    The breakfast was delicious.

    The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

    The breakfast is excellent!

    We stayed for one night before heading north. Our family used both the Main Building and the Premium Building. The Room in the Main Building was very simple, while the Premium Building had more stylish, carefully selected furnishings. However, from the Premium Building you have to go outside and walk to the Main Building to use the baths, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no water in the water dispenser on the first floor of the Premium Building, so I’d like staff to check it more frequently. The meals focus on locally sourced ingredients and are thoughtfully prepared—everything was delicious! It’s a shame we couldn’t try it all in just one day.

    Premier Building

    I stayed at this Accommodation at the end of March. Since there were three of us, I made a Reservation for a Deluxe Premium Room expecting a more spacious Room. The Room was large, and the bed was excellent and very comfortable. However, it rained that day. After parking, we had to go to the main building front desk to check in, and then move on to the Premium building. Honestly, carrying large luggage from the parking lot → main building → Premium building was inconvenient, and walking along an uncovered passageway in the rain is not ideal. In addition, both meals and the public bath required walking as well. The Premium building is inconvenient in every way!!

    Right in the heart of American Village

    This was my first stay. The Hotel is located right in the heart of American Village. The convenience is a perfect 100 out of 100. There’s a convenience store directly connected to the hotel lobby, and restaurants are just steps away once you step outside. Parking is free and located next to the hotel. The Room was clean and spacious enough. Unfortunately, my Room didn’t have an ocean view but instead faced Hilton Chatan—still, no complaints! It’s an ideal Hotel for enjoying food and drinks in American Village. I also appreciated the variety of options, from business-like Rooms to luxurious ones with pools—it offers great flexibility for different needs. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting American Village!

    The Onsen in the Room of the Premier Building is excellent! But...

    I stayed in late February to watch the professional baseball open games. I didn't have an image of Onsen in Okinawa, but I heard that the bath in the Premier Building of Lequ has Onsen water, so I decided to stay. The bath itself is a typical one, but the Onsen water was at just the right temperature and felt great. Also, the fully automatic washing machine provided in the room was extremely convenient. However, it seemed that the windows in the hallway of the Premier Building were always closed even during cleaning, and when I checked in and went up by elevator, there was a very musty smell. When I entered my room as well, I initially thought "ugh," but eventually got used to it or maybe it dissipated. I had no complaints about cleanliness at all; however, after making jasmine tea (sanpin-cha), used tea bags were left on a plate while new ones were replenished next to them without being removed. This made me wonder if that's what plates are for. There was only one pillow available which made sleeping or leaning against a hard headboard inconvenient. Breakfast seemed relatively inexpensive but became monotonous during Multiple Night Stays due to lack of variety. As for customer service—it wasn't particularly good either way; meals required self-cleanup which wasn’t an issue except that indoor lighting felt dim as if lights weren’t turned on properly inside dining areas. Overall though—the Onsen & washing machine were absolutely fantastic!

    Recommended for family trips!

    It was my first time staying in this room after a long time, and it was spacious enough for 4 adults and 1 child! However, perhaps due to the season, I was concerned about the dust and the smell of the sheets. The slippers were not disposable, and when I couldn't use them, I injured my little toe (it was fractured, but it was my fault for not using the slippers), so I hope they provide slippers even in non-cheap rooms. I visit Okinawa 2-3 times a year, but this time was the first with my son's family! We chose this place because the winter pool was available, and it was heartwarming to see my son's family playing in the pool with a great view! We used the welcome lounge and enjoyed snacks and drinks before dinner. The BAR staff were very kind, and although I had stayed several times before, I had never visited the BAR, but now I look forward to enjoying it next time thanks to the wonderful staff! Thank you for being kind to my grandchild. Considering the move from the premium building to the pool, it would have been nice to have a pool bag. I used the ticket for the Zhivago coffee I received as a welcome drink the next morning. It was a famous shop in the American Village that I had visited many times but never had the chance to go to, so I was happy. I enjoyed it with bagels and croissants for breakfast! The welcome drink in the room also included juice that my grandchild could drink, which was helpful. I knew the room pool was not usable at this time of year, but as a part of the location, I was glad to choose this room. One thing about the toilet. I don't think it can be changed now, but isn't the position of the toilet paper a mistake? It was difficult for me to reach, and my husband, who is large and has stiff joints, struggled even more... I mentioned a few points of dissatisfaction, but overall, I am satisfied, and my son's family says they want to stay at this hotel again for the next summer trip, so if possible, I would like to stay in the Diamond section as well.

    Whether you like American Village or not

    The evaluation may change depending on whether you like American Village or not— For our family, it felt like it was enough already. We stayed at the beginning of November, and the Christmas decorations at the entrance were splendid. The drink and ice cream service in the lobby was also delightful.
