    A clean and well-mai...

    A clean and well-maintained Hotel with an excellent location and easy access from the station. With restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you won’t have any trouble finding what you need. The shampoo and other amenities in the bath dispense a bit poorly.

    The Room is equipped...

    The Room is equipped with a microwave, an IH cooktop, a two-door fridge-freezer, and even a dishwasher, making it very suitable for staying several days. However, I was looking forward to the lounge’s all-you-can-drink service, but the draft beer server was out of order from before evening and no beer was served at all. There didn’t seem to be any effort to fix it; it was simply left with an “Out of Order” sign. If this is one of your main features, I would like you to handle it properly.

    A Hotel I’d Like to Stay at Again

    We stayed for a 3-day, 2-night family trip. It was very close to the station, and we were able to visit various sightseeing spots with the Hotel as our base. The room was quiet and relaxing.

    Great location.

    It was conveniently located just a short walk from Kanazawa Station, and they stored our luggage after checkout, so we didn’t have to worry about coin lockers. Our family of four stayed in connecting Rooms, and we were very satisfied with how spacious they were. It would have been even better if both Rooms had twin beds. We had to leave early the next morning, so it was a shame we couldn’t have breakfast.

    I always have a comfortable stay here. At breakfast, the rice was partly dried out and partly mushy, which was very strange. How is it cooked to turn out like that? Are you mixing in rice from the previous day? The cleaning was very thorough and everything was spotless, making it easy to relax. Thank you.

    We had a very comfortable stay as a family of three. Breakfast offered plenty of Kanazawa specialties and was delicious. We also really enjoyed playing card games in the lobby kotatsu while having complimentary drinks, and we were truly satisfied.

    On the first day of ...

    On the first day of a three-day holiday weekend, Kanazawa was very crowded with tourists, but this Hotel is in a great location, so getting around was easy. The staff were kind and courteous. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax. This is definitely a Hotel I will stay at again. Thank you to all the Hotel staff.

    We had a wonderful time.

    It was close to the station, very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. My friend who traveled with me also thanked me for booking such a wonderful Hotel. Both the Room and the lounge were spacious and beautifully maintained. The Room has a kitchen as well, and it was spotless; the bathroom, toilet, and all water areas were sparkling clean. The bed, sofa, and table in the Room were also perfectly clean. We arrived early, and since it was a weekday, we were kindly allowed to check in a little early. We relaxed in the lounge with a cold beer. Before dinner there was a wait time, so we enjoyed a little delicious sake. After our meal—and even before and after checkout—we took our time enjoying coffee or tea on the comfortable sofas. Everyone we met, including the front desk staff and housekeeping team, was welcoming and pleasant, which made this trip truly special. We are already planning to visit again with our family. Thank you very much.

    Completely Satisfied

    I chose this accommodation based on the condition of having separate bath and toilet facilities, so I stayed in a Studio Twin room this time, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, equipped with a sofa, dining table with chairs, a kitchen with utensils and a microwave. What delighted me the most was the refrigerator being a freezer-refrigerator combo, allowing me to store frozen food or ice packs for souvenirs until checkout. Additionally, USB outlets were conveniently located by the bedside and next to the dining table for easy use of smartphones and tablets. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    The fluorescent light in the bathroom was not working, making it inconvenient to do makeup in dim lighting, but everything else was satisfactory. Especially in the lounge, guests could enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, juice, beer, wine, and sake while relaxing comfortably.

    The accommodation fee is high, but the room is spacious and the facilities are sufficient. There are few staff members, so it’s better not to expect much in terms of service. The breakfast did not feel worth the accommodation fee.

    A Hotel Full of Cleanliness and Functionality

    Located right next to Kanazawa Station, with excellent access to JR trains, buses, and taxis, even on rainy days. The Room was more spacious than expected and both the shared Facility and the Room were functional and very clean. Additionally, having separate toilet and bath areas was a great feature (which seems common in newer Hotels).

    Feel at home and relax.

    A convenient condominium Hotel located in front of the station, featuring spacious bathrooms and high-quality towels. Ideal for long-term stays for solo travelers. However, the mirror in the bathroom is dim, making makeup application difficult, and the cupboards are high, making it inconvenient to handle heavy dishes. The free drink lounge is quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. It feels like a slightly upscale Business Hotel.

