    This Hotel offers exceptional hospitality.

    We stayed at the Accommodation on the last day of our trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Arriving with excitement after being picked up in a luxury car, we were warmly welcomed by the smiling staff. When we entered our Room, we were delighted by the beautiful interior, a teepee and treats for our dog, and thoughtful hospitality such as chilled champagne and wonderful sweets—our dog was just as excited as we were. They also kindly accommodated our request to take a pre-dinner stroll together with our dog, which became a truly memorable experience. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding, of course, but we were especially touched by an unexpected surprise after the meal. It became a very happy anniversary. Thank you for your heartfelt hospitality. It was a wonderful Hotel where each member of the staff worked with energy and pride.

    Hospitality & Service The staff’s service was exceptionally professional, with thoughtful attention throughout our stay and a perfect sense of distance. It was warm, refined service that truly felt like the “ultimate guest experience.” Stay with Our Dog (Dog-Friendly) We stayed with our dog this time, and everything was well prepared—our dog remained relaxed and rested comfortably throughout. Even with a pet, you can unwind without hesitation and enjoy a luxurious, peaceful time. Breakfast We had breakfast at the Hotel only, and both the quality and overall satisfaction were outstanding. There were plenty of menu options, making it a wonderful dining experience—including the fun of choosing. Overall Review The space, service, and food all far exceeded our expectations. This is a truly special Accommodation that we sincerely hope to visit again.

    A 5-star rating is not enough, an incredibly wonderful Hotel!

    We stayed to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many Michelin-listed hotels and highly-rated hotels on IKYU, but Shinmonzen-sama was truly an outstanding hotel that stands apart from others! It is truly incomparable. Starting with a shuttle service in a Benz to the hotel, they strive to accommodate even exclusive establishments as much as possible. Our stay began with an original special champagne (a gift in a bottle), a whole cake, and room decorations, along with the thoughtful gesture of placing our photos in a photo frame! We were deeply moved at this point! You can also experience world-class art pieces by Tadao Ando and others in the room and lobby. The room amenities, drinks in the refrigerator, and snacks are all carefully selected and wonderful. The room facilities are stylish and extremely comfortable, making us sigh with contentment while sitting on the sofa. Additionally, there are activities available to guide you around the area if desired. My husband participated and returned very excited, saying he had a great time. We also had both dinner and breakfast at the adjoining Jean-Georges restaurant, and the taste was top-notch. It is simply too wonderful to express in words, and there are too many amazing aspects to write about! If you are interested, please stay! I believe you will receive satisfaction beyond the price! Unique. This word perfectly describes this hotel! We will definitely visit again!
