    Family Trip

    We’re repeat guests for the cats, delicious food, and the cozy comfort of having everything you need right in the Room. This time my husband came with us too. The kids were thrilled with the maisonette and the open-air bath. We also love the skincare amenities such as lotion—they’re from a brand we like. We were so happy to finally spend time with the cats again. Since this was our first summer stay, we were told, “You might find stag beetles on the balcony,” and there were so many (surprisingly)! We took some home and are taking good care of them. Thank you for all your thoughtful consideration. Dinner was served at perfect timing—hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold—and my husband really enjoyed how delicious everything was. For breakfast we chose Japanese this time; the clay-pot rice selected by a rice meister was outstanding. Our child asked for seconds again and again. Everything was perfect except that the children’s pajamas we borrowed felt smaller than expected for their size. Thank you as always for your warm welcome—it made for an amazing start to our summer vacation. We’d love to come back again.

    Perfect for kids!

    In-Room dining and the private open-air bath in the Room were both very comfortable. The best time to visit seems to be outside of summer, when it should be cooler. The meals were absolutely outstanding! All of the staff were wonderful as well. I’d love to come again. Thank you very much.

    A family-friendly and excellent accommodation.

    We use this place every year for our child's birthday. The private open-air bath in the room offers a great view, is spacious, and even has toys for children—it’s absolutely perfect, and our child loves it. There’s also an adorable cat! It seems you can play with the cat in a dedicated room by reservation.

    Not Just an Accommodation for Children

    The accommodation is fully equipped with everything needed for children, including thoughtful touches like covered table corners. Although our child stayed without meals, they kindly provided rice, miso soup, and even tamagoyaki in the morning. We were thrilled to spend about 20 minutes interacting with cats. The wooden house on the terrace and indoor toys were so exciting that one night was not enough—our child didn’t want to leave! While many child-friendly accommodations focus on activities within the property or buffet-style meals, this place allowed adults to relax completely in the room while enjoying delicious food. It was truly a rejuvenating experience. We’ve decided to book a multiple-night stay next time!

    A charming accommodation you’ll never tire of.

    I have stayed at this accommodation so many times that I’ve lost count, but I never get tired of it—I absolutely love it. They accommodate each family member's meal preferences, and the food is incredibly delicious, leaving everyone completely satisfied. The kids especially love Lucy Kiki’s simmered fish and broth (and so do I). The menu is always thoughtfully prepared, which we truly appreciate. The room has toys and a hammock, so even if the adults haven’t finished their meals yet, the kids can play happily while we enjoy a leisurely dining experience—pure bliss. The children always look forward to meeting the adorable cats during every visit. It’s heartwarming for me too when they sit on my lap—it’s such a comforting experience. Above all, the staff provides exceptional hospitality with great attention to detail. This accommodation is not only kind to children but also wonderfully considerate toward adults. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

    Had an amazing time!

    We stayed as a family of three, including our one-year-old daughter, to celebrate my wife's birthday. This accommodation truly caters to families with children. Cushions were placed in areas where children might bump into, and there were plenty of toys that kept our child very happy. Both dinner and breakfast for adults were incredibly delicious, and we ended up eating too much! For our child’s meal, we requested a hamburger steak, which she absolutely loved and ate enthusiastically. It was surprising since she usually doesn’t eat much when dining out. Thank you for going above and beyond in preparing for the birthday celebration—it exceeded our expectations! The staff members were very kind, allowing us to have a wonderful time together.

    Great choice! Wonderful accommodation

    We celebrated my daughter's birthday at this accommodation. I had wanted to visit for years after reading the reviews, but the timing never worked out until now. When we finally went, it was just as wonderful as everyone described in their reviews. On her birthday, the thoughtful gestures from the staff, such as decorating our room and surprising us with a cake, deeply moved us. My daughter became so attached to one of the staff members that she said she wants to come back soon just to see "the nice lady." The staff constantly paid attention to our child, called her by name, engaged in conversations with her, and interacted with her warmly. It wasn’t in a formal way like you might expect at a ryokan but rather very friendly and casual! This level of hospitality felt truly special and unique. The room was clean, and the meals were delicious. The dinner meat and breakfast abalone dish were especially outstanding! When we requested adjustments for the outdoor bath temperature, they accommodated us perfectly so we could enjoy it comfortably. My 9-year-old daughter also loved playing on the deck's tent and hammock. However, some toys seemed more suitable for younger children (perhaps if we'd visited when she was smaller, she'd have enjoyed them even more). While everything about this accommodation was fantastic overall, I did feel slightly let down by some amenities. For example: toothbrushes or hair ties were quite standard—adding something special would enhance the experience further! Perhaps incorporating cat designs like those seen on dishes or coasters—or colorful options—would be nice! Even having dedicated items for children would be appreciated too. Additionally—for older guests like grandparents—it might feel inconvenient that bedrooms are upstairs while restrooms remain downstairs; climbing stairs during nighttime could be bothersome. These points aren’t major complaints but suggestions since I’d love another visit someday! Thanks again Lucy Kiki team—you made my daughter's birthday trip truly memorable!

