Highly satisfied!
This was my second visit since coming in May. My dog (my beloved “daughter”) was thrilled. It was about 5°C cooler than down below, but the late-summer heat was still intense, and it felt hot in the sun. My dog ran around the nature-filled dog run and had a great time. Because it was a weekday after the Obon holidays, it wasn’t crowded, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The building was clean, and the Room was also very clean. The large public bath felt like we had it to ourselves, so we could unwind and fully enjoy it. (We went twice.) The food was delicious as well. Since it’s close to home, it’s easy to plan travel time both ways, and for me this Facility has an ideal location. I’d love to take another overnight trip with my dog. All of the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Thank you very much.

First time.
This was my first visit. It was so wonderful that I regret not coming sooner, even though it’s so close. The staff’s hospitality was the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The food was also very delicious, and I was able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The Room was a little small, but it was clean and had no odors. I will definitely come again.

Your First Overnight Stay
This was our first overnight trip with our beloved toy poodle, Tia. To be honest, we were pretty anxious at first... But once we arrived and spent time at the on-site dog run and other Facility areas, we were very satisfied. Surrounded by nature, Tia seemed truly happy. It’s also close to home, so we’d love to visit again.

A Member of the Family
Sorry for the late post! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us the other day. When traveling with our Kai Ken, we usually have to keep him in a carrier while moving around inside most Accommodations. At this Hotel, you welcomed him as a true member of our family, and we were truly touched!!! The spacious dog run is also a wonderful feature. Even in the restaurant, it felt just like being at home. We were able to relax and unwind completely. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again.

Dog-friendly first
They also provided Shuttle Service from the station and were considerate about driving at a speed that wouldn’t make our dog carsick. In front of the gate to the dog run, there was a full set of walking supplies, which made it easy to use. The meals for dogs also looked delicious. And the Onsen water was wonderful. It rained and the timing wasn’t great, so my only regret is that we couldn’t play with other dogs in the dog run. Next time, I’d like to try again in summer. Thank you very much.

The dog run is spacious with varying elevations, allowing dogs to enjoy running around freely. Since it was a weekday, there were few guests, making it quiet and allowing for a relaxing bath experience.

My parents were very pleased.
We stayed at the accommodation for a gathering to honor my parents. We have stayed at several accommodations that allow dogs, but this hotel was the most comfortable. Before our stay, we were kindly offered a message plate for my parents, and even after check-in, the staff always interacted warmly with our dog, making it a truly satisfying experience. The full-course meal was also incredibly delicious. My parents were overjoyed looking at the family photo taken during our stay multiple times. Thank you so much for your hospitality. All of the staff members were kind and welcoming, and we returned home with warm hearts. We will visit again! Looking forward to staying with you next time as well!

Very satisfied.
The staff are all very kind and professional. This was my second stay, and it was another wonderful experience. The log house near the dog run was open, providing a relaxing space to unwind. There is also an Onsen available. For dinner, I enjoyed wine while dining leisurely with my dog, who happily devoured a venison steak. I will definitely visit again!

Very satisfied.
I appreciate the chef accommodating my dietary restrictions and food allergies, just like last time. However, the dog’s meal seemed cold, possibly because it was served straight from the refrigerator. The issues I noticed during my previous stay, such as an unpleasant smell in the room wear and a used coffee maker left as is, were resolved this time, which was great. It’s a small hotel, but my husband seemed satisfied as well.

I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.
We stayed for one night with my husband and our beloved dog. The room was simple, functional, and very comfortable with well-equipped facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the full-course dinner, which was delicious, and the red wine was served at the perfect temperature. Above all, the staff were always smiling and attentive to our pet, which we truly appreciated. They also took a commemorative photo during dinner, creating a wonderful memory for us. The dog run was excellent as well, allowing our pet to play freely and joyfully. Having stayed at numerous pet-friendly accommodations before, this hotel ranks among the top three in our experience. We would love to stay here again when traveling in the Kansai area!

The service for dogs was excellent.
The service for our dog provided by the staff was excellent. The dog run was spacious, and we appreciated the dog buffet at the restaurant. On the downside, the room was small, and when staying with four people, two of the beds were pipe beds. Considering that it cost 40,000 yen per person including meals for four people, compared to other hotels, the room felt inadequate and disappointing.

I'll come again!
This is our fourth stay! It's our favorite place. You can stay with your dog even if you're alone, and there is a shuttle service to the nearest station. The hotel provides everything you need, so it's easy to travel light, which is very helpful for someone like me without a car. Another great feature is how easy it is to access the dog run from the room. Every time my dog asks, we can easily head over to the run (laughs). Looking forward to staying again!

A charming Hotel nestled in the lush mountains of Rokko.
Shuttle service is available from JR Rokkomichi or Hankyu Rokko Station. A 20-minute drive takes you to a charming hotel nestled in the mountains with stunning views. You can enjoy a forest bath while staying, and though not large, the onsen with its gentle water quality is delightful. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, allowing you to stay comfortably without air conditioning by simply opening the windows—perfect for escaping the city heat. While there aren't many facilities nearby, the hotel's café offers light meals until around 5 PM. The dog run is well-equipped, making it an excellent choice for guests traveling with pets.

