    Both the Room and the large public bath were clean and very satisfying!

    Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious and very clean, and we were very satisfied. It helped us refresh after the midsummer heat. Thank you very much.

    Unfortunately.

    I chose this Accommodation because the photos looked great, but honestly it was disappointing. There was a long wait at check-in, which was frustrating. The area was crowded with suitcases. Some foreign guests had poor manners—eating ice cream and speaking loudly in the elevator—and there were groups lingering on the first floor as well. The large public bath, the post-bath lounge area, and the terrace were also unpleasant. Overall, it felt worse than an average Business Hotel. I didn’t feel like going to the restaurant for breakfast, so I chose a boxed breakfast instead. When I opened it, I was shocked—everything had shifted to one side and I couldn’t eat it. At the very least, the bread should have been packed in a separate container. The hair dryer was broken and even sparked; I called and had it replaced. They asked if I was okay—I said yes—but at checkout (with the same staff member), there wasn’t even an apology. It seems information isn’t being shared among staff. Despite having some good services and facilities, there are clear issues with staff training and management.

    Convenient transportation access.

    I stayed for five nights on a business trip to Fukuoka. I requested daily cleaning, but it was inconsistent: amenities like body towels and toothbrushes that I picked up from the front desk were sometimes collected and sometimes not. I was also confused by the system at the bar counter—if I left used glasses on the counter, they were not replaced, but if I left them on the table, they were replaced. The cups in the washroom were never replaced until the end of my stay. Even though the table was dirty, it wasn’t wiped down, and when I returned to my Room on the fourth night, a crumpled hand towel had been left on the table. I questioned whether this could really be called cleaning. Many areas inside the Accommodation are far too dimly lit, and it is especially difficult to get to the large public bath. The signage is hard to read unless you look very closely. After completing automated check-in, a staff member asked me, “Would you like an explanation of the facilities?” If there are things that should be explained, I would have preferred they simply explained them without asking first. If this question is meant as consideration for repeat guests, they should ask that first instead. Possibly because it coincided with a certain idol concert, despite paying a fairly high rate, my stay was subtly stressful throughout. On a positive note, having a subway station nearby was convenient.

    It was a great Hotel for my first trip to Hakata.

    We stayed as a family of three. The Facility was new, and the front desk staff were very courteous. As mentioned in the Reviews, the bath area gets extremely crowded. On the first day, we had to wait for an available locker and then wait again for an open washing station. On top of that, there were towels and face wash left out, as if people were reserving spots. On the second day, we went earlier and it was very quiet. I think it would be helpful if guests could check congestion status online. Also, it would be great if something could be provided to explain proper bath etiquette for foreign guests. In addition, there was a protective guard on the corners of the bed to prevent bumping into them, but the extra bed had no corner guard; I hit my foot on it and it bled. It would be better if extra beds also had guards. The breakfast buffet was full and we couldn’t get in, so we went to the neighboring à la carte restaurant instead, which was also very delicious. If we have a chance to visit Hakata again, this is a Hotel we would like to stay at. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel That Satisfies Everything

    The guest rooms and public spaces had beautiful interiors, making for a very pleasant stay. The large public bath was excellent. The sauna was easy to use and absolutely fantastic. The buffet-style breakfast was also incredibly delicious. With its great location, everything about this Hotel was perfect!

    Comfortable!

    From the warm smiles of the front desk staff at check-in to the cheerful send-off at check-out, every moment was delightful. The explanation about hotel use was simple, clear, and polite. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows! The large windows offered a great view to enjoy. Breakfast had a unique style where you could choose your main and side dishes while other items were served buffet-style. However, it felt like there were fewer options in the buffet section, and due to full occupancy, restocking couldn't keep up at times. While the taste was excellent overall, this aspect was slightly disappointing. The public bath was crowded but perfect for relaxing after a long day! Unfortunately, I skipped having ice cream before returning to my room this time—I'll make sure to try it next time! Luggage storage after check-out went smoothly with attentive service; we were sent off with bright smiles when picking up our belongings as well. Both my spouse and I had an incredibly comfortable stay here. Although we previously had a regular accommodation in Fukuoka, we plan on staying here from now on!

