A comfortable and relaxing place.
From check-in to check-out, everything was as comfortable and relaxing as being at home. I would love to stay here again next time.

This is my 6th stay.
I live in Okinawa and often use this accommodation to relax during my children's school holidays. To put it simply, I feel the service quality has declined with each visit. This was probably my sixth stay, but I remember during my second stay when we stayed in a room for four adults along with an infant (not counted as part of the guest number), we requested a high chair for the infant as dining in the room was slightly inconvenient without one. The staff kindly prepared it in advance, which left a great impression on us. A few months later, we made the same request and they accommodated us again. However, this time they said such chairs were not available, which was disappointing. Additionally, there used to be two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—but during this stay, there was only one TV in our room's living area. My children were disappointed since they had enjoyed having a TV in both areas before. At check-out, while I understand it's just a simple procedure, it felt rushed with minimal explanation before staff disappeared without even saying "thank you" like they used to do previously. It came across as impersonal service. This accommodation has been our go-to place for family stays; however, we are now reconsidering if we'll continue staying here moving forward.

Hoshino Resorts Group
First time using for a trip to Okinawa. Check-in and check-out are done via tablet. No particular hospitality or facility explanation. That might be a good thing. It costs 200 yen to borrow pajamas. The structure seems like a renovated apartment. The Room is spacious and very clean. Happy to have a washing machine. The gelato on the first floor is delicious. Unexpected.
