Executive Floor Stay
About a three-minute walk from the Kabuki-za Theatre, it was very convenient—I could return right away even after the evening performance ended. This time I stayed on the Executive Floor, so in the evening I relaxed at the bar, enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres while taking in Ginza’s streetscape and night views. The platter included smoked salmon and prosciutto, and I could also choose pickles and nuts; it was great that these were included. For alcohol there was champagne, several wines, whisky, and sake, but cocktails were charged separately. I took some soup back to my Room and it was delicious, but carrying hot soup to the Room in a paper cup felt unsafe. The Room was a twin; not spacious, but it had a separate bathroom with a rain shower. There is a washing area, but no space for changing clothes. When I first entered the Room, it was lovely that the curtains opened with music. The view faced another building, but I could still enjoy some night scenery at an angle. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was fluent and polite. On departure day when I asked about transportation to Yokohama, I was told to walk to Ginza Station rather than use nearby Higashi-Ginza Station—but you can go directly from Higashi-Ginza Station too, right? When pulling a suitcase through Ginza, shorter is better—so why?

Convenient location
A great location for enjoying Ginza. As for a healthy breakfast, it seems to focus on protein, but I still wished they at least offered a salad. Most of the bread was sweet, so I wouldn’t really call it healthy. The staff were very kind.

Highly recommended for your stay in Ginza!
I stayed in a Junior Suite, and the moment I entered the Room, Bach music started playing, and the curtains opened automatically—what a surprise! The round bathtub was spacious and very comfortable for bathing. Although the view from the Room was of a neighboring building, which was disappointing, the Room's facilities were satisfactory. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, but it felt just right after having a heavy dinner the night before. With an excellent location, I highly recommend it for staying in Ginza.

It was a very comfortable stay.
The Room was spacious, and the bedding was excellent. The Plan included delicious cake and sparkling wine, making it a wonderful memory. While there was instant drip coffee available in the Room, it was a bit disappointing that there were no coffee or tea options on the room service menu. However, the staff's response was very kind and prompt, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is also great, and I would definitely like to stay again.

Direct access from Haneda Airport!
When making the Reservation, I chose based on criteria such as being in Ginza, having a reasonable Room size, and not being overly expensive. After checking out, I planned to head to Haneda Airport and only searched for transfer routes at the last minute due to certain circumstances. That’s when I realized how incredibly convenient this Hotel is! From the Kabukiza entrance (Exit 4), just a 1-minute walk from the Hotel, you can take the Asakusa Line at Higashi-Ginza Station directly to Haneda Airport (though not all trains are direct). Now I understand why it’s so popular among international travelers. The Room makes excellent use of its limited space and has been designed with a touch that feels fitting for Bach's melodies—very pleasant. While it’s clear that the young staff are working hard, there is one point I'd like to mention: in some less noticeable areas, there was a slight amount of dust remaining. Although it must be challenging work, I hope this can be improved.

Highly Satisfied
Located in a quiet area at the end of Ginza Miyuki Street. The staff were pleasant, and it was a great Hotel. I will stay here again. The free-flow is highly recommended.

Regarding the front desk staff, while having foreign staff is not an issue, we would prefer those with sufficient Japanese language comprehension and communication skills. During check-in, I had to repeat my name several times before being understood, and the explanation of accommodation rules in Japanese was difficult to hear and understand. Although they seemed fluent when conversing with foreign guests, I had to repeatedly confirm the content of explanations on my end. Not all staff were like this as there were several present, but I strongly feel that Japanese language training for front desk staff should be more thorough.

It was a very nice Hotel.
I stayed for three nights in the Bach Corner King on the 15th floor as I had plans to see a play nearby. I often use luxury hotels in Japan, such as The Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Palace Hotel Tokyo, and Imperial Hotel. However, this time I decided to try a hotel I hadn't stayed at before and ended up choosing this one. Before my stay, I felt slightly uneasy after reading reviews on IKYU.com, but that uneasiness disappeared completely during check-in. The front desk staff were all friendly with warm smiles and very kind. Just like other hotels I've stayed at, they had already delivered my pre-sent suitcase to the room. I really liked the layout of the Bach Corner King room. Most notably, the sofa and round table placed along the corner of the room were so convenient that I spent most of my time there when not sleeping! On the other hand, although I thought I'd use it beforehand, I didn’t end up using the desk during this trip (laughs). Another highlight was having a dresser placed by a window where natural light could shine through—it was such a nice touch! The location is also convenient with three convenience stores nearby. While it's concerning that there seem to be more street racers around Ginza every year (laughs), spending evenings in an area that's not overly quiet wasn’t bad at all. Overall, thanks to how comfortable my room was during this stay, I felt relaxed throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t have an opportunity to use either the lounge or restaurant this time around but would love to return soon for another stay! Lastly—and most importantly—I deeply appreciate how attentive all staff members were; from delivering ice or cutlery directly to my room and beyond—they truly made me feel welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