    Everything except the public bath is excellent.

    Stayed in the largest Room for a family of four. The Room was excellent with one proper bed per person, great views, separate bath and toilet, and two sofas. The only downside was the hanging light fixture—it was positioned too low, and everyone bumped their heads on it. This time we chose a Plan that included drink coins, allowing each person to enjoy one drink at the outdoor lounge, which was fantastic. However, the public bath was truly disappointing. It felt crowded as soon as we entered—no privacy screens and lockers were right in plain view. The bathtub and washing area were cramped; perhaps style took priority over functionality? It was also too dimly lit. Adding to this were loud conversations in Chinese echoing throughout... It wasn’t relaxing at all; we left quickly only to find trash scattered around the sink area as well. For breakfast, two of us opted for in-Room dining while the other two chose the buffet—both options were satisfying. Conclusion: Everything except for the public bath was excellent. Next time we stay here, we’ll skip using it altogether—or maybe removing it would even improve Hotel ratings!

    I visited the restaurant for the first time.

    I have stayed at this accommodation many times, but this was my first time using the café and restaurant on the second floor. The female staff at the café were very polite in their explanations and had a great attitude. The restaurant staff seemed to be new, so it wasn't entirely comfortable, but they appeared to be trying hard. Above all, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, which was great. I plan to use both the café and restaurant from next time onward.

    For Business Trips

    It is often hard to find a good Hotel in Fukuoka, and I usually stay at different places, but I thought I might consider staying here again. The Facility is very new and clean. The staff's service was average. During breakfast, I tried to sit at a table for two, but it was dirty. When I attempted to move to a table for four next to it, the staff directed me back to the dirty table for two. Although it wasn't crowded and perhaps my assumption that sitting at the larger table would be fine was part of the issue, I felt that guiding guests without checking the condition of the seating could be improved. There seem to be many foreign guests using this Hotel, and during busy times, it might feel quite hectic.

    I stayed with a friend for three nights. There were many foreign guests at the accommodation. The room was spacious and clean. However, the usage manners in the public bath were poor. The water was left running, and trash was not disposed of properly. The changing area was small, and towels were left on the floor. I chose this accommodation because it had a public bath, but I ended up using it only once. Considering the price paid for the stay, it was disappointing. The breakfast, however, was very delicious.

    It was great.

    I was unsure about the grade of this Hotel and debated between staying here or at the Okura across the street, but I chose this one. It turned out to be a great decision. I was given a room on the top floor as it was available, and I enjoyed a wonderful view. The large public bath allowed me to stretch out and relax, relieving my fatigue. The coffee in the post-bath lounge was also very delicious. There were many inbound travelers, so if my schedule had overlapped with theirs, my impression might have been different. One downside is that the elevators take time to arrive, possibly due to too many people with carry-on luggage.

    Please provide rules and guidelines for foreign guests.

    The Hotel is very clean and has a nice atmosphere, but I had a disappointing experience. Some guests reserved spots in the public bath's washing area with towels and stayed in the bathtub for a long time while chatting loudly, making it impossible to use the washing area. Clear rules should be displayed prominently in multiple languages to prevent such behavior.

    Comfortable Hotel

    The service was absolutely excellent, from check-in to the lounge and the morning buffet. Everyone we interacted with was attentive, making our stay relaxing and worry-free. The Room was clean and beautiful, and the food was incredibly delicious. Choosing this Hotel was definitely the right decision.

    Glad you stayed with us!

    I was looking forward to staying at this hotel with my daughter for the dome live event in Fukuoka. It turned out to be one of the most satisfying hotels we've stayed at in Fukuoka. The room had a great view, was just the right size for two people, and we spent our time comfortably. Although I was initially worried about the public bath based on reviews, it was not crowded during our visit, allowing us to relax in the bath and soothe our bodies chilled by the snow. We enjoyed both evening and morning baths. The post-bath lounge offered free ice cream and coffee, which were delicious and provided a calming space. However, I felt that the changing area was slightly small with fewer lockers available; during busy times, it might feel a bit cramped when changing clothes near others. The breakfast restaurant offered both Japanese and Western dishes with plenty of variety—all delicious—and the staff were very polite and attentive. This is definitely a hotel I would like to stay at again with breakfast included!

