    I have stayed here many times.

    The location, in-room amenities, and provided tableware such as plates and glasses are all well equipped. Ideal for international travelers and anyone using this place as a base for sightseeing around Tokyo.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious for a Hotel like this, and I had a very comfortable stay. The location is also excellent—close to the Azabu-Juban shopping street, Roppongi Hills, Azabu-Juban Hills, and Tokyo Tower—so I’d definitely like to stay here again!

    Just a short walk from Azabu-Juban Station Exit 3.

    The location was convenient, and the Room and bathroom were clean, so I was very satisfied. The bed was large and comfortable. Since it faces a wide road, I could hear quite a bit of traffic noise at night. The bath water-filling system was hard to understand. There were instructions by the sink, but I had never used this kind of system in a Hotel before, so I wasn’t sure about turning the hot-water lever all the way to the deepest red setting—wouldn’t that cause burns? On top of that, even if you set the water volume, it doesn’t stop automatically. From the second day onward I got the hang of it, though. Other than that, the kitchen was easy to use and I was happy overall. The bread at the delicatessen across the street was delicious, and there’s also a Seijo Ishii supermarket just a short walk away, so shopping is easy. I would like to stay again next time.

    Foreign staff

    The attitude of the foreign staff at the breakfast venue felt dismissive, making it seem like we had to appease them. Of course, the Japanese staff were polite and excellent. Perhaps it's just me being overly sensitive about such things.

    There are increasing areas where cleaning is not thorough.

    I have stayed at this accommodation multiple times. However, I have noticed that there are areas where cleaning is not thorough. The vacuuming of the carpeted floor seems inadequate, and I once found someone else's (possibly from another country) hair stuck to the slippers (I reported this to the front desk). The bathroom floor has started to yellow, and there were food crumbs left by other guests in the kitchen drawers. While it is not extremely dirty, there are several areas that catch my attention. I also believe that regular cleaning of the microwave is necessary. The room itself is very well-designed, making cooking tasks easy. The furniture, knives, and glassware are of good quality and not cheap-looking, which adds to the comfort of staying here. I would like to stay again in the future, so I kindly request thorough cleaning—especially inside kitchen drawers, inside the microwave, on bathroom floors, and around the edges of bathroom doors.     Tokyo Tower is visible on the right front side.

    You can always enjoy a view of Tokyo Tower and take out a delicious iced latte from the café on the first floor to enjoy in your Room. With a kitchen available, it is also suitable for long-term stays.

    Is everything okay with CP?

    The staff's attitude was condescending. There were only two receptions, and it was rare for both to be open, so the line inevitably grew during busy times. It was good that they stored luggage after checkout, but since it was left around the front desk, I wished they had considered security and the flow of movement a bit more. The room size was not cost-effective, and the water temperature of the bathtub and shower was low, not reaching the displayed temperature, and it took too long for the water temperature to stabilize. It was far from the hot water service of a normal Hotel, and I hope they consider this as winter approaches.