    Satisfied

    Comfortable room temperature within the Hotel, a wide variety of drink services, and rooms that truly feel like home. Plus, sheets, pillows, and towels with absolutely no unpleasant odors. This summer was particularly humid and hot, so I often encountered hotels with musty-smelling linens. However, this was not the case here, which made me very happy. The breakfast was also very delicious. *Note: During breakfast, there were small flies around the table. Considering there is an open terrace area, it might be somewhat unavoidable; however, I wanted to mention it just in case.* It was a wonderful Hotel overall. I look forward to staying again!

    A heartwarming Hotel you'll want to stay at again.

    I stayed at Hyatt House Kanazawa. The accommodation is in an excellent location, just steps from the station, making it very convenient. The entire hotel was clean and had a sophisticated atmosphere, which helped relieve the fatigue of a long journey. What left a particularly strong impression was the comfort of the lounge and the attentive hospitality of the staff. I truly appreciated their kind and warm service. The room was also comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. It was such a wonderful hotel that I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    Recommended for casual travelers

    This was my first stay. Among the Hyatt properties, I think this Hotel offers a casual stay. The staff were friendly and maintained just the right level of interaction. I couldn't use the lounge's free flow service as it coincided with sightseeing hours. However, there were tour guides from a certain travel agency in the lounge who held loud meetings every day, which was unpleasant... Next time, I’d like to try staying at Centric as well.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed with my wife for 3 nights during Golden Week and had a very comfortable stay. The ability to cook in the kitchen provided in the Room was especially appreciated. While this style is common overseas, it is still rare domestically, so I hope to see more Hotels like this in the future.

    It was a simple stay.

    Overall, it was very good. I stayed alone in a studio twin with a kitchen. First of all, there was plenty of space to store things. There were shelves, bedside areas, kitchen, and sink spaces where you could place quite a few items. Although I felt there were not many drawers for storing clothes, the hanger space was divided into two sections which seemed just right for two people staying together. The room felt more spacious than the photos suggested. It was a very comfortable stay with furnishings that fully embodied the Hyatt style. It’s so comfortable that it makes you want to have a multiple night stay. The amenity system where you take what you need from next to the lobby is environmentally friendly and seems like a good system to me. I think it's worth noting that lotions and such were charged. However, as mentioned in reviews, although I didn't notice at first, after showering for several minutes I began to feel that the water pressure was weak—it is quite weak. Even so, excluding this point, it's an easy-to-use kitchen with even a microwave available which makes me want to repeat my stay at this hotel. The front desk service was pleasant and breakfast quality exceeded expectations considering one person eats free of charge. You can make your own tortillas or bagels by adding your favorite ingredients which tasted really good. There are also Japanese dishes available allowing enjoyment of both options leading to satisfaction overall.

    The room was spacious and nice.

    The room was spacious and nice. The free drinks in the lounge were good, but it was a bit disappointing that they ended at 8 PM. We went out for dinner, and by the time we returned, it was already over. There is no Onsen in the bath, but the water comes out with force, filling the bathtub quickly, which was comfortable. Also, the free breakfast for one person per room is a puzzling setup. In the end, we went to the station, bought sushi there, and had it for breakfast. Overall, it's a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and furniture for cooking, and the also spacious bathroom has a washer with a dryer, making it very suitable for long stays. I was able to relax as if I were living there! The hotel's lobby and terrace are also very stylish, allowing you to relax with a rich feeling. The free drinks for guests were also plentiful. The staff provided courteous and friendly service. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the shopping mall directly connected to Kanazawa Station, and you can reach it quickly by crossing the covered walkway, making it convenient even in rainy weather. The commercial building where the hotel is located has many shops, cafes, and delicious restaurants that locals also frequent, allowing you to enjoy the local Kanazawa cuisine without going far. I would like to repeat my stay here when I visit Kanazawa again.

    Close to the station, new, free drinks

    Very close to the station, clean with separate bath and toilet, the Room was spacious, and the bed mattress was firm and comfortable. There was a free drink service with sake and wine available until 8 PM, and breakfast was enjoyable with a buffet that could be taken and eaten on the outside terrace.

    I recommend it.

    I recommend it. I have stayed at the neighboring Centric several times, but this was my first time staying here. It was clean and spacious, and the service was casual but precise in necessary responses. The breakfast was just the right amount. From next time, I think this will be my choice for accommodation around Kanazawa Station. However, the toothbrush in the amenities was hard.
