    It was excellent.

    As it was my birthday, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was happy that you had prepared gifts as well. Also, you kindly held a special fireworks launch event during my stay, and I had a wonderful time. I would like to visit again.

    Family Trip

    We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The Room was clean and well maintained. Perhaps because it’s by the sea, insects kept getting into the Room from somewhere. I also wish the shampoo and other bath amenities in the Room were a bit better. They made my hair feel stiff and rough. The scent was also quite strong. Breakfast was average. The omelet was delicious. After staying 4 nights, having the same items every day got boring. I’d like to see more variety, even if it changes daily. Also, the rice was dry and crumbly. For dinner, we tried both the Italian restaurant and the grill. Both were delicious—we were satisfied. The pool is very cold at night. We went during the Obon holiday period, but I’d like at least the indoor pool to be heated at night, or for it to be warmed to about jacuzzi temperature. It was so cold that we were shivering. The staff were kind and provided courteous service. The sea was very beautiful, and the fireworks were wonderful as well. Although there were a few disappointing points, it was a lovely Hotel that we would like to use again.

    Standard Hotel

    At check-in, I was assisted by a foreign staff member, but their language skills were insufficient. Even though there were three dining venues, the explanation was unclear, so I had to ask another staff member and ended up going through the same process twice. Also, during meals it felt like there were not enough staff, and I could not even ask what I needed. It made me wonder whether the staff training is adequate. At checkout, my Hotel charges were stated loudly enough for people around to hear, and no one offered a farewell greeting when I left. Overall, I was dissatisfied with everything. Considering this is Hilton-level service including hospitality, it was very disappointing. I stayed in an Executive Room, and the dinner and breakfast, the view from the Room, the cleanliness of the Room, and the beauty of the beach were all excellent. I have stayed at many wonderful Hotels through IKYU in the past, but this was my least satisfying experience.

    Amazing views

    I have stayed at Hilton Sesoko Island every summer vacation since it opened. The quality of service has declined year by year. In the past, we could check out at the lounge and use the evening cocktail service without time restrictions, which made it feel special, but now it feels rushed. Previously, the lounge offerings changed daily, but this year the menu was the same two days in a row. However, the view from the balcony and being able to walk to the beach are wonderful, so I think I will visit again.

    The Room and lounge ...

    The Room and lounge felt a bit small, but the service and quality of the amenities were truly what you’d expect from Hilton. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. The staff were kind, and it felt like they were well trained.

    Teppanyaki Restaurant

    It was disappointing that the onions in the onion gratin soup at the teppanyaki restaurant were burnt and didn’t taste good. The steak was delicious, though. Also, voices on the dining floor echoed and made it noisy, so I think it would be better to replace the ceiling with sound-absorbing materials.

    A relaxing Resort Hotel on Sesoko Island

    A spacious resort located in the best spot on Sesoko Island provided a truly relaxing experience. The beach was nearby, and even in winter, I enjoyed peaceful walks and a leisurely time in the warm Okinawan weather. The heated pool was pleasantly warm, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable time. The buffet meals were abundant, but eating both breakfast and dinner there led to overeating, which I later regretted.

    Aggressive solicitation methods for Grant Vacation membership.

    I was invited by a campaign notice and went to the counter, only to find it was a membership recruitment desk for the Hotel. Before receiving any novelty items, I was subjected to solicitation. Sensing this from the staff's approach, I left promptly without taking anything. Using prizes as bait to lure people into buying memberships is unpleasant! Even at airports, they conduct such activities, but using prize-winning offers within the Hotel leaves a bad impression at the end of one's stay. Sell openly without relying on giveaways!

    No yukata available.

    I entered the Room and looked for a yukata but couldn't find it, so I called the concierge. They informed me it was in the closet behind the mirror, but after searching again, I still couldn't find it and called once more. Upon informing them that it wasn't there, they brought one to my Room. Since this is part of the first impression upon entering the Room, I hope such details are checked thoroughly.

    We stayed for a mult...