    Excellent value for money and location.

    Initially, I chose the property based solely on its excellent location, but there was a large sofa in the room that allowed me to relax comfortably. The dim lighting was also lovely. It felt like a room worth more than its price. The large public bath had a solemn atmosphere, and I felt like I could stay in it forever. I ordered a breakfast box at check-in, and it was fantastic!! Next time, I'll opt for the breakfast buffet and stay again.

    I will never stay here again.

    Since it was the end of the year, most of the guests were tourists from a neighboring country. Without exaggeration, I didn't meet a single person speaking Japanese other than the front desk staff. I felt as if I was in a foreign country myself. The family in the room across the hall was loudly talking in the hallway for some reason, their children were running around and causing a ruckus, and they were making loud phone calls and watching videos on their smartphones. It was quite a scene. It was so unbearable that I thought of calling the front desk to ask them to address the issue, but I couldn't get through at all. I was assured because it was a relatively high-grade hotel, but my expectations were disappointed in a bad way. I think it's important for guests to have at least a minimum level of manners or dignity. Well, I doubt anything would get through to them anyway. How about specializing in foreign tourists and refusing Japanese guests in the future? I will never stay here again.

    The hotel itself was...

    The hotel itself was good and I had a comfortable stay. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that part of the bathroom door was damaged, and I stayed without any prior explanation from the hotel. After checking out, I received a call, and it felt like I was being accused of causing the damage, which made me uncomfortable. There should have been an explanation beforehand, but despite staying without any explanation (the hotel side was also unaware), I was treated like a culprit, which I found unacceptable.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    I used it for my first trip to Fukuoka. That day, I was able to change to a spacious Room, and it was a very lovely Room. I was impressed not only with the Hotel but also with the warm service of all the staff. The large public bath also healed the fatigue of the trip. I will repeat again. Thank you very much.

    Astonished by the Manners of Koreans

    I informed the hotel staff at checkout, but a Korean tourist was openly urinating in the men's large bath. The surrounding Koreans did not say anything. I wondered if this was common sense in Korea, but who would use a washbasin that has been urinated on? Please clearly state the prohibition of urination in the bath as a compliance matter for Koreans and explain it at check-in. In this review, the hotel responded that they would make efforts to improve the manners of foreign guests, but I am very disappointed that it has not yet been improved. Please take this matter seriously.

    The Room is modern and stylish, equipped with almost everything you need. The location is great, making it convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying! I recommend it for families, girls' gatherings, business, and all occasions. I rated it "4" because the bath was crowded. However, the large bath was very relaxing and relieved a lot of fatigue.

    Access to all areas is excellent.

    It was close to Hakata Station and Tenjin area, so I was able to enjoy visiting shops smoothly. The subway was also easily accessible, so it didn't take long to get to the airport. The Room was clean, and being a corner room, it was filled with plenty of natural light, allowing me to have a refreshing stay. I would like to use it again when I visit Fukuoka.

Here at Royal Park Campus in Nakasu, not only is there a wide selection of ice cream and drinks, but the rooms are also clean.     How to Use the Large Public Bath

    When I went to the large public bath around midnight, the place was in a mess, and I was disappointed. There were hair, hair ties, and socks left behind in the changing room, and used towels were left all over the partitions in the washing area...     I stayed at the property to celebrate my mother's birthday. When I mentioned this at the time of reservation, they kindly prepared a message card in the room on the day after contacting us in advance. My mother was very pleased. Thank you very much. The room was very clean, and it was equipped with a TV that allowed us to use video services (such as YouTube), so we could relax in the room. There was a complimentary service of ice cream and coffee at the post-bath area. Additionally, the lounge and the bar in front of the large public bath were all stylish spaces, and we enjoyed them greatly. The breakfast was colorful and very delicious.
