, their outstanding responsiveness makes this a truly promising 5-star hotel. We will definitely visit again!
