    A Wonderful Summer Stay

    This was our first trip to Hokkaido with three generations of our family. We were more than satisfied with the breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei and the wonderful Room, which was spacious and allowed us to enjoy privacy as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

    Highly satisfied

    The Facility is modern and spotless, and the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. Everything at breakfast was delicious—I ate so much that I skipped lunch (lol). The “Merimero” dinner was reasonably priced for a Hotel and satisfying, but there were too few appetizers/snacks to choose from, so I’d love to see more options. I wanted to try Tempura Araki, but couldn’t get a Reservation… I wish there had been an announcement in advance. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

    Wonderful

    The Room was wonderful, the location was convenient, the layout and flow within the property were excellent, and the Onsen was unexpectedly great! We will definitely come again.

    As an IKYU Diamond m...

    As an IKYU Diamond member, I was told at check-in that I could use JPY 3,000 in Facility credit and that it would be deducted from the restaurant bill, but it was not deducted. Disappointing.

    Warm and welcoming hospitality

    Every staff member was attentive and thoughtful, never in a forced way, and provided truly pleasant hospitality. The entire Facility is simple yet elegant, and we were able to spend our time in a Room that felt exceptionally clean. Dinner was creative and very delicious. The buffet-style breakfast was also quite good.

    We stayed during Gol...

    We stayed during Golden Week! The Hotel Room was exactly like the photos—beautiful, with a kitchen and a washing machine. Everything still felt new, and it was truly comfortable. Even though it was a busy season for the Onsen, we could check how crowded it was on the in-room tablet, so we went when it was quiet and were able to relax as if we had it all to ourselves. The open-air bath was also great. While the Room and Facility were excellent, the breakfast venue was extremely disappointing... I understand it gets crowded, but since there were three of us, only counter seats were available and we were shown there. Right in front of us they were doing dishes at the sink, and next to us they noisily stacked cleared trays—it was really unpleasant. Since there are many groups, I think they should introduce time-slot reservations. Still, the Hotel Room itself was truly comfortable!

    60th Birthday Celebration

    We stayed with 10 people for a 60th birthday celebration, using a 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom rooms. We were impressed by the spaciousness, facilities, and amenities of the rooms. Thank you for the surprise cake from the Hotel in the room's refrigerator—it was very delicious. The Onsen large bath was wonderful, and the pleasant fragrance throughout the facility was very relaxing. For dinner, we reserved a private room and enjoyed a leisurely meal with our family. The surprise plate art and fireworks for dessert were truly touching. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. It was an unforgettable stay for such a special occasion—the best accommodation experience ever! Thank you to all staff members for your courteous and kind service. We also appreciated having access to an underground parking lot. We will definitely return again!

    First Stay in Snowy Niseko

    For our first visit to Niseko, we stayed at The Ritz-Carlton on the first night and Snow Niseko on the second. Although it was just my wife and me, we chose a 4-bedroom Room because we wanted one with an open-air bath. The building and Room were beautifully designed and well-equipped. However, the open-air bath faced the road, making it noisy with car sounds, which completely ruined the relaxing experience. I even had to use earplugs in the bath for the first time since staying at Fufu Nara. Breakfast offered more variety than usual and was quite delicious. The large public bath lacked a view, so we didn’t use it. After checking out, we had lunch at the sushi restaurant within the Hotel; they kindly extended our checkout time for us—an excellent service touch—and the sushi was very tasty as well. While disappointed by the open-air bath situation, everything else about our stay was exceptional—the view of Mount Yotei from our Room being especially memorable!

    I requested an upgrade at the time of reservation, but there was no explanation during check-in. We focus on breakfast, offering a wide variety of salads. During my 3-night stay, the menu changed daily. The sauna should have a löyly option. The cold bath is spacious and comfortable with good water temperature. Wi-Fi is weak and needs improvement. It would be better if no additional parking fees were charged.

    Colleagues from outside the region were also satisfied.

    This was my second visit, and this time I stayed with a colleague from outside the region. As always, it was a wonderful stay, and my colleague was also very satisfied. I had reserved a bike in advance, which I could use smoothly, and everything from the room to the meals and bath was perfect. Since it was during Obon season, it was busier than my previous visit, but the bath wasn't as crowded as I expected. Breakfast was quite busy with some waiting time, but that’s understandable. I stayed for two nights, and both days featured different menus; there were even new items like pancakes that weren’t available during my last visit—so no chance of getting bored! Unfortunately, due to morning activities planned ahead of time, breakfast felt rushed this trip; next time I’d love to enjoy it more leisurely. There was also a treasure hunt event within the facility this time around—it added extra fun to our stay! I hope to visit again soon!

    The Best Stay

    I spent my summer vacation at this Hotel. First, the Room is spacious and relaxing. Additionally, having a washing machine and dishwasher is very convenient. The Onsen and gym are excellent, allowing you to enjoy your stay at your own pace. The breakfast is delicious, offering both the atmosphere of Hokkaido and an international vibe.

    We stayed as a family of 9 in a 2-bed and 3-bed room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and wonderful, leaving us very satisfied. The grandchildren were also delighted. In the heat of summer, Snow Niseko was the perfect retreat and an ideal place for a long stay. It was a hotel we would love to visit again. We want to come back in summer!

    The facility was very clean. Dinner was delicious, but the breakfast buffet was average. The Wi-Fi was very slow. However, it is acceptable considering the accommodation fee. The paid underground parking was convenient as it rained during checkout.

    A Highly Satisfying Stay in Niseko

    This was my first stay, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The Hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. From the main street, the building doesn’t appear very large, but it extends far back and is actually quite a sizable Hotel. The hallways featured numerous displays with beautiful designs; however, some people might find it a bit confusing to navigate (my father got lost). As for dining, from breakfast to dinner, while the variety wasn’t extensive, everything was incredibly delicious. In Niseko, it’s surprisingly common for Hotel restaurants to be unavailable (closed during certain seasons or only open in the morning), so having access to consistently operating restaurants offering great meals without inconvenience is quite important. The staff even remembered our Room number—excellent service! On a smaller note but worth mentioning: there were plenty of power outlets and USB ports in both the Room and business center. It was so convenient that I never had any trouble finding one wherever I went—truly impressive! Since this visit happened during a quiet season with fewer guests around, I could relax fully at my own pace. Having stayed at several Hotels and condominiums in Niseko before now—I can confidently say this one stands out as the best! I'm already looking forward to returning in August for another stay. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable experience!

    It was a wonderful s...

    It was a wonderful stay. The meals at the particularly lovely restaurant were very delicious and we enjoyed them greatly. I received an email for check-in in advance, so I requested a pick-up from the station in the remarks column, but there was no reply confirming it, so I called to check. It would have been reassuring if there had been a simple reply by email. The room was clean and easy to use, and I would like to use it for a ski trip next time.

    I repeated my stay. It's still good.

    Since my visit on the second day of its opening, it had been a while since I stayed here, but I was soothed by the unchanged wonderful hot springs, luxurious atmosphere, and the excellent service of the staff. The room was spacious and well-equipped, which was fantastic. The only downside was that the room heating wasn't on yet, so it was cold at night in autumn Hokkaido. Also, it was my first time having the Merimero dinner, and it was incredibly delicious despite being reasonably priced. The doneness of the lean meat was perfect. The carpaccio had a unique flavor that was amazing. The freshly fried potato chips were interesting and tasty. The breakfast, which was disappointing last time, was replaced with a wonderful buffet, and I was very satisfied. The grilled salmon, in particular, was incredibly delicious. I think the café latte, carefully prepared from the morning, is the best in Niseko.
