A premium space that feels like you have Miyako Island's scenery all to yourself.
Everything was absolutely amazing. First, the room. The sophisticated atmosphere was evident from the photos on the site, but seeing it in person was truly overwhelming. Not only was the quality of the room exceptional, but also the view of the infinity pool and ocean from the window. Occasionally, wild birds would visit to bathe nearby, which added a wonderful touch of nature. The meals were outstanding as well. From a full-course meal featuring island ingredients to a delightful Ryukyu-style breakfast in the morning—everything was perfect. Each dish felt complete and left a lasting impression with every bite. Even room service meals were incredibly delicious! It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t finish everything due to my own circumstances—I’ll definitely come back for another try! The staff were exceptionally kind, polite in their speech, and genuinely attentive—it made for an extraordinary experience overall. This is such a wonderful accommodation that I’d love to stay for multiple nights next time!

Facility and service are both excellent.
This was my second visit, and the service was exceptional in every way. Unfortunately, I had been feeling unwell a few days prior and was worried about enjoying this trip, but thanks to the thoughtful care of the staff, my concerns were put to rest. By the second night, I had recovered and was able to enjoy my stay fully. I hope the staff will continue to showcase their love for Miyako Island and maintain their excellent hospitality moving forward.

A wonderful and unforgettable honeymoon.
We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for our honeymoon. While we were excited about our trip to Miyako Island, we were especially looking forward to staying at Namiiyu. The view of the ocean and pool from the room was breathtaking, and the sound of the waves was incredibly soothing. The pool was spacious and relaxing, and at night, we could see the Milky Way and a sky full of stars—it was stunningly beautiful. The attention to detail in the interior design and the excellent room service made our stay very comfortable, with delicious meals provided. The recommended squid ink yakisoba was absolutely delicious! Both breakfast and dinner featured many ingredients unique to Miyako Island that we had never tried before, all of which were truly delicious. Dining at a restaurant with an ocean view allowed us to enjoy a leisurely meal while taking in the scenery. The presentation, aroma, taste, as well as attention to detail in tableware made every dish exceptional—absolutely satisfying! Thank you also for the cake plate with a message! The hospitality from all staff members was outstanding; they made our stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with them—they showed great care towards us and celebrated our special occasion so warmly that it brought us immense joy. Spending time in such an extraordinary space allowed us to create unforgettable memories filled with happiness. Thank you so much!

It was the best trip ever.
We stayed for one night during our 3-night, 4-day trip to Miyako Island with my parents, and it was an unforgettable experience with exceptional hospitality, delicious meals, and a beautiful space! The accommodation was even more stunning than what we had seen in photos or videos, with a sophisticated design that amazed us. Above all, the room offered an exclusive ocean view—just the sea as far as the eye could see. It felt incredibly luxurious. Since we headed straight from the airport, we were delighted by the welcome service featuring sata andagi (Okinawan donuts) and tropical fruits that gave us a taste of Miyako. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport. We enjoyed listening to nature's sounds and experiencing an extraordinary atmosphere. The island itself isn’t very large, so shopping was convenient without any sense of inconvenience. Aragusuku Beach, where you can spot sea turtles, was just a short drive away. After returning from the beach, we were grateful to find a drying machine in our room for our swimsuits—it was such thoughtful preparation! There were also plenty of beach sandals and towels available for use. From the dining area as well, you could enjoy views of the ocean while indulging in an impressive French full-course meal that made us forget we were on a remote island! Breakfast featured plenty of local ingredients from Miyako Island and left us completely satisfied. Not only did they provide excellent service at the hotel itself but also kindly shared tips on how to enjoy our time on Miyako Island. The staff’s hospitality truly moved us. We would love to visit again!

It was the best stay.
Stayed for one night during Golden Week and had an amazing experience. The Facility was excellent, but what impressed me the most were the meals and the hospitality of the staff. There was a minor issue at night unrelated to the villa, which made me a bit uneasy. However, when I called for assistance, I was promptly informed that it would be addressed quickly, which reassured me. The next morning, I was informed that it had been resolved, giving me great peace of mind. While minor issues are sometimes unavoidable, their exceptional hospitality turned this into a positive experience for me.