    I had a wonderful time.

    We stayed at the accommodation with our family, including children in 1st and 3rd grade. The staff were all very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The make-your-own sandwich for breakfast was a hit with the kids. The presence of adorable cats added to the wonderful experience.

    A great accommodation you'd want to recommend to others

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our child's birthday. The staff were incredibly kind, and overall, the quality was exceptionally high! The food was delicious and very generous in portion, so be careful not to overeat before arriving at the accommodation. There are free drinks (including alcohol) available in the refrigerator. The guest room bath is spacious and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. There are also toys provided, so our child never got bored. As for the view... it's beyond perfect. The harmony of lush greenery and Sagami Bay is truly stunning. We highly recommend experiencing it yourself!

    We visit every year during this lush green season. Once again, we were able to relax completely. Thank you so much. The meals were exceptional as always. Dinner was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish. For the first time, we tried the abalone ankake for breakfast, and it was just as amazing as rumored—starting the day with such a delightful meal made us truly happy. Every side dish served with breakfast was prepared with great care and tasted incredible (it was my first time seeing such an impressive pickled plum). I ended up having three bowls of rice! Our 6-year-old daughter had a wonderful time playing with the cats, enjoying the tent and toys, while we parents relaxed in the fantastic open-air bath—it was a perfect experience for all of us. We look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you very much!

    Family Travel

    The accommodation I had always wanted to visit. We were excited to go. The kids were thrilled with the two-story structure and the tent. The room service meals and the private open-air bath with a sea view made it perfect for families, as we could enjoy it without worrying about time. Plenty of towels were provided, and having separate pajamas for both children and adults was very convenient. It was also helpful that baby soap and diaper-related items were prepared by the hotel, reducing our luggage. The only downside was the lack of a child toilet seat. Additionally, while there were air conditioners on both floors, some areas felt warm, and it seemed difficult to heat up the entire room evenly—likely due to the large windows. However, air purifiers with humidifiers on each floor were a nice touch. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Interacting with cats during our stay was a unique experience that we cherished. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it made our trip enjoyable! We also received many souvenirs as part of the Diamond benefits (what a surprise). As expected, we left completely satisfied—thank you very much!

    It was our first visit in two years, celebrating both my daughter's birthday and graduation. Once again, we had a very pleasant stay. The facilities and amenities are well-equipped, allowing us to travel with just one bag and enjoy everything comfortably within the room. I accidentally left something behind upon departure and had to call regarding some overlooked matters, but your staff kindly assisted me. Thank you so much for your support. The meals were delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Even my child, who usually doesn’t eat much in the morning, ate a lot. Although the kids' menu is generally available up to elementary school age, I was informed that adjustments could be made upon request. We would love to visit again!

    A highly satisfying accommodation.

    This is my second stay. During my previous visit, I was impressed by the meticulously cleaned room, carefully prepared meals, and the spacious open-air bath. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind, which made me want to return—and I’m so glad I could make it happen this time. Just like before, the staff’s attentive and thoughtful service was truly comforting and allowed me to relax fully. The meals were delicious, and the room was spotless. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again.

    It was perfect in every way.

    We stayed with our 1-year-old daughter and 0-year-old son to celebrate our eldest son's 3rd birthday. Not only were the toys in the room delightful, but our eldest son and daughter were also thrilled with the wooden house on the balcony! They played there enthusiastically. The butler kindly called our children by their names, and before check-out, they were so attached that they wandered around wanting to be entertained by the butler. The amenities for children were impressive, including diapers, wipes, and even two types of body cream! We were really grateful for having baby bottles cleaned (we usually put Milbon in a Ziploc bag to sterilize it in the bathroom during stays). The meals from Uchi Yama's sister restaurant were also very delicious; even our 1-year-old daughter quietly spent two hours finishing about half of her children's plate. It's a popular property, so I'm not sure if we can get a reservation again, but we would love to stay here once more.

Our child was delighted to interact with the cats and play with the toys prepared in the Room. We would love to use the Property again if we have the chance.     We used this accommodation for a three-generation family trip.