Very comfortable
Stayed for 4 nights due to surgery at the clinic on Suzuran Street. It was very convenient as I could reach it by going straight down Miyuki Street in a wheelchair. The room plan was user-friendly, and I loved the calm and tasteful design.

The location and the atmosphere of the Room are excellent.
The Executive Corner Twin Room was spacious and included a small desk, making it comfortable to use. A 2000 yen voucher for the hotel restaurant was provided, but since I had already made a reservation at another restaurant, I might have used it if I had known in advance. As there are no other hotels with a club lounge in the Ginza area, it was nice to have access even though it was small.

Conveniently located...
Conveniently located and compactly designed, it felt like an elegant Business Hotel. However, there were many issues with customer service. Despite the hotel's efforts, there was no guidance or interaction from the staff, giving the impression that they were merely completing their tasks without showing consideration for guests. What was particularly disappointing was the experience at the bar in the evening. The loud conversation between a guest at the counter and the bartender overshadowed what could have been a quiet and enjoyable time listening to piano music. With better training for staff, this Hotel has great potential to improve its overall quality.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the provided amenities were very comprehensive (wine glasses and a sommelier knife were provided. Thank you very much). If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again.

Although it is a small Hotel, the twin Room was more spacious and comfortable than expected, and the breakfast was very delicious. Also, it was very close to the Shinbashi Enbujo, and it was very helpful to have a full-length mirror prepared for wearing a kimono to watch Kabuki.

A property better than imagined. The longer the stay, the more comfortable it becomes.
Reason for Choosing: I decided to try this Property as an alternative because my regular Hotel near the department stores in Ginza experienced a decline in service, price increase, and a drop in breakfast quality. Result: Very satisfied. Good Points: The location is excellent. The Room is spacious. While some Properties skip cleaning under the guise of being eco-friendly and end up dusty, this place ensures daily cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. It's supervised by a registered dietitian, and you can tell the menu is health-conscious. There are daily changing menus for Multiple Night Stays. The staff exudes hospitality and is considerate. The Facility is impressive, with high-quality selections. The drip coffee for the Room is the best I've ever had compared to other Hotels. I liked it much better than the poor-quality liquid coffee machines. I liked the hairdryer so much that I wanted to buy one for myself. The furniture and Facility are solid. There's creativity in the evening snacks. Amenities are always available. The toilet and bath are separate. It's clear that they prioritize the guests' perspective over the Property's convenience. The basics are well-maintained. Concerns: There's not enough water for the Room. Some Hotels provide large bottles for tea, so it feels lacking. While the foreign staff is pleasant, it's hard to convey complicated matters, so support from Japanese staff is necessary. It makes me anxious about whether things are being communicated correctly. I prefer brighter interiors. Bach's music is often heavy, making it hard to lift my spirits, so when I travel, I probably prefer Hotel Mozart if available. However, with the rise of pop-style Hotels (like W Hotel, Moxy, etc.), I think there's a demand for a Hotel like this that has good taste and isn't overly expensive, compared to those with too light an atmosphere.

It's so-so, I guess.
The front staff lacked a welcoming feel and did not smile. Since the hotel charges a decent price in Ginza, I think training is necessary. It seems meaningless if they don't create a sense of engagement, like offering soup with a friendly gesture. Despite calling to inquire about luggage, it took too long to check the receipt after carrying heavy luggage, and if payment in cash was required, it should have been mentioned over the phone. With three seemingly idle staff members, I would have preferred them to come and pick it up. It felt bureaucratic. The staff at check-out were smiling and pleasant. The facilities were good, with strong water pressure, and the bath filled up quickly. The music was also very pleasant.
