The True Pleasure of an Auberge

A welcoming Accommodation with exceptional hospitality
We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. From before our stay, the team kindly helped us with menu requests and planning a surprise, which made us feel at ease and ready for the day. On the day, we were picked up at the nearest station with the Shuttle Service, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The Room atmosphere was wonderful—an exceptional space that truly felt like an escape from everyday life. The food was absolutely delicious, and we could tell how much care went into every dish. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding, and from our pre-stay communication through checkout, we were comfortable throughout. Our special anniversary became an unforgettable memory. We would love to stay again—this is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.

As always, we had a ...
As always, we had a wonderful time. The chef, sommelier, owner, and staff all maintain the perfect balance of hospitality. Thank you for the warm experience. The food keeps getting even more delicious, and the pairings were excellent. We were also delighted to be guided to see the fireflies. Looking forward to visiting again in autumn!

Luxury Kamakura Stay!
It was my first stay, but I thoroughly enjoyed a blissful Kamakura experience. The friendly and hospitable service from the hostess, chef, sommelier, manager, and all the staff was incredibly comforting. The live kitchen Italian dinner paired with the best marriage wines became even more delightful with enjoyable conversations with the staff—it made me drink more wine than usual! Breakfast was an excellent healthy Japanese meal featuring fresh and carefully selected ingredients; I finished every bite of the rice cooked in a traditional pot! In the wonderful room renovated from an old warehouse of a traditional house, I could relax and rest peacefully. Thank you for providing such an extraordinary time. I look forward to staying in another room during a different season.

A hotel in Kamakura where you can relax quietly.
This is a very beautiful and luxurious hotel limited to two groups, renovated from a 170-year-old traditional house and warehouse with a spacious garden, located in a quiet area of Kamakura. The staff's service is excellent, and they provide shuttle service and plenty of information about Kamakura. There are also many temples around that you can visit on foot. Enjoy creative Italian cuisine at the live kitchen counter, and the wine selection was also good. The room's microbubble bath was warm and felt like an Onsen. I would like to visit again.

Kamakura: Koko
The second visit to Kamakura. Kokon is still the best. Above all, the staff is wonderful. Additionally, the seasonal cuisine is delicious. The mysterious dish names and the chef's lively presentation and craftsmanship! Delicious and enjoyable meals with a relaxing setting. This time, I also got along well with Alexa, and thanks to that, I was able to retreat! I look forward to the handmade chocolate terrine by the landlady and want to say "I'm home" when I return.

Kamakura Cocon Favorites
I used Kamakura Kokon for the first time. A wonderful property with nostalgic yet convenient features, renovated from an old house. I was anxious about the winding narrow residential roads until I arrived, but felt relieved when I saw the Kokon sign! Koi swim in the pond of the beautifully maintained garden. The Taisho glass reminded me of my childhood. It's a very relaxing space, perfect for a retreat. Although it's not an onsen, I don't mind, so no problem! I just felt that it would be nice if the washing area was a bit larger. The bed and pillow suited me well! The food was delicious, and the staff's service was excellent, making it a property I want to revisit. Next time, I would like to stay in the other of the two rooms. The landlady's special welcome sweets, gateau chocolat, were also exquisite.

I want to visit again.
We visited as a family for the first time in three years. Three years ago, we visited with fear and anxiety after discovering an illness the day before. The room, the food, and the service were wonderful, and I hoped to return again, which was followed by hospitalization and surgery. We were finally able to visit again and were impressed by the beautiful scenery and delicious food. Ah, there are various things, but I reaffirmed my determination to work hard so that we can come here again. The conversation with the staff was enjoyable and broadened my perspective.
