    First Time in Enoshima

    I made a reservation to visit Kamakura, which my husband wanted to visit, and which I had always wanted to go to. On the first day, we went to the New Enoshima Aquarium and walked along the coast to get there. There is a proper sidewalk, so we could leisurely pull our suitcases along (though it was a bit bumpy). The room was a tatami room, so it was a pity that we couldn't see the beach, but the large windows made it bright and reassuring. There were various delicious local treats to accompany the tea, and we immediately enjoyed them with some tea. We walked a lot, so we planned to relax until dinner, but since the reviews mentioned that the sunset was beautiful, we walked to the Enoshima area before dinner, sat on the beach steps for a while, and were able to relax in a location that was truly wonderful. The meals, both morning and evening, were made with local ingredients and homemade seasonings, and we were able to enjoy them deliciously and happily. It was a popular place, so it was full at night, and there were times when the food didn't come out one after another, but we were able to eat leisurely, so we didn't feel like we were kept waiting that much, but we were repeatedly apologized to for the wait when we left, which made us feel humbled. The breakfast was also delicious, with side dishes that went well with the white rice (actually porridge, next time I'll have porridge. It would be delicious with sesame-marinated white fish on top), and my husband and daughter had seconds. Originally, we could have stayed until 12:00 with the IKYU benefits, but we checked out before 10:00 to visit the Great Buddha and tour Kamakura, but next time I would like to visit with a schedule that allows us to relax. My husband really liked the soba for dinner and said he wanted to have it for lunch the next day as well. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

    For the price

    I had imagined a room with a view of the sea in Kamakura, but from the window, there was only a road and houses. The room was not very spacious, and I somehow didn't feel at ease. It's disappointing.

    It was an oceanfront...

    It was an oceanfront with a view of Enoshima and the Shonan coast, and as a luxury hotel, the service, amenities, and facilities were all very satisfactory. The soba noodles were also very delicious. In the middle of the night, a group of cars with loud noises passed by the national highway in front of us several times, waking us up each time. I hope they take measures such as soundproof glass. There were many types of complimentary alcoholic beverages such as champagne, sake, and beer, and as someone who drinks in moderation, it would have been nice to have an alternative service.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    Not only is there a spectacular view of the Enoshima sea right in front of you, but all the staff provide excellent service with a smile. I truly thought, let's come here again!

    The best hospitality

    We used the Hotel for a 2-day, 1-night trip around Shonan and Kamakura, renting bicycles as a couple. From the moment we were guided to the bicycle parking area at check-in, we were delighted by the very courteous service. The Room was spacious and clean, with a separate bath and toilet, allowing us to relax comfortably. Moreover, drinks, including local beer, were all-inclusive! We couldn't be happier. From the terrace attached to the Room, we could also see the beautiful sunset over the Shonan coast! For breakfast, we had a Japanese meal, which was very delicious with a variety of side dishes that were fun to look at. The rolled omelet was excellent! We were served porridge, but if I had to say, it would be nice to have the option to choose between porridge and regular white rice. The restaurant staff's smiling hospitality made us feel great from the morning. I truly think it's a Hotel where you can have a pleasant stay.

    I probably won't repeat.

    A Bit Harsh, But My Thoughts For the price I paid this time, I think I would have been more satisfied staying at a hotel in Tokyo. The room felt cramped. The terrace also gave me a "Is this really a terrace?" kind of feeling. I chose the plan with two meals included, but since there are various restaurants nearby, it might be better to eat out. The food was just okay. I wanted to be a bit more impressed.

    Satisfied

    I stayed here in July and found the location to be excellent and the food very delicious, so I chose to stay again this time. I always book a room with a sea view, relax on the rooftop watching the sunset and the Enoden, and refresh myself. I would like to visit again next summer.

    Wonderful hospitality! I would love to stay again!

    I booked a king bed room with meals for one night and two days to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. From the reservation to checkout, the hospitality was excellent, and we had a very satisfying stay! First, I arranged for a bouquet in advance via email, and their quick and courteous response was very helpful. On the day, we were welcomed with delicious soba tea and wonderful staff, and the flower surprise in the room was a great success. As for the amenities and item selection in the facility, as others have mentioned in reviews, there was great attention to detail, and it was excellent! Just one thing, due to my lack of research, skincare items were not included in the amenities, so if I have the opportunity to stay again, I will make sure to bring my overnight set. Also, all the meals were delicious, and my companion and I finished everything while saying how tasty it was. The portions were just right for adult men and women. It was the best birthday celebration. Thank you very much.

    A wonderful hotel no matter where you look.

    I stayed for one night without meals. The room had a view of the sea, and I could enjoy the scenery from the terrace, which was just the right size. The free drinks in the refrigerator and the snacks we received as a member benefit were plentiful, and it was simply the best. We had our 3-year-old child with us, and they provided amenities for children as well. When I wanted ice for a drink in the evening, I asked the front desk, and they promptly prepared it for us, which was very helpful. Both the hotel and the staff were wonderful, and we had a very pleasant time. Next time, I would like to stay with a meal plan. Thank you very much.
