    Everything is wonderful.

    Our family of three stayed for two nights. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the parking staff to the front desk team—was courteous and attentive, which we really appreciated. The Room was spotless and very clean, and we were impressed throughout our stay! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was close to Kokusai-dori and the station—everything was wonderful. We would love to stay here again!

    I will never stay here again!

    The service was terrible, and the only staff were foreigners who spoke broken Japanese. The Room view was awful—right in front of a multi-story parking garage, with zero resort atmosphere. We stayed in a Room advertised as accommodating four people, but it was cramped, with beds forcibly squeezed in. The provided table and chairs were unusable. There wasn’t even space to open a suitcase. The single beds were far too hard, the wallpaper was badly scratched, and the hair dryer was a cheap-looking one that seemed like it could be bought for around 2,000 yen. There were only three washing machines and dryers in the building, and the dryer didn’t dry at all—it felt like no change from after spinning—so it was a waste of money. I will never stay here again.

    The hotel staff were...

    The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the first floor had long lines, but they moved fairly quickly, and the selection was quite varied. However, the greasy smoke smell from cooking the hamburger patties was far too strong—after breakfast, my clothes and hair smelled like oil fumes. It would be even better if the hotel could improve this.

    It was a Hotel geared toward international guests. Breakfast was also tailored to overseas visitors. It was convenient because it was close to the station. The location is good, as I could easily visit Sakaemachi Market.

    Seventh Rule

    This is what “affordable” really means.

    Great value. Next to Makishi Station on Kokusai-dori, and a 3-minute walk from Asato Station. The rooftop pool is small but very relaxing. Free breakfast. Even though it’s free, the selection is extensive—taco bar, Okinawa soba, burgers, sandwiches, and more—very well planned. We stayed in April; a 27 m² Standard Twin was JPY 15,000. There are also many group guests, so the atmosphere may be different during peak seasons.

    It was great.

    Although my flight was delayed and I arrived after check-in hours, thank you for kindly accommodating me. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. They were also very helpful with storing my luggage after check-out and arranging a taxi.

    The Hotel staff are kind.

    I wasn’t sure how to use the coffee maker in the Room, so I called the front desk from the Room, and a male staff member came up and explained it to me. Even though they are extremely busy with near-full occupancy almost every day, he was truly kind and helpful. Despite such a high occupancy rate, everything is still spotless with no signs of wear—probably thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff. The Room’s flooring was also very clean. It isn’t large, but the layout is very efficient and easy to use, and the placement of mirrors is well thought out, making it comfortable. Breakfast was good in terms of selection, but even though I tried to go at a relatively quiet time, it was crowded and noisy.

    Recommended for families and young couples.

    I stay in Naha every month, and since I’m usually traveling alone, I typically choose a Business Hotel. This time, however, I stayed with two people, so I wanted a twin bed setup with a separate bath and toilet—and ideally a larger Room. When I searched for 25 m² or more, this Hotel came up. I usually stay around Miebashi Station or Kencho-mae Station, so this was my first time using Asato Station. This is a well-appointed city Hotel with two restaurants, plus a bar and a pool—yet the rate was very reasonable. The exterior looks impressive, the interior corridors are clean with consistent colors throughout, and the Room is similarly well coordinated. To be honest, if you focus on small details you may find some finishes feel casual. Still, the Rooms are spacious and the overall service feels attentive. If you’re looking for something beyond a Business Hotel “just because,” it’s highly recommended for families and young couples. Even for solo use, it feels like an ideal choice when you want to upgrade from your usual Business Hotel. It’s close to the station and the location is excellent. The staff were also very courteous. Considering the price, I felt it offered great value for money. It also seems to have high occupancy—many dates were sold out. Breakfast is free for all guests. This may be where opinions differ. I didn’t notice any noise in the guest room areas, but the restaurant at breakfast was very crowded. The presentation looked good so my expectations were high before eating; however, it was quite lively and the food quality felt somewhat average—so I left slightly disappointed. Of course atmosphere plays a part as well—this is just my overall impression. That said, having breakfast included at this price point is truly excellent. Breakfast included / spacious Room / twin beds / separate bath and toilet With these conditions at this rate, it’s among the most affordable options in Naha, so overall satisfaction was high. (These are purely personal impressions.) I would like to stay here again when traveling as two people. Thank you very much for this stay.

    The pool was not quite up to the price. Breakfast time felt a bit too crowded. It would be better if staff responses were clearer when asked questions. However, the overall impression is not bad!

    Conveniently located near the monorail station.

    Within walking distance to Kokusai Street and Shintoshin, offering plenty of opportunities for enjoyment. However, the number of parking spaces is significantly insufficient for guests, and at night, cars overflow at the entrance driveway, which could pose a danger by obstructing evacuation during fires or emergencies.

