    Satisfied with everything!

    Although I thought it was a bit pricey, I stayed here because I was drawn to its overseas-like atmosphere. The Hotel’s service and amenities were high quality, and I was very satisfied!! It was a little disappointing that there weren’t any sightseeing spots within walking distance nearby, but I was able to relax and take it easy with the lovely Room and the view. I’d definitely like to visit again.

    Our hospitality is exceptional.

    We stayed here during Golden Week with three family members and our dog. First of all, the service from both the Hotel staff and the restaurant staff was outstanding. For meals, we had Italian cuisine for dinner and both Japanese and Western options for breakfast, and everything was delicious. To be honest, we felt a bit uneasy before arriving because we had seen some negative Reviews—but that wasn’t the case at all. If you keep in mind that you can spend time with your pet anywhere, this is a wonderful Facility. Compared with a luxury Ryokan or Hotel, it may be different—but the bath was spacious and the location was great. Considering that you can stay with your pet both in your Room and at the dining area, we felt it offered excellent value. It really depends on what you prioritize when choosing an Accommodation. We’ve visited several pet-friendly Accommodations, but here we were able to relax without any stress. I believe that’s thanks to the thoughtful care and excellent service from all the staff. We definitely want to visit again with our pet. Thank you very much.

    A disappointing outcome

    I have stayed in the first-floor dog-friendly room twice before, but this time I used the second-floor dog-friendly room for the first time. The view from the balcony was disappointing, as the roof of Malibu Farm blocked most of the ocean view. If this had been clearly stated during the Reservation process, I would not have chosen this room. I wish I had been informed beforehand. Additionally, although it didn’t bother me during previous stays, this time all my family members woke up with neck and shoulder pain because the pillows were too soft. For dinner on both occasions, we dined at Malibu Farm's terrace since we were traveling with our dog. During our last visit, staff members were so engrossed in chatting that they didn’t notice us calling from the terrace—a frustrating memory that resurfaced again this time when another guest felt sorry for us and called a staff member on our behalf after seeing us repeatedly trying to get their attention. We felt bad for troubling that guest. To make matters worse, they handed us a lunch menu during dinner service! While such mistakes might be understandable if they were busy, there were only two other groups dining besides us... The lack of attentiveness was disheartening. Although things improved significantly after we complained midway through dinner service, by then it was too late to salvage our experience. On a positive note: at breakfast on a rainy morning, they kindly opened up part of their terrace just for us since we had brought along our dog—this thoughtful gesture stood out amidst an otherwise disappointing stay—but unfortunately left me doubting whether such kindness would be consistent on future visits. Excluding Malibu Farm’s issues: my past two stays created wonderful memories at what used to be one of my favorite Hotels; however now even basic amenities like bedding feel problematic enough not worth returning over anymore… Restaurant AO also states online that its terrace cannot accommodate Reservations—and frankly speaking—I no longer feel inclined toward revisiting Malibu Farm either given repeated disappointments experienced there previously… Regrettably losing what once felt like beloved Hotel destination leaves behind significant sense loss overall…

    A Hotel You'd Want to Stay at Again

    Stayed in mid-August Staff: All staff members were exceptionally pleasant. Dinner: The on-site Italian restaurant served delicious dishes, including those featuring pike conger and eel, paired with perfectly matched wines for a satisfying experience. Breakfast: A healthy breakfast with just the right portion size. Room: Impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The view of the sea over the yacht harbor and the sunset towards Enoshima was stunning. (The staff provided a note with sunset and sunrise times along with the room key at check-in, allowing us to enjoy these moments perfectly.) Amenities: Equipped with high-end amenities, including the latest ReFa hairdryer and Nespresso machine. Bed: Though I don’t know the brand, it had an ideal firmness for a very comfortable sleep through the night. B&O Bluetooth speaker provided excellent sound quality; we played background music from our smartphone all day long. Overall, this is an incredibly pleasant accommodation where we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. It’s one of those hotels you’d want to visit repeatedly!

    Meals are average, no handrails in the bath.