    We stayed for a multiple night stay of 2 nights this time. Since we booked different plans, it was a bit complicated, and there were some concerns such as the card key not working from the second day and only two beds being set up instead of the planned three. Additionally, the shower switch in the bathroom was stiff and couldn’t be pressed, so we had to wash with water coming out like a faucet instead of a proper shower spray. The lid for filling up the bathtub also had poor contact and required repeated pressing to close properly; sometimes, buttons would get stuck without returning. There seemed to be minor issues with some facilities. However, the staff's response was excellent! They recommended delicious local Okinawa soba restaurants frequented by locals, and overall hospitality was great (though pool staff were slightly dry). Borrowing towels and walking just 2 minutes to enjoy snorkeling at a nearby beach made it very convenient! The room’s location offered an amazing view as well! Although there were many foreign guests overall, the hotel remained clean throughout and provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet included plenty of Okinawan specialties like pork tamago onigiri (Pork Tamago) and Okinawa soba—allowing us to fully enjoy our meals! Traveling with children posed no problems at all; even our child said they absolutely want to come back next year!! We look forward to visiting again next year too! Thank you very much!

    Executive Lounge

    The front desk service was excellent. However, the experience at the Executive Lounge was disappointing. At the time of reservation, the lounge's cocktail time was stated to be two hours from 5 PM to 7 PM. However, upon check-in, we were suddenly informed that "during Obon week, it is a three-session reservation system with only one hour per session." Reluctantly, we reserved for the second session. Later, when we requested to change to the first session due to a change in plans, we were told at the lounge that "it would actually help us if you switched from the second session to the first session," and we were allowed entry. However, after about 20 minutes in the lounge, we were told: "You need to leave in five minutes as Session 2 is fully booked with a waiting list." We had no choice but to leave while leaving food unfinished. If this was going to be an issue, they should have clearly confirmed beforehand by saying something like: "If you switch now to Session 1, you'll only have less than 30 minutes—are you okay with that?" That said, even within those 20 minutes it became clear that their food lineup was quite simple and minimal. The lack of hospitality made it unsuitable for anyone expecting an elegant experience at their lounge. It turned out to be a disappointing trip as I had been looking forward to it so much.

    August Long Weekend

    The Hotel was almost fully booked, but luckily the pool and breakfast areas were not crowded, making our stay comfortable. The beach outside was stunning, and it was great that the kids enjoyed the DJ event. At check-in, since the staff member wasn't Japanese, it might have been challenging for them to explain more about the events and facilities within the Hotel; additional information would have been helpful. The garden had hammocks and activities like badminton available for free play, which was nice to discover upon arrival. The only downside was that some of the front desk staff seemed a bit indifferent, lacking a sense of hospitality. However, it’s still a Hotel we’d love to visit again.

    The beach is amazing.

    Stayed for four consecutive years during summer vacation. When it first opened, it was new and comfortable, but after five years since its opening, the Room started to have an odor, and the facilities showed signs of aging in some areas. The front desk operations were not great either, with long lines at check-in. Even chain Business Hotels handle this more efficiently—this is not acceptable for a Hotel that is no longer newly opened. The breakfast buffet we look forward to every year falls short in terms of variety and quality compared to Hotels of the same rank. It's not bad, but there's nothing particularly outstanding about it. Even the drink options have been downgraded to vending machines like those found in family restaurants—it has been deteriorating year by year. On the other hand, Sesoko Beach is top-notch by mainland standards. The pure white sandy beach and the ability to observe various tropical fish as soon as you enter the water are exceptional features. For families with small children, a Hotel where you can enjoy such a high-quality beach on the mainland is rare and valuable. Whether or not you find value here will likely determine your choice.

    I think it's ideal t...

    I think it's ideal to enjoy the scenery of the northern part of the main island and spend a relaxing time in this season, but for those accustomed to an elegant hotel life, I honestly think that the Facility and services might be quite challenging. Especially during high season, it seems like it could become a stressful stay.

    Deluxe Suite Ocean View (King Double Bed)

    The front desk and restaurant (Italian and bar) service were excellent, and I am very satisfied. (The buffet was not tasty) I am satisfied because I reserved a spacious room. Up to this point, it's a 5 out of 5. The downside is that the toilet is in the same area as the shower, bathtub, and sink. I was disappointed because I thought they would be separate given the room's size. The staff is nice, and the restaurant is delicious, so I would like to visit again if there is a spacious room with a separate toilet.

    As a resort...

    I have stayed at various Resort Hotels in Okinawa. This time, I stayed at the Hilton with high expectations. The Room and bath were spacious, and the food was delicious. However, it was not good that the bath was unnecessarily separated by glass. It left a bad impression. It felt like a love hotel... It's a concept unworthy of Hilton.

    As expected of Hilton

    The check-in took 30 minutes, even though there wasn't much of a line. I was quite frustrated because I wanted to get into the sea quickly. However, during my two-day stay, there were several instances of exceptional service. I understood that it was because they take the time to properly attend to each guest.