    The service is excellent!

    Within walking distance to Kokusai Street, I stayed for one night and enjoyed the clean room with a separate bath and toilet layout. The room was not particularly spacious, but there was enough space to open two large suitcases for organizing belongings. Amenities were sufficient, and the room design was clean, user-friendly, and comfortable. The staff, especially at the front desk, provided excellent service that made my stay pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and operated on a relaxed reservation system, so there was no waiting time. However, it lacked a homemade feel and gave more of an impression of store-bought items overall, which left me slightly disappointed. Many hotels in Okinawa are known for their delicious breakfasts; perhaps my expectations were just too high.

    Best Value Urban Resort

    Located just steps from Kokusai Street, this resort offers an incredible experience at an unbeatable price. The rooftop infinity pool provides stunning views of Naha City, where you can swim and relax while enjoying drinks from the bar. Breakfast features a variety of delicious Okinawan specialties, including fresh sea grapes—a delightful touch! The staff's exceptional hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return!

    Great value for money.

    I stayed as a Business Hotel guest, and the Room was slightly small but very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of menu options and was excellent.

    Hotel suitable for young people

    Convenient transportation (connected to Kokusai Street to Makishi, Miebashi, and Kencho-mae), reasonable rates. Breakfast available but more suitable for young people, excellent cleaning staff. For Nago direction, bus service from Naha T is convenient (excluding those traveling by car).

    Overall, it was good.

    I stayed for sightseeing in Naha City on the day of arrival. A convenient hotel close to Kokusai Street. The property was new and clean. With separate bath and toilet, the bathroom had a bathtub and washing area like at home, allowing me to refresh my tired body from sightseeing. At check-in, there was guidance on the reservation system for breakfast time the next day, which I used. Breakfast included a hamburger station, and the hamburger patty was particularly delicious. There were also Okinawan dishes available, which I enjoyed. Overall, it is a good hotel if you are using it as a base for sightseeing. However, depending on the plan, perhaps parking fees of 1,800 yen per night felt expensive. Also due to being a multi-story parking lot, if departure times overlap with other guests', it takes time to exit.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I went on a trip to Okinawa for the first time in a while. While searching online for which Hotel to stay at, I found one where you can make your own hamburger at the breakfast buffet, so I decided to try this Hotel. I thought it was located a bit away from Kokusai Street, but it was actually within walking distance of Kokusai Street, and more importantly, it was also within walking distance of the Yui Rail, making it a very conveniently located place. As for the Hotel Room, I requested a room with a good view, but since it was on the second floor, the view wasn't that great. However, I thought it was definitely in a convenient location.

    The heating did not work even though it was winter.

    The Room at the Hotel was neat and nice. At the breakfast restaurant, we were asked for our preferred time, but it was just a preference, and we had to wait. There are 150 seats on the first floor, and we were able to get in after waiting for about 10 minutes. The restaurant also had a wide variety of menu items, and everything was delicious. The problem was that there was no heating in the Room. Even in Okinawa, on a cold day with a minimum temperature of 15 degrees, although there was an air conditioning switch, only the dehumidifier for the cooler was available, and the heating menu did not appear. When I called the front desk, they said it was a central heating system, and the heating menu did not appear. It felt too cold to sleep. I received a blanket, but I think I won't stay again except in summer. The location was good, and the service was good, so it was a bit disappointing.

    The Room was clean.

    The building and room were clean as it seemed to be a relatively new hotel, and it was very appreciated that Child Sharing Existing Bedding for elementary school students was free. Although there was no large public bath, the bath was independent, so I took my time soaking. There were many foreigners, and the area near the front desk was crowded, and we had to wait for the elevator. The dining area was also busy, but the breakfast was full of ideas and enjoyable!

    Balance is good, but satisfaction is 65 points.

    The Facility is newly equipped. It's located on a corner lot, so it's understandable, but it's difficult to access by car. The breakfast burger's meat was sausage-like, lacking the meaty and juicy quality, and despite being self-made, it fell short of expectations.

    The room was new and...

    The room was new and clean, but since the neighboring building was an apartment, we couldn't open or close the windows at all for privacy protection. It's fine, but I think it would be more considerate to have a note explaining this at the time of reservation. There is a fee for using the pool, which costs 1,000 yen per person. The breakfast had a wide variety and we were able to enjoy it every day. Overall, when considering the cost and content, it was satisfactory.

    Cost performance 100 points!

    It was difficult to find any negative points; everything was just great! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and the quality was so high that it was hard to believe it was free. I was very satisfied. The luggage storage service before and after my stay was also very helpful. Kokusai Street is within walking distance, so you can enjoy it until late. I would love to use this place again!