A Resort Villa That Embodies the Extraordinary
A wonderful resort villa, perfect for concluding a trip to Miyako Island. It was so full of charm that I hardly knew where to begin describing it. What stood out the most compared to other accommodations was the attention to detail in the amenities. As someone who values high-quality amenities as an important factor in overall satisfaction, I found it fascinating that I could read detailed descriptions of items like shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste on the room's tablet. One unique feature that some may notice while others might not is the swaying shadows visible near check-in time when looking up at the ceiling by the entrance. It was truly beautiful—a mesmerizing effect created by water flowing from an outdoor spout near the entrance and its reflection on the surface below. This left a lasting impression on me. Perfect for proposals or honeymoons! Highly recommended villa for a relaxing stay of at least 2 nights and 3 days—or even longer if possible! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I'm already looking forward to what new memories await next time I visit. To all staff members, please take care of yourselves, and I'll continue supporting your amazing accommodation!

It was the perfect proposal!
I stayed at the accommodation for a proposal. I consulted with the staff in advance about arranging a bouquet and decorating the room, and they were incredibly attentive, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful moment as planned. The room had an amazing atmosphere with thoughtful details. The meals were all delicious, and it was delightful to have the chef personally greet us and share insights about Miyako Island. The food was exceptionally tasty, but since it was a 2-night stay with all-inclusive meals, I couldn't keep up with everything offered. If staying for two nights, having one day with meals included and another relying on room service might be a more balanced way to enjoy it. I also appreciated that beach sandals were provided—a nice personal touch! Overall, I had an incredibly relaxing time and experienced the perfect setting for such an important day in my life. If timing allows, I would love to visit again. This is undoubtedly an ideal accommodation for special occasions like anniversaries! As mentioned in other reviews, just as described in them, the staff waved until our car was out of sight! It truly made me feel happy. Thank you so much!

It was excellent.
Stayed for 2 nights with a friend. The Facility, service level, and location were all top-notch. Since there are few hotels on elevated areas in Miyako Island, I was amazed by the panoramic view of the Miyako blue ocean. Also, the night sky full of stars seen from the terrace became a memory of a lifetime. The meals were astonishing—dinner, breakfast, and room service were of such high quality that it's rare to find in other hotels. Thank you so much!!!

I had a very comfortable and pleasant time.
The hotel is located away from the city, in a quiet area where only the sound of waves can be heard at night. During our stay, unfortunately, it was cloudy and we couldn't see the starry sky, but I imagine it would be incredibly beautiful on a clear night. The staff's hospitality and meals were excellent. Not only breakfast but also dinner is highly recommended if you stay here. The morning rice cooked with Miyako Island ingredients was exquisite and highly recommended. Many of the staff have relocated to this area, so we could hear lots of great stories about Miyako Island and received recommendations for must-visit spots. Conversations with the staff were enjoyable; as we shared our travel plans during meals, they surprised us with a wonderful gesture that captured our memories during our final meal—thank you so much for such an unforgettable surprise! It became the highlight of our trip. This time, we drove 280 kilometers on Mamoru-kun Big6 tour; next time, I hope to stay more leisurely!

Enjoy a spectacular view!
We chose this hotel as part of our honeymoon itinerary. It is one of the few hotels in Miyako Island that offers a breathtaking view of the vast ocean. The stunning scenery from the room, along with the heartfelt hospitality of the staff and the exquisite cuisine, deeply moved and soothed us. This is an accommodation we truly wish to visit again. Absolutely amazing!

It was a wonderful stay.
My wife was pregnant, and we were anxious about traveling, but we were able to visit with great peace of mind as the accommodation kindly informed us in advance that they could accommodate our needs, such as meals. Additionally, when we called to ask about amenities and other details, they responded warmly and helpfully. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay. The cuisine was also exceptional; we enjoyed dishes made with an abundance of Miyako ingredients prepared with high-level techniques. We also ordered room service during our stay. The menu was so enticing that it was hard to choose, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The building and interior design were incredibly stylish—every corner seemed perfect for taking photos. Every aspect of this accommodation exceeded expectations, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant stay until the very end. We are deeply grateful to everyone who assisted us. Thank you very much!

