    As there was availab...

    As there was availability, we were upgraded for free from a Standard Room to a Superior Room. The in-room washing machine was very helpful, especially since I had forgotten some underwear during the summer. The Room was spacious and the bed was large, making our stay very comfortable. However, the lighting overall was quite dim and hard to see. The bathroom also had a light, but it was so dark that it was difficult to tell whether it was on or off. The staff were very courteous. I wanted to use the late checkout until 1:00 PM offered for posting a Review, but when I mentioned that I could only post the Review after 1:00 PM, they said checking out at 1:00 PM would still be fine. I called during the busy morning checkout time, but thank you for your pleasant and helpful response.

    It was quite good.

    Clean, spacious Room, and very well maintained. The entrance and the entire property are stylish. The staff are friendly, and best of all, it’s in a great location just a short walk to Dotonbori. Will definitely stay again.

    Stylish and cost-effective city Hotel

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. A city hotel that combines the stylish design of Accor Hotels with the excellent service of Tokyu. The design quality is high, and its location facing Midosuji makes it very convenient. A hotel with great value for money. By the way, I am a repeat guest and will stay again.

    Cleaning, etc.

    Room cleaning is sloppy, with hidden areas covered in dust. The air conditioner does not work at all.

    There are other options available.

    The front desk staff at check-in was rude. The Room was darker than expected with insufficient lighting, making it hard to see the mirror. The ventilation in both the toilet and bathroom was weak and barely functional. There was a dead stink bug in the Room. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell. Breakfast had long lines, and both the staff and capacity were insufficient.

    The room had stylish...

    The room had stylish downlight-based lighting, but it would be great if it could be a bit brighter. It was dim, making it difficult to get ready.

    Stylish!

    A compact city Hotel with new, stylish, and clean Facilities—absolutely no complaints! The breakfast was delicious. Both the Hotel and restaurant provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    I stayed for 4 days. The Room was clean, and the location was great with convenient access to Osaka! I would love to stay here again!

    Beautiful scenery

    Although it was a bit hectic during check-in, I was happy with the courteous response. The Room was clean, the view was great, and I was very satisfied. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    Mercure Namba

    The interior of the Hotel was very clean and had a design similar to overseas Hotels, which was very nice. Upon entering the Hotel, the design that cleverly utilized greenery on the walls was also lovely. Additionally, many foreigners were using the Hotel, and although the front desk was crowded, check-in was relatively smooth. I usually stay at city Hotels, so I didn't have high expectations for the Room, but it exceeded my expectations. The Room was very spacious, with a full window offering a panoramic view of the night and morning scenery, which was wonderful. There was also a rare terrace, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the pleasant breeze. The bathroom not only had a shower but also a bathtub, and there was a washing machine, making it suitable for long stays. Personally, it became a very satisfying Stays for me.

    Breakfast offers a satisfying variety, with facilities such as a separate toilet and a bath with a washing area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the Room was disappointing. The back of the coffee machine was covered in dust, which made me lose the desire to drink coffee.