Highly Satisfied!
This time, I stayed to celebrate my birthday. I pre-ordered a cake, complete with candles, and the staff kindly celebrated with me. Thank you so much! This Hotel is very dog-friendly with three dog runs, delicious meals, and even an Onsen! The staff's attentiveness is wonderful too! It's a place where both my dog and I can have the best time. Plus, it's very comfortable in summer as it stays cool. I rated the meals 4 stars because of breakfast; while it's very tasty, it’s almost always the same menu. It would be great if there were more variety. I’ll visit again soon—thank you in advance!

I used this place for my elderly mother's change of pace. The Shuttle Service from Rokkomichi Station was truly helpful. The Room and meals were excellent, and we were very satisfied. The bath was also very relaxing. Our dog enjoyed the dog run and seemed very happy. We would love to visit again!

Snowfall
In the morning, I was surprised to see the snow had piled up. I was worried about making it in time for the training, but thanks to the Hotel staff who gave me a ride to the bus stop, I was able to participate without any issues. The employees were kind, and the meals were delicious, allowing me to have a very pleasant time.

I will come again with my dog!
I was looking for a hotel in Kansai where I could stay with my dog, and this place had great reviews, so I decided to visit. Conclusion! Excellent! It's dog-friendly, the food is super delicious, the room is clean, and the onsen was fantastic. There are two types of dog runs: large and small. The large one has natural grass, while the small one has both natural and artificial grass. I think the large one is spacious enough to satisfy even big dogs. Foot wipes are also provided at the entrance. The room is very clean. The toilet and bath are spacious! There is an onsen in the public bath area, but the room itself was also lovely. Everything needed for dogs is well-prepared. The service was very attentive and kind; we were warmly welcomed from check-in to check-out! Thank you very much. We will visit again!

Wonderful stay experience
The view from the Room is very beautiful, and you can enjoy the famous night view of Mt. Rokko. The service is excellent, and they make every effort to make guests feel welcome. When we visited on this day, we had large luggage, but they kindly drove us to Rokko Ski Resort and the station during their free time, which was very impressive. We are vegetarians, but they prepared a specially delicious dinner and breakfast for us, took family photos, and we were very pleased. The Room is spacious and very clean, with attention to detail. We will definitely come again next time.

The cheaper Room was too small. It might be necessary to choose a Deluxe Room or higher. The night view was decent. I would like to use a Deluxe Room or higher next time. The staff were excellent.

Hotel life with my dog! Except for the bath, it was great that my dog could spend time freely like at home (it's okay to let them walk in the common areas and restaurant). The food was delicious, so we repeated our stay. It seemed very comfortable for my dog as well, as he refused to leave both the room and the front desk at checkout...

It was a perfect hotel until check-out...
We stayed with my husband and our beloved dog. After navigating several hairpin turns in the mountains, we arrived at a hotel with a very lovely exterior. (I was a bit anxious since we chose the "leave it to us" room plan) Check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly guided to our room. The room was compact yet just the right size, clean, and comfortable, allowing us to relax. Since it was on the ocean side, the view was fantastic both day and night. They were considerate of our dog, and it seemed he liked the buffet as he went for seconds several times, haha. The hot spring, though small, was very nice. We have a reservation at the same chain's hotel in Ise next spring, and we were talking about wanting to visit again... but there was one disappointing thing. As mentioned in other reviews on this site, the checkout process felt mechanical and lacked warmth. We stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests, and it didn't seem like they were pressed for time, yet I felt the send-off was lacking (it was a young woman). Having been in the service industry for a long time myself, I believe the spirit of "once-in-a-lifetime encounter" is important. To give a specific example, "Thank you for coming from afar. How was your stay? Were you able to relax? We look forward to welcoming you again." A bow. I think at least this much should be done. If the man near the entrance had come outside, instead of leaving silently, he could have either seen us off or, if he was in a hurry, said, "Are you waiting for your husband? Understood. Thank you very much. We look forward to welcoming you again. Please give my regards to your husband." A bow. If that had been done, I would have given five stars without hesitation. It's very disappointing. It's a basic thing, and from the customer's perspective, it's important for repeat visits, so I would be happy if we could receive a pleasant greeting the next time we visit.

The service is warm, and the taste is gentle.
It was difficult to enjoy hotel life with a dog, and there weren't many places we could go. Since pets can freely stay at the hotel, including dining areas, both we and our pet were healed. The fusion course, which incorporates the best of Japanese and Western cultures, has a Kobe-like charm and a sense of the seasons, which I think is wonderful.

I used this place around the Obon period last year and was treated very well by the staff, so I decided to use it again this year. Just like last year, the staff's smiles allowed me and my dog to relax. It seems my dog made friends with other guests' dogs in the spacious dog run. The meals were delicious with considerate ingredients. The open-air bath was also clean, and the temperature was just right, which was satisfying. I will use this place again next year.

I stayed for the first time. The amenities for dogs were also well-equipped. The single room was a bit small and didn't have a sofa, but it was a flooring type room and very clean. I enjoyed dining at the restaurant with my beloved dog at the table, and both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The staff provided very smart restaurant service. The view from Mount Rokko was nice, and I plan to stay again to enjoy meals with my dog.