An Exquisite Escape from the Everyday
It was a wonderful villa that beautifully combines a refined, smart space with hospitality that reflects traditional Japanese warmth. Perfect!
It was a very satisfying and impeccable stay. I have stayed at many wonderful hotels, but in terms of meals and staff service, this hotel ranks at the top. On the morning when I wasn't feeling well, they kindly delivered porridge to my room. The taste and presentation of the meals were excellent, and the staff's information about Miyakojima was not found in any guidebook. I would like to visit again in a different season next time.

Everything was perfect!
Thank you very much for your hospitality. Each Facility was luxurious, including the pool, bed, and the location was excellent. The dinner was exceptional, with the ceramics enhancing the dishes to an extraordinary taste. The breakfast was gentle on the body, and although I usually don't opt for breakfast, it was a great decision to have it on the last day. The hospitality of the staff was also pleasant and wonderful. I experienced the true essence of a luxurious villa. The room service offerings are also substantial. I look forward to visiting again when the opportunity arises. A villa with wonderful dining and location.
I had the luxury of doing nothing. I am grateful to all the staff. Thank you very much. The meals and the Room were very good. I didn't expect to have such delicious French cuisine in Miyakojima. I will adjust my schedule and visit again. Thank you in advance. The ladder-style steps for the pool are commonly used in Miyakojima, but they are not very comfortable. While you have been considerate in making the width of the steps, I think integrated stairs with the pool would create a more luxurious atmosphere and be better. It's a bit tough for an old body. Even if the price goes up, it would be great to have even one such Room.

Unforgettable Stays
We stayed for two nights with both sets of parents for our wedding anniversary. We also planned a bridal photo shoot and had ordered a bouquet from a florist on the island. When we mentioned this, the staff kindly picked it up for us before our check-in. This was a great help given our time constraints. We were also allowed to take photos within the property, for which we are truly grateful. As others have detailed the excellence of the property, our review will focus on our personal experiences, highlighting a few particularly impressive points. 【Service】 The extensive room service menu was entirely free (as part of the dinner and breakfast included plan), and it was convenient to place orders using the tablet provided in the room. Every dish was meticulously prepared and incredibly delicious! 【Cleanliness of the Facility】 Our family lives in Miyakojima, and they were impressed by the extraordinary efforts and challenges "Namiyu" (Namiyu) must undertake for pest control. Despite being on the eastern edge of the island and likely facing daily insect visits, our stay was very comfortable. (We did see some ants by the poolside, but it was not an issue for us.) 【Meals】 When thinking of Okinawa, the tropical climate doesn't immediately bring to mind vegetables or fish, but the incredible taste made me realize my ignorance and the limits of my imagination. Although I usually can't eat in the morning, the perfect balance of variety and quantity allowed me to enjoy and finish everything. 【Staff】 Everyone interacted with us at a comfortable distance. We felt like we became very attached to them, but they responded without any displeasure. We won't forget how, after expressing our desire to see a coconut crab, the staff came to inform us when one miraculously appeared on the premises on the second night. We are already filled with the desire to meet the staff again. : Finally, if I had to mention any cautions: ① The location makes phone reception difficult (there is WiFi within the facility). ② It might not be ideal for those who want to fill their schedule with outings from morning till night (the property is too wonderful, and it's a bit far from the center). I will work hard every day to stay at "Namiyu" (Namiyu) again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The utmost gratitude
Thank you for taking care of us at the end of June. As I was thinking about what to post, three months had already passed since our stay. It was our first trip to Miyako Island as a couple, and while searching for accommodations, we found Namiyu. We arrived by car, feeling nervous, but you welcomed us warmly despite the heat, and we were able to check in directly in our room, which was a relief as we were tired after kayaking. Until dinner, we enjoyed beautiful welcome fruits and drinks, relaxing by the pool with a view of the sea, just the two of us. Dinner was French cuisine using local ingredients, with very delicate seasoning and beautiful presentation. We were excited to see what dish would come next, starting from the appetizers. The plate we requested at the end was so cute that it felt like a waste to eat it, but the chocolate was delicious, haha. The sagaribana we saw outside afterward was very mystical. ... It seems like this is getting long, so I'll end it here for now. In any case, the kindness of the hotel staff was evident in their faces, and although it was our first stay, it felt nostalgic. I will post another review when we visit next time. I thought I would work hard in my daily life so that we can visit again!
