    The service is excellent.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel. It truly felt like Greece on the Aegean Sea—and it was so clean!! The welcome drink was luxurious, too. The small lobby was also very relaxing. Breakfast was included, and because we had an early activity, they opened earlier than the regular hours. They also learned it was our wedding anniversary trip and gave us a gift, which really warmed our hearts. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and I’ll never forget how beautiful the moon and stars looked from there! Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Next time, we’d like to take our time and stay longer. Thank you very much!

    Birthday Trip

    We stayed on the last day of our birthday trip! Not only were we impressed by the luxurious Room and the high quality of the meals, but we were also continually moved by the staff’s hospitality, which made us feel truly warm and welcome. We would love to stay again!! Thank you very much.

    Mother-Daughter Trip

    This trip was a mother-and-daughter journey to visit my son, who works on Miyakojima, and I brought my 92-year-old mother with me. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom area was also roomy, so it was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and spoke to my mother in various ways; we truly appreciated their thoughtful care. We were able to see my son (her grandson), and it felt like we could show our gratitude as a family. The only disappointment was that it was still the height of the rainy season, with rain and occasional downpours. Next time we stay here, I sincerely hope it will be when we can see a beautiful starry sky. Thank you very much for everything during our stay.

    Recommended.

    My mother and I stayed one night in a villa-type Room with breakfast and dinner included. Everyone was very pleasant, and from the in-room jacuzzi we had a beautiful view of the Irabu Bridge and the ocean. There’s also a pool on the first floor, and I honestly thought, “Is it really okay to stay at this price?” I didn’t have very high expectations for dinner, but the view from the restaurant was amazing. The meal was generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. For breakfast we chose Japanese-style. There were quite a few simmered items and pickles, so I thought it would be nice to have just one more protein dish—but maybe it’s better than having too much. The tap water on Miyako Island and Irabu Island doesn’t taste great, but whenever we asked they gave us as much drinking water as we wanted, so we were able to stay comfortably with peace of mind. It wasn’t an issue for us, but the villa we stayed in had steps inside the Room, and the bath is very large. If you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues, I don’t think this Room would be suitable. I recommend contacting them in advance. My mother and I are already saying we definitely want to stay again.

    A place you’ll want to stay again

    We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The view of the Irabu Bridge and the ocean from the rooftop terrace, along with the jacuzzi, was amazing. The Room was spacious and spotless, and there was also a pool—there never seemed to be enough time. We’d love to stay again.

    Wonderful hospitality

    We stayed from late March to early April 2026. The entire Hotel was beautiful, and the guest Room was impeccably cleaned—an outstanding, spotless Hotel. All staff were incredibly kind, and when we asked for photos, they happily took many for us, leaving us with wonderful memories. We were also very happy with the card service! We saw Nagashichiya accessories in the lobby, and later purchased a design we loved. We cherish it as a special keepsake of our stay at Blue Ocean. The restaurant staff were also extremely kind. Even though we changed our order at the last minute, they accommodated us graciously and were attentive to the timing of each dish—we are truly grateful. The anniversary plate was also very well received. As this was a commemorative trip, they decorated our bed for us—it was adorable and made us so happy. Both the in-Room pool and jacuzzi were clean. The pool’s circulation system felt like continuously flowing water, so we never had to worry about insects and enjoyed it immensely. We also greatly appreciated everything—from lending games and floats to providing beach sandals and drinks in the refrigerator. We would love to visit Miyakojima again, and when we do, we would definitely like to stay here. Thank you all very much for your kindness.

    You can leisurely enjoy the changing shades of blue in the ocean from your room!

    From the moment I made the reservation, I was eagerly looking forward to my stay. The atmosphere of the Resort Hotel was just as beautiful as shown on the website, with its stunning contrast of white and blue. The staff's attentive service exceeded my expectations, and even my friend who accompanied me was pleasantly surprised. Although we only had breakfast since we ate out during the day, it was delicious. We enjoyed a leisurely meal while gazing at the ocean. The room was well-maintained, luxurious, and clean. Since I wanted an ocean view, we stayed in a Terrace Suite. The amenities were high-quality with subtly scented shampoos that were very pleasant. The bathroom was clean without any issues; however, as two people who tend to feel warm easily, managing humidity and temperature in the bathroom posed a slight challenge for us—hence one star deducted (though only by 0.5). That said, there were controls for drying on the wall and a circulator provided as well. From our room’s view of the sea changing shades of blue over time allowed us to relax completely—to such an extent that we almost missed going out! Some trees in front had grown taller than expected; if they were slightly shorter it would have been perfect—but considering their function as windbreaks perhaps this is unavoidable given nature’s balance. We visited hoping to catch sight Gemini meteor shower but unfortunately due cloudy weather couldn’t see meteors themselves though glimpses stars appeared through breaks clouds instead. While summer seems appealing too plan return during clearer starlit season admire full sky filled countless stars again someday!

    It is comfortable.

    Located just across the Irabu Bridge, this low-rise villa offers a comfortable space with a charming white and blue theme. The staff were always kind and friendly, providing warm hospitality. While the bathroom layout was slightly inconvenient, it added to the charm reminiscent of overseas resort villas. The bustling downtown area of Hirara is just a short taxi ride away, making transportation hassle-free. Additionally, passing through the Adan tunnel behind the Hotel leads to a private beach—perfect for morning walks!

