  Both the facility and staff are excellent.

  Stayed in Furano for 2 nights from August 27 to 29. The accommodation was perfect as I was planning to stay in a condominium. The one-bedroom space was just right and comfortable for two people. The kitchenette is simple, but it should be sufficient for those who don't cook much. Above all, the staff were very kind and attentive, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. They communicated fluently in Japanese without any issues. It was a truly appreciated experience.

  This is a Vacation Rental type accommodation.

  I stayed at a new hotel around Furano for two nights. The facility, including its exterior, was clean and well-maintained. Perhaps due to the summer season, the front desk staff were not Japanese during all three days of my stay. Some staff members had limited Japanese skills, so a bit of English was necessary when making requests at the front desk. However, there were no issues with communication, and everyone had a lovely smile that made the experience pleasant. The room felt smaller than it appeared in photos. It included amenities like a washing machine, iron, microwave, and a simple kitchen setup. There were even items like plastic wrap and a cheese grater available; however, note that nightwear is not provided. Although it wasn’t classified as such on IKYU.com’s site, I believe this accommodation falls under the Vacation Rental category rather than Hotel classification. While I didn’t check these details thoroughly before booking my stay, I was surprised by the lack of nightwear and by facilities like washing machines that we didn’t need during our visit. I would suggest reviewing how accommodations are categorized on IKYU.com for clarity. For just an accommodation-only stay without additional services or meals included in this price range—it felt slightly overpriced compared to expectations; however as a Vacation Rental option—it could be considered reasonably priced. I hope this comment helps future guests planning their stays!