    We stayed at the Property for a three-generation family trip. Our 2-year-old grandchild was overjoyed the moment we entered the Room, captivated by the abundance of toys, the hammock and tent on the terrace, and played endlessly without getting bored. Additionally, the Facility was well-equipped with items for children, such as diapers, baby gates for stairs, baby soap, and moisturizing lotion, which was incredibly helpful. The Onsen in the Room was set to a child-friendly temperature, showing thoughtful consideration. The temperature was also perfect for adults to enjoy for extended periods, making it very relaxing. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were perfectly portioned, with each dish being refined and delicious. The abalone with sauce served at breakfast was a rare treat and tasted amazing both on rice and on its own! Since all meals were served at the dining table in the Room, we were able to savor everything at a leisurely pace, even with a child present. The staff were all very pleasant, and when we accidentally left a disc in the Room's DVD player after checkout, they kindly assisted us. Thank you very much. This is a Property we would love to visit again.

    Perfect for families with children.

    We stayed with our 19-month-old. We’ve stayed at several family-friendly Accommodations before, but usually the first thing we do after arriving is make the Room safe—moving or hiding furniture and items. Even during the stay, we’re constantly on edge about steps and sharp corners, saying “Don’t touch that,” “Don’t go there,” “Don’t open that.” This was the first time everything had been thoughtfully prepared from the start, so we could relax and truly enjoy our stay. The Room is shoes-off; corners on the TV stand and table are protected; there’s a safety gate for the stairs; the temperature of the open-air bath isn’t too hot, making it easy for children to use; the beds are low so there’s no worry about falling; and the meals aren’t overly seasoned, making it easy to share with a child. Since dining is in-room and there are plenty of toys, even if your little one gets bored you can still enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace until the end. The amenities are so well stocked you could almost come empty-handed. The staff were very friendly, and we were able to unwind in a warm, homey atmosphere. We’d love to come again next year.

    Enjoyed delicious cuisine and a comfortable space.

    The cuisine was truly wonderful, especially the "Wagyu Sirloin Aburi with Umadashi" served as a main dish in the dinner course, and the "Abalone Ankake" provided at breakfast were exquisite and left a lasting impression on my taste buds. Additionally, the Room was well-designed with separate living and sleeping areas, allowing adults to have a relaxing space after putting the children to bed, which was a thoughtful layout for families with children. Furthermore, the staff were very accommodating to children, offering attentive care throughout, which was truly helpful. Thanks to this, we were able to spend a very relaxing time. We hope to repeat our stay.

    For the best memories

    We visited with our two sons, aged 5 and 7. We felt a bit nervous when we started entering the narrow steep path on the way to Omuroyama, but we were relieved by the warm welcome upon arrival. We were delighted that you quickly remembered our children's names. Despite the unfortunate weather, the kids managed to play restaurant on the balcony and were overjoyed. The meal was a great feast, and we felt sorry for not being able to finish it, but thanks to the in-room dining, my husband and I could enjoy a leisurely meal and conversation while the children played, allowing us to have a truly happy time. The room was clean and spacious, and the open-air bath was beautifully maintained, which impressed us. The water was set at 41 degrees, which was just right—not too hot or too cold. Please be careful when bathing after dark, as insects occasionally visit due to the location. Also, when staying at hotels, I often experience allergies or have trouble sleeping due to unsuitable pillows, but I was able to sleep relatively well. (Although I did wake up to the sound of heavy rain at night, but that's another story...) Lastly, I apologize for suddenly taking up your time to interact with the cat. We had a lot of fun with Sirius-san. We would be delighted to visit again someday.

    Second time using it. One word: excellent.

    I stayed again this year for 2 nights and 3 days, just like in 2021. The room, bath, and meals are all of very high quality. Above all, I was moved by the heartfelt service. Recently, many properties are struggling with staff shortages and unable to keep up with service, but Lucy Kiki-san is different.

    I was able to spend a very relaxing time.

    We stayed as a couple in our 50s. It was our first time using this accommodation, and after making the reservation, I checked the website and it seemed like a place for families with children, which made me worry that we might feel out of place. However, my concerns were completely unfounded. The staff were kind and friendly, and Sirius, who was very sociable, and Spica, who was charmingly aloof, were both adorable. The meals at night and in the morning were very satisfying in both quality and quantity, the open-air bath was spacious and relaxing, there was a shower booth, and the bedding was comfortable, leaving us with no complaints and a desire to visit again. The staff member who served us dinner was very approachable and even checked with the kitchen to explain the cooking method of a dish I was interested in. Unfortunately, I got tipsy right after the meal and fell asleep at the table, so I couldn't thank them properly, which is my only regret. Although I received a thoughtful note, I couldn't express my gratitude directly, so I would like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks.
