    Cleanliness

    We stayed here because we wanted a nearby Hotel to see Shiki Theatre Company and enjoy dining. There were many international guests and some groups, so I expected it might be lively, but the floor we stayed on was very quiet. My two daughters loved the Room’s interior, and they were happy that the amenities were well stocked. I was also very satisfied because I could relax and enjoy reading.

    I used to frequent this place and appreciated the building's grandeur and the excellent service of the senior bellboy, but it seems like the management has changed, as the Facility is now completely different. During my Multiple Night Stay, amenities were not replenished, and there were no Diamond Member benefits such as late check-out or café tickets. I loved the location and building, so this was very disappointing.

    Only the breakfast was disappointing.

    It was my first time staying, but I wandered around not knowing where the front desk was. I used the Diamond benefits for early check-in and a drink ticket. The hospitality of the restaurant staff was excellent, and the apple pie I ordered with tea was too delicious! However, the breakfast had a limited variety, and the quantity of each item was small, so even though I entered the restaurant first thing in the morning, there were some empty dishes here and there. There were no fresh vegetable salads at all, was it an oversight? While the café experience was good, the breakfast was disappointing. The room size and the firmness of the bed mattress were just right, and I had a comfortable stay.