    Scenic View Hotel

    Overall, I was satisfied. I stayed in the Royal Suite Villa. The Hotel left a strong impression with its breathtaking views and amazing pool. What I particularly liked were the outdoor jacuzzi, pool, and excellent service that truly reflected hospitality. The location was also great—close to Irabu Bridge, with easy car access to downtown areas and nearby souvenir shops. If there were any downsides, they were minor details. Being on Miyako Island surrounded by nature, insects are inevitable; however, the room's door structure made it easier for them to enter. Additionally, the door of the room we were assigned had poor fitting that allowed insects to come in easily. The staff quickly arranged for us to move rooms and handled it well, which showcased their excellent service. On another note, I noticed some cleaning staff (likely foreign workers) playing around with cleaning equipment and filming each other on their phones while doing so. This gave an impression of lowering the class or dignity of what could otherwise be a first-class Hotel. At breakfast, we were seated in an area exposed to intense summer sunlight despite curtains being drawn—it was still too hot for comfort—and requested a change of seating location. However, we noticed that subsequent guests were seated in that same spot under harsh sunlight during peak summer mornings; this seemed inappropriate. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience! Given the premium price point paid for our stay though—attention to finer details would have been appreciated even more. Thank you for making this trip unforgettable!

    Perfect!

    The cleanliness of the Facility, the location, and everything else were of high quality and extremely satisfying, but above all, the hospitality of the Hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone greeted us warmly while maintaining a comfortable level of interaction without being intrusive. All staff seemed to understand this balance perfectly. While such service may be considered standard in the hospitality industry, achieving that standard is not always easy. From this perspective as well, it was an outstanding Hotel. It might reflect the character of the people in Miyako Island, but even so, it was at an exceptionally high level.

    It was the best Hotel stay ever!

    Planning our first trip to Miyako Island, we searched for accommodations and immediately decided we wanted to stay at either Blue Ocean Miyakojima or Santorini. This time, we wanted to do a flying dress photoshoot and asked for assistance with photography. The staff kindly accommodated our request and took many wonderful photos for us, which made us very happy. The hotel's interior and lobby were stunningly beautiful, making us feel as if we had traveled to Mykonos in Greece. It was a unanimous decision among the whole family that we want to stay here again! From the room, you can see the Irabu Bridge—it’s truly an amazing accommodation! Next time, we plan to stay at Santorini as well. Thank you so much for everything during this visit!

    A hospitality-filled Hotel where you can fully enjoy a tropical resort.

    Enjoy the stunning blue sea and sky from your Room while relaxing in a tropical resort—this dream came true. I was impressed by the wonderful Room, delicious meals, and the warm hospitality of the staff. I would love to visit again.

    The white and blue construct is great!

    I stayed in an ocean view guest room of the hotel type. When we parked the car in the parking lot, a staff member immediately came with a cart and transported us to the reception area. All the staff were very approachable and easy to talk to, making our stay very comfortable. The guest room was also very clean (this is important), with sufficient facilities and amenities, allowing us to enjoy views of Miyako Blue and Irabu Bridge. Additionally, we received a birthday present, making it a truly memorable time.

    Reserve this hotel with the best view of Irabu Ohashi (Irabu Bridge).

    I rarely write reviews, but the staff's response was so pleasant that I decided to write a review after a long time. No matter where I met them in the hotel, everyone was refreshing, smiling, and friendly, allowing me to start my first day in Miyakojima pleasantly. Thank you for taking so many wonderful photos!!

    The staff's service is excellent.

    The staff's response was excellent, allowing for a pleasant stay. The Room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and it took some time for the water to become hot, which was a bit disappointing, but other than that, there were no negative points. It is located very close to Irabu Bridge, providing excellent access to Miyako Island, so there is nothing inconvenient. The Hotel is new, and the Facility is clean, making it comfortable, but more than that, I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff during the three days. It is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    Recommended for your special day!

    When I informed the front desk that we would be staying on the day of the proposal, they kindly accepted our suggested arrangements, even though some parts might have been troublesome, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. The hotel itself was a resort-like, impeccably clean ocean view, which my partner was very pleased with. The breakfast was also very delicious, and the view from the venue was outstanding. Thank you for the commemorative photo we received at the end. If we have the opportunity to visit Miyakojima, we would definitely like to stay again.

    An extraordinary world!

    A white Hotel next to the Irabu Bridge. You can see it as you cross the Irabu Bridge, and it made me excited every time I crossed during my stay. Everything is unified in white and blue tones, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious vacation feeling. I was also pleased with the service of having free items in the refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious. We went out for dinner, but there are more restaurants on the island than before, and we enjoyed eating our favorites like Miyako beef barbecue. And the sea! Although you can't swim at the Hotel's beach, it was more beautiful than I expected. Even though it's small, it sparkles with Miyako blue, and you can see the Irabu Bridge, making the view pleasant and relaxing. There is also the "Irabu Bridge Sea Station" nearby, which is convenient for buying souvenirs. Even though it's small, we enjoyed the Room's pool, and the jacuzzi on the second floor was the best at night while gazing at the starry sky. The starry sky was unforgettable, as I was in the jacuzzi looking at the constellation chart on my phone app! I would love to stay here again when I visit Miyako Island.

    It was the best.

    The location, access, exterior, interior, and service were excellent. Since the hotel is right after crossing the Irabu Bridge, it's easy to drive to the city center of Miyakojima, and the environment was comfortable. It was such a pleasant and clean hotel that I wanted to stay there forever. The sunrise view from the jacuzzi was also impressive. Moreover, during our 3-night, 4-day stay, we requested Japanese-style breakfast, and they changed the menu each time, which was delightful. I will definitely use this hotel again!

    I was healed.

    I stayed for two nights. The proximity to the sea with its wonderful view and the sound of the waves, along with the blue and white buildings that give a Greek feel, made it very comfortable, and I would love to stay again. The staff were also very kind, and it was a perfect moment.