    Dinner included a chef-selected short dinner at Malibu Farm, but the first dish was a mountain of salad. While it was fresh kale and other greens, the portion was overwhelming and felt endless. A bit of variety, like carpaccio-style seasoning, would have been appreciated. My sister ordered steak, but they didn’t ask about her preferred doneness; it came overcooked and slightly tough. Two others ordered clam acqua pazza, but despite being advertised as clam-based, there was only one clam in the dish. The minestrone soup was delicious; however, the dessert cheesecake that followed was overly sweet, and the coffee tasted bad. Breakfast also left something to be desired. While the Hotel's location is excellent, the dining experience fell short. The bathroom featured a Western-style bathtub designed for lying down but lacked handrails on or near it—making it feel unsafe due to potential slipping risks. For over 50,000 yen per night with this experience overall, I wouldn’t recommend it to friends despite how wonderful Room amenities were—including complimentary items in the refrigerator. The cake served upon arrival looked delicious but impacted our appetite for dinner later on; reducing this offering could allow more budget allocation toward improving dinner quality instead.

    A cozy Hotel.

    We decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip and chose this Hotel for our last night. At the time of Reservation, there was only one Room left, so we couldn't choose the type of Room—it felt like a bit of a gamble. However, from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and escorted directly to our Room after stepping out of the car for check-in. This seamless process was truly wonderful. The staff who guided us, as well as those in the restaurant and other on-site staff members, were cheerful, friendly, and approachable. Their demeanor made it easy to relax without any unnecessary tension. The private garden and café had a hidden gem-like charm that added to our experience. The atmosphere among other guests staying at the Hotel was also pleasant, allowing us to feel comfortable throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were visually appealing while satisfying both taste buds and appetite alike. Although we used an extra bed since there were three of us staying together—which was slightly less comfortable—the Japandi-style interior design provided a soothing ambiance. The amenities offered in the Room were also very well-equipped. My daughter accidentally left something behind in the Room upon checkout; however, we were deeply touched by their thoughtful gesture of arranging delivery for her forgotten item—this truly moved us! Thank you so much for such exceptional hospitality. It turned out to be an incredibly fulfilling stay where every detail exceeded expectations. We would love to visit again!

    The best start to the year

    I stayed at the property at the beginning of the year. The service from the staff was truly wonderful! The room was clean and spacious. As expected, all rooms are suites. The location is also along the coast, in a place lined with trees reminiscent of Hawaii, allowing me to forget the everyday and relax. At night, I had the New Year's course at the attached Italian restaurant, and although I usually feel like I'm going to burst with course meals, the volume was perfect. Of course, the taste was superb without saying. The pasta was especially exquisite. The breakfast was a health-conscious menu, so it was a bit lacking for me... Overall, I was very satisfied. I would like to visit again in the hot summer!

    Christmas outing

    We visited a little early for Christmas with my wife and our 1-year-old child. The room was kept very clean, and the welcome drinks and seasonal services were excellent. They also accommodated the detailed requests we made when making the reservation, which was very helpful. The meals were satisfactory, but the speed of serving breakfast was quite fast, which made us feel a bit rushed. Overall, it was very good. We would like to visit again during the summer season.

    I was able to experience an extraordinary time.

    I stayed with my dog. Although I arrived early, I was able to check in thanks to the quick response of the staff. The room was clean and the food was delicious. I wished the last order at the restaurant could be a little later. I was happy to have a relaxing time.

    Since it was an accommodation with a considerable cost, I was looking forward to it, but...

    Considering the size and layout of the room, the room rate of 150,000 yen seemed about three times higher than my image. Is it because it's the on-season? Or is it because of the location? It might be inevitable if it's considered an accommodation exclusively for those who enjoy boat activities. Ristorante AO was neither good nor bad. It might be a matter of personal preference. I'm sorry.

    The ocean view is amazing.

    The staff's response was excellent, and I was able to relax. Thank you very much. I was really happy and deeply moved when I was informed that I could see the rarely visible Mt. Fuji against the sunset sky.

    Wonderful hotel

    It was a wonderful hotel! We visited to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff and service were excellent in every aspect. The amenities were also very good, but one of the amenity boxes didn't have cotton swabs. The meals were good, but it would be even better if there were a bit more variety. The birthday cake was moving! When we returned from dinner, we were touched and moved to tears by the swan, roses, and birthday card for my son's celebration!! We definitely want to visit again!
