    I’ve found another Hotel I love.

    This was a wonderful Hotel with great taste felt in every detail, and it made me want to take lots of photos. The Bulgari Bar was a spacious, relaxing place that made me feel like I was abroad. In the Room, they had kindly prepared fresh fruit for us, which helped soothe the fatigue of traveling. For breakfast, we had the Gymnasium Breakfast, and every item was a special menu that felt gentle on the body. The freshly pressed apple juice was also unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the Italian restaurant, and thanks to the staff’s warm kindness, my daughter and I had a truly pleasant time together. I would definitely recommend lunch at the Italian restaurant as well. I bought chocolates as souvenirs, and even after returning home, I continued to savor the wonderful memories of our time at Bulgari Hotel. I would love to stay again.

    Satisfied with the exceptional hospitality that only a luxury brand can offer

    As expected, we thoroughly enjoyed hospitality worthy of a high-end brand. We have stayed at many well-known Hotels, but over the past 10 years we’ve often been disappointed by the staffing shortages in the Hotel industry. This time, however, we truly enjoyed our stay for the first time in a while. Of course, the price is on the higher side too. (Laughs)

    A wonderful Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

    The interior is very stylish, tasteful, and luxurious. I was especially impressed by the Venetian glass tiles. Even though it was crowded on the weekend, the staff worked well together. Their attentive care, warm hospitality, and comfortable sense of distance were excellent. Even with wealthy international guests staying for a Multiple Night Stay, there was no discrimination toward ordinary guests; they understood our wishes, acted proactively, and provided service that truly moved us. The meals were delicious—made with high-quality ingredients without compromise, prepared with great care, and presented with a clear story. The amenities were also outstanding—just as you would expect from Bulgari. From razors to loofahs and even pumice stones, each item was high quality. I had stayed somewhere at almost the same price the previous week, and since our Room here was in the lowest category, I was a bit worried. However, the view was great; it changed depending on the time of day, and the sunrise was beautiful—so we were very satisfied. It was a Hotel we could use comfortably without stress in every respect. It’s easy to see why it has such great Reviews.

    Thank you for your hospitality.

    This time, I chose the Bulgari Hotel so my family member could relax as much as possible before leaving for a long business trip to obtain an additional work qualification. As soon as we entered the Room, we were thrilled by the great view—Tokyo Skytree and Rainbow Bridge were visible. Just as we were told that it would be even more beautiful at night, it was sparkling and stunning. The welcome dessert was delicious, and we enjoyed it with Bulgari peach juice. The amenities were wonderful, and I was happy to find heartfelt words written on the message card. We had dinner at Aman, and when we returned to the Hotel, there was also a gift from Bulgari waiting for us. There were so many moments that made me feel truly glad we chose this Hotel, and we had a wonderful time. Most of all, I was genuinely happy to see my family member spending time with a smile. After dinner, we went to the Bulgari Bar and enjoyed ice cream, tiramisu, and à la carte items in a spot with a great view. The à la carte items and welcome drink were complimentary, so we felt full and satisfied and were able to go to bed early. In the morning, we took our time until 9:30 before having breakfast. Then we relaxed in the Room again until after 11:30 before leaving the Hotel. I’m grateful that we could spend such a lovely time—it made me feel truly happy. I sincerely appreciate all of the staff at the Bulgari Hotel for their wonderful hospitality. I would definitely like to stay again.

    The bathtub seems de...

    The bathtub seems designed for foreign guests and is so large that Japanese guests may feel like they could drown in it. It would be helpful to have a grab bar by the bathtub or inside it, as is common in many Hotels, to support the body while bathing.

    Bulgari Stay During the Holiday Weekend

    My trip to Turkey was canceled due to the situation in Iran, so I stayed for two nights at Bulgari Tokyo, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. Above all, the staff were excellent—kind, friendly, and a pleasure to talk with. The Facility may not be the absolute best, but the design is outstanding as expected. The food was delicious, and the pool was great. I would definitely like to stay again.

    A truly wonderful space

    As we ended up checking in at night, the breathtaking night view overlooking all the way to Tokyo Bay when we entered the Room was truly spectacular. Of course, the surprise was a great success as well. Dinner was at a really delicious Italian restaurant, and we were very satisfied. For breakfast, we had a Japanese meal in the Room, and it was very tasty with just the right amount. We would definitely like to stay again.

    This is our third stay at this accommodation for our annual anniversary. After each visit, we receive an email requesting feedback, and while we are always very satisfied, we have also shared minor points with high expectations for such a luxury hotel. Not only have these been addressed, but further improvements in service can be seen throughout the property, showing continuous evolution. It’s clear that they sincerely value feedback from various guests. The presence of an excellent concierge is also a significant strength. This remains the perfect and ideal romantic hotel to celebrate our anniversary every year.

    I visited for my bir...

    I visited for my birthday as I had always wanted to stay here. The staff provided courteous communication beforehand, and on the day of arrival, they kindly guided me to valet parking when I called about the parking situation. Check-in was completed directly in the room from the car drop-off area. The staff explained how to use the room thoroughly, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. The pool was not crowded, and thanks to the Diamond Member benefit of late check-out, I could relax and use it leisurely over two days. I was delighted with thoughtful gestures such as a birthday cake celebration and a luggage tag gift at check-out. Breakfast was not a buffet but offered unique options like Chinese porridge along with plenty of dim sum—delicious and very filling. The night before, I requested a reservation for the bar lounge from my room. Upon visiting, they provided welcome drinks along with delicious dining options. Although it is quite expensive even among five-star hotels in central Tokyo, it was truly an exceptional hotel for celebrating special occasions.

    The property exudes a quiet elegance, with refined touches of quality and taste throughout. The hospitality was particularly outstanding! The attentive and professional staff ensured a comfortable stay with their impeccable service and perfect balance of friendliness and respect. Their exceptional demeanor truly makes you want to return. The rooftop bar was an absolute delight, offering both a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Although the pool was busy when we visited, the staff kindly offered to notify us when a bed became available, which we greatly appreciated. The pool itself is perfect for swimming, with beautiful mosaic designs and stunning night views.

    The Best Hotel of Your Life

    This was by far the best accommodation I have ever stayed at in my life. Everything was exceptional. From the communication before the stay, the actual accommodation, the facility, the view, to the meals—everything was top-notch. Although it was a one-night stay this time, I would love to book a multiple night stay next time. It was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave.

    The accommodation and cuisine were truly impressive. The American breakfast, Chinese breakfast, sushi, and Italian dishes were all exceptional. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and the stay was relaxing and comfortable.

    The view was amazing!

    The Room and staff were all wonderful, and I had a very elegant stay. However, I was concerned about the smell of the futon and pillows. While the covers were changed and clean, the body odor lingering on the pillows and futon was noticeable and quite unpleasant. Other than that, everything else was excellent! The pool was also beautifully designed in true Bulgari style. Thank you very much.

    Exceptional Hospitality

    This was my first stay. From the start, the gate staff's excellent service captured my heart. The lounge staff impressed me with their communication skills, warm smiles, and outstanding service. The room was exceptional, and I have never experienced such a wonderful hotel before. The meticulous hospitality was truly the best.

    The shoe polishing is excellent.

    I had Italian for breakfast. The bread was very delicious. Perhaps because it was a Sunday stay, the pool, spa, and gym were all reserved just for me, haha. I was impressed by the excellent shoe polishing.

    Very satisfied

    They helped with the proposal, and everything from the service to the response was excellent. I've stayed at various hotels, including those in the Marriott chain, but this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
