    Beyond expectations! We were extremely satisfied!

    The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

    I thought it was very good, but...

    I thought it was a very relaxing and nice hotel, but at the very end, there seemed to be a machine malfunction that caused double charges on my credit card. Even though I was told they would contact me later due to my busy schedule, I had to follow up multiple times as there was no response from the manager. It’s concerning when such issues arise in hotels staffed only by foreign workers. The bath was a bit disappointing... Whether taking a bath or showering, even after adjusting the temperature, it didn’t get hot enough. It took time for my body to warm up at the lower temperature. Since it was summer, I managed somehow, but I didn’t feel fully warmed during my stay. Breakfast included: The drinks in the refrigerator and breakfast consisting of light meals like fruits, soup, and bread were somewhat satisfying for me. However, for those expecting more from breakfast, it might not be sufficient at all.

    It was excellent.

    The Room had welcome drinks with wine and coffee, which was great. There were also various other beverages and snacks available. The Room was very clean as well. Having a ReFa hair dryer was also a wonderful touch. This time, I didn’t try the restaurant’s food, but I’d love to stay again and try it next time.

    It was relaxing.

    All drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary, which was delightful. I was surprised to receive a whole bottle of wine as well. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I had a wonderful evening. However, the only downside was the gap between the curtains and the window, which let in light from outside even late at night. I look forward to staying here again!

    It is a good Hotel.

    An unexpected hidden gem of a Hotel in this area. While the rising prices of hotels in Tokyo can be overwhelming, this Hotel stands out with its spacious Rooms, modern design, and excellent Facilities—all at a reasonable price that is traveler-friendly. The dining experience is convenient with a large dining table in the Room, allowing guests to enjoy meals from the Hotel's room service. While not extraordinary, the food quality is sufficient and satisfying. On the other hand, breakfast options are quite limited and may not suit those who prefer a hearty morning meal. Personally, I appreciate casual and cozy Hotels like this one over typical grand Hotels. With great access to various tourist spots, it’s definitely a recommended choice. I look forward to staying here again!

    A “stay-and-dine” concept: a small luxury hotel.

    The concept of a “stay-and-dine” Accommodation was refreshingly unique. The lobby doubles as a restaurant, and there are various upscale restaurants in the adjacent dining building operated by the same company; you can order delivery from them and eat in your Room. The Room also had a selection of drinks such as bottled wine and light snacks, all complimentary. I wanted to fully enjoy this interesting system, but unfortunately I had a work banquet and couldn’t use it for dinner. Breakfast was included free of charge. It was light—bread, soup, fruit, etc.—but good quality and delicious. I stayed in a king-bed Room. The cleanliness, stylish design, up-to-date equipment, and high-quality amenities were excellent. However, one of the Room’s lighting switches was broken and I couldn’t turn the lights off. I noticed late at night right before going to bed; there weren’t many staff available and it couldn’t be fixed, so I had no choice but to turn off the master power switch to make the Room dark. They apologized politely the next morning, but given that it was a fairly premium Accommodation Fee, it was disappointing.

    Completely Satisfied

    I stayed for four nights at the end of the year. I was completely satisfied with everything, from the staff's service to the cleanliness of the guest rooms, the Facility, and the amenities. The location is also very convenient, being about a 5-minute walk to Kinshicho Station on the subway. I would definitely like to use it again the next time I stay in Tokyo.

    I have made the reservation again!

    I used the dinner-included plan. As mentioned in other posts, I almost tripped over the step right after getting off the elevator. It's dimly lit, so first-timers should be cautious. The room was stylish with thoughtful touches throughout. I felt the owner's attention to detail in the amenities. The complimentary drink service in the in-room refrigerator was also appreciated. The deduction in points is due to the step issue and the fact that the room I chose only had a shower. Sorry for the personal reasons. Dinner was enjoyed at "RYUDUKI TEPPAN." I was amazed by the aquarium at the entrance, feeling as if I had entered another world. The carefully prepared meals, beautiful tableware, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the staff's demeanor and conversation were all very pleasant. After the meal, we were guided by the staff to a separate room for dessert, which was yet another vast space of a different world! With a fireplace, Italian-made sofas, foreign furnishings, and effects that made it look like rain was falling on the windows, it was so comfortable that I couldn't move for a while and stayed quite long. I liked it so much that I made a reservation for next year, so I look forward to visiting again. Next time, I would be delighted to enjoy my meal while watching the cooking at the counter.

    It was a very wonder...

    It was a very wonderful hotel. Located within a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, this hotel was very convenient for transportation. We stayed to celebrate my companion's birthday, and the hotel staff kindly upgraded our room. Not only that staff, but also the foreign staff members were very friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable. We stayed in a room called the Party Dining Room, and we were satisfied with the atmosphere of the bath and dining area, as well as the complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo. Thank you very much.

    A new sensation Stays

    It is surprisingly rare to find a hotel where dining in the room is standard. For a man traveling alone, a buffet breakfast in a restaurant can be quite unsettling, especially in places with many couples and families. I chose this place because they deliver breakfast to the room. The quantity and taste are impeccable. Furthermore, all beverages in the room, including water, juice, and wine, are free. It was a great hotel filled with all the things you wish for. The amenities are abundant, and the room is clean. I believe the key point of this hotel is maintaining the cleanliness that does not compromise in-room dining, so I hope they continue to uphold the current standards. I will use it again.

    I had a comfortable night!!

    - Very satisfied. In particular, the complimentary red wine was easy to drink, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just the right amount, with soup, coffee, bread with butter, and fruit, which was nice. If there was a little salad, it would be perfect. - Also, the indoor slippers were fluffy and perfect. - What I wanted was a toothbrush, and it would have been nice to have video services, even if they were paid.
